Indian SCAMMER Burns Down Business For REVENGE On America

in Queens and prosecutors say when they lost an appeal to fight the eviction here, they

torched the place. So I want you guys to imagine you're in this particular scenario. You are

landlord. Now I know people on the left want to demonize you to know end if you're in this

particular position. But let us just imagine that you're somebody who provides a service to people,

provides a home and or a business property to them and then suddenly you show up at a property

that you own and you see a shop that you did not authorize to be there and you discover

that there are two illegal aliens at said shop saying that they have a legitimate lease even though

what they have is obviously fraudulent. Now in a normal place in a normal country when two

illegal aliens come and rob citizens of the property that they're supposed to be able to make money off

of they would be arrested almost immediately. But the thing is it's New York City baby those

people got squatter protections how they have them for a business got only nose. So this ends up

becoming a three year legal battle for three years. You are in court with these individuals trying

to evict their business from this space while they're not paying you rent because guess what they

had a fake lease the entire time. And by the way, everyone can tell that this is a fake lease

everybody knows that this is a fake lease. This is not something that is in dispute and the idea

that you have these God tier tenant protections when you don't actually live there. It's just the

business that is a print shop being set up again in current year doesn't make any sense but it's

New York City. So of course all the advantages are towards the illegal aliens and all the disadvantages

are towards you. Now after a three year long court battle, you finally secure a victory. Now of

course the illegal aliens with endless rights over you file an appeal and of course if they succeed

in that appeal you're likely to spend at least another year possibly to fighting to get your

property back. But luckily for you a judge decides that you know what we are not in any way shape

or form going to hear this appeal you're done pack up your stuff you guys lose you had a fun

fight for three years in this particular court battle but now that's over it's time to become adults

and get the hell up out of this man's property. So those people end up responding by burning it down

they set a fire after three years of depriving this person of the income for his property a fraudulent

lease being in this country here illegally by the way and by the way being protected not only by

the tenant laws that somehow applied to the business but also being protected by sanctuary laws

and then you respond biologically and when I say allegedly I mean it's caught on video

setting the business on fire that is what appears to have happened in Queens New York over this

past weekend and it's absolutely disgusting in every possible way but it is yet another example

of the way that illegal aliens get god tier rights while citizens get screwed over and this is

okay the US attorney's evidence includes images of Narendra and Jawahar Singh lurking around

the print shop four hours before the February 18th fire store surveillance video from inside

their own store allegedly shows them stacking paper towels up on a hot plate prosecutors say

the sings then left the store and used a Wi-Fi enabled electric plug to power on the hot plate so

if there's any positive of this particular story something for you guys out there in the audience

to take home with you these illegal alien criminals are absolute dumbasses in every possible way

because even though they decided to use a revenge arson against the property owner who didn't

want them to steal said property from them the fact is they actually set up surveillance cameras

for the business that they were operating illegally out of this location and the entirety of

their crime was actually captured on those surveillance cameras and as you just saw from the local

news media they ended up setting up a bunch of paper towels in the plastic wrap in and around a

hot plate that hot plate was plugged into one of those smart plugs and they ended up activating said

smart plug again right after they were ordered to vacate the premises because they lost their

final appeal and that's how they torch this particular location and by the way in New York City

there's a lot of storefronts that actually have apartments above them there are businesses that are

attached on one or both sides so this could have caused massive damage to those other businesses

it could have caused fatalities but of course the things didn't give a damn about any of that

because they were so accustomed to all the rights and privileges of an illegal alien operating

in New York that they were absolutely offended by the prospect that they would have to follow any

kind of law that a judge handed down to them so they decided to burn out this property for revenge

now again you could see the extensive damage to the interior of the store in this photo that's

available to us from the New York Post article and it said that the standoff came to a head on

February 17th when a judge denied an emergency request by the sings to avoid being evicted from

the space the next day federal authority said and yes by the way this is being prosecuted

federally because I guess illegal aliens not only get god tier squatter rights to businesses in

the state of New York but they also get immunity from arson charges and of course they get immunity

from deportation because they are the god tier citizens but let's read a little bit further at

around 8.15 pm that night again the same night that they lost their emergency repeal that they

were going to be evicted from this property the following day the pair were seen on video moving

a table with the hot plate and the rolls of paper towels on it to a section of the store and then

plugging it into an electrical outlet according to the complaint and again the surveillance video

of theirs the dad and son left and four hours later one of the paper towels caught fire

leading to a quick spreading blaze because again they stacked all those rolls on there that

destroyed the entire space according to the complaint now these are photos of Narendra Singh and

Jawaar Singh illegal aliens that were protected by New York City and New York state sanctuary

was repeatedly even as they were actively depriving somebody who is legally allowed to be here a

United States citizen from his own property stealing it with the fake lease that was obviously fake

from the jump again you don't inadvertently sign a lease with the business to be at that property

and then they're paying somebody who's not new over the course of three years that doesn't make

any sense at all but the things decided that they were above the law and when they weren't actually

above the law when justice seemed like it was finally upon us on the eve of justice they decided

to burn the whole thing down really appreciative of the opportunities provided to them in our great

nation in this great city now at the scene of the crime the defendant Jawaar Singh stated to FDMY

officers that the print shop contained internal video surveillance cameras according to the court

documents Jawaar had actually been hiding in the crawl space after they reviewed the video when

detectives showed up in order to arrest this individual with his father just to show you how dumb

this man actually was so yeah this absolute scumbag who's here in this nation illegally

ended up hiding in a crawl space at his home over in Nassau County when the police showed up

but he's so low IQ which by the way you could tell by looking at his face in his mug shot

that he's the one who actually informed the FTNY that they were surveillance videos from inside

the store that they had and once they were obtained it was obvious these guys were in fact behind

the fire but in addition to that we also find out that Jawaar actually entered the United States

in October of 2018 on a tourist visa that he overstayed he was arrested for this in 2019 however

immediately upon that arrest he decided to claim asylum and of course asylum is the catch-all way

for you to stay in this country in perpetuity and despite the fact that he technically lost his

asylum case in reality he was still remaining in the United States of America as his immigration

attorney was appealing that meaning that this guy who was a criminal who came here illegally

on a tourism visa then claimed asylum again from India not exactly the war torn region that it's

being pitched decided that he was going to commit additional crimes this arson then tell us all

about it and now finally he is in federal custody for this fire in relation to an interstate

commerce charge which honestly I don't know exactly what the feds are angling with because I'm

not an expert on federal law I'm not even an irregular lawyer that's an expert on state law

but it seems like it's at least something in order to get this guy the hell up out of the country

but again the business owner is absolutely screwed over by this because these people come to this

country they break our laws and they're told time and time again by politicians in the Democratic

Party that do sanctuary city and sanctuary state laws that they're entitled to do so this guy

was an absolute idiot low IQ trash a thief a scumbag an arsonist who would have possibly murdered

somebody if they lived in an apartment that was above this particular building or if they were

working in a business that was next to this building and again he did so without conscience and still

he has more due process upon him he still has to be heard in that asylum case even though again

the guy is not an asylum seeker he's committing asylum fraud abducee showing the damage to

vipin Kumar's store as the fire did spread through the attached doors on 101st avenue it's estimated

they lost $200,000 not only in damages but due to the lost sales now according to this new york

post report java hard the sun is also married to united state citizen again possibly immigration

but we have to investigate for further details but it seems like it's rather weird that he came

here as a tourist got arrested for overseeing that tourism visa then in addition to that claim to

asylum but now also simultaneously is claiming that he's married it seems like this guy is committing

a green card fraud and one of the things that's absolutely embarrassing about this guy who again

was hiding in a cross space from detectives after they showed up to arrest him is the fact that

while in court the guy was pretending to be frail and weak he was like oh I'm such an old man

while at the same time his attorney is saying look he's not gonna run he's a young man with no

money he's not gonna flee the country or anything of the sort so which one is it what is going on

here is this guy just a regular ordinary tourist slash fake business person is he an asylum seeker

that is fleeing oppression in the nation of india or is he somebody who's a 90 day fiance

candidate who got married to the love of his life and just wants to be an American citizen like

what the hell is going on right here again all these questions need to be answered but a system

that protects this guy who is obviously lying repeatedly in multiple different instances who's

obviously dangerous who obviously is comfortable taking advantage of our laws stealing from our

residents stealing from the people that are allowed to be in this nation it's absurd and ridiculous

and yes this man should be tried prosecute convicted and gotten the hell up out of my nation but
