I'm Jeff Mosher, and when we're talking about data and analytics and the Eagles, you know we're talking with Sam, the man, Finkel, what's going on, Sam? How you doing? Doing great. Doing great. How about yourself? I'm doing great myself. We allow to share some great personal news here on the pod for you, or is that something you'd rather just, you know, if you'd like? You could share it. Well, we would like to, well, technically I should be fighting with you. I should be sniping with you. Like I've done all throughout my career with people of your association.

3:05But no, I have actually a lot of decent friends who are NFL agents, and Sam has passed the exam needed to be in the NFL PA. So if he chooses that lifestyle, Sam could become an NFL agent. He has the qualifications now to do it. You ready for that kind of life, by the way? You know, we'll see. It's just the off-nality that's important, you know? Yes. Yeah. Now just don't turn into Drew overnight on me, OK? All right? Don't big time. Just be good. So that was good. I would never. All right. As we do each time this year, Sam, we like to take a look at the Eagles roster after it's come out. You know, after they officialize their 53-man roster and then their practice squad. And we like to take a look at how it might compare to the rest of the league. You know, we've done age in the past. And this one, you did something different, which is really cool, which is the sort of the composition of the roster, by positions and other metrics, and how that compares to the rest of the NFL. So what was sort of the driving force behind this idea

4:07that you have and what were you looking to come up with? Yeah. I just, you know, we've done age historically and we've done other analyses. But I think that what was interesting is seeing how the Eagles historically have composed their roster, how it looks different this year, and kind of how that compares to the NFL as a whole. So just kind of seeing like, did they, you know, it's interesting they had four quarterbacks, you know, is that too many? But what does that look like? Has that they've done that before in the past couple years? What does that look like in the NFL? And just looking at each position, kind of figuring out, you know, what was different that the Eagles did this year, compared to themselves and compared to the league. Sure. And it's really interesting. Is there anything that kind of like blew you away or knocked your socks off where you found somewhat interesting? I think it's interesting that their focus is actually more on rostering offense, which I think makes sense when you look at, you know, the QBs and the tight ends, but I think it's interesting. They have the, like, the maximum of, you know,

5:11offensive roster. Right. You know, there are other teams that have it, but they have 27 offensive players. Right. So I just, when the average is 25.4. So I think it's really interesting, you know, seeing how they compose their roster in that sense. And if you looked in the past, I mean, they haven't rostered as many tight ends, as many quarterbacks. So it's just interesting from an offensive standpoint. Yeah. In a vacuum, it certainly makes sense to me that they would have more offensive players because they have more offensive questions and you need players to fill a hole. But when I was doing my projected 53, and I'm thinking about guys like Uarbarnard and Joshua Rue and Chance Campbell, when I did it, I had more defensive players than offensive players, but it didn't turn out to be that case. So, but in a vacuum, it sort of makes sense with the transition to the new offense, the new personnel, some of the injuries that they've had already in certain positions to be deeper there.

6:11Right. Absolutely. So let's bring up the old chart. Here's the chart itself. I can blow that up a little more. First, we'll go with how the roster is built. And I love this. Wait, can I show this separately? Or do you think it has to be shown with? No, they can be separate. They certainly can be separate. All right. So here is how the roster built and explain for both viewers and listeners what this chart and graph means. Yeah. So I think before going into the actual charts, always important to talk process, just for the sake of simplicity for myself, I put O line as its own unit, I put D line as its own unit, and where it gets kind of important is for D line, I included the outside line back or slash edge position just within the line, it's not always like that. Correct. It became more important when I did all 32 teams. And another important thing is when I did this,

7:13I captured initial roster stack, like roster composition. So some of these rosters have changed. Some of the teams had 50, only 52 players. Some of them only had one specialist instead of three. So I do think those are kind of important caveats before going into the actual data. So I think that that's just important to put out there. Absolutely. And so you've created like a three year look here at where the Eagles have kept, how many numbers they've kept at each position over the past three years, and then put it in bar graph form to explain whether there could be more or less on average, comparatively, the last two years. Yeah, absolutely. And so that gray first line is 24, the white is 25, and that teal green is 26. So you can see at each position, it's kind of varied to some degree. I mean, it looks like every year has some variety and that's going to happen each year that a roster is made because you have different talents,

8:13different needs. And so I think it's important to just kind of see that trend. And as you can see, we talk about some of the positions, or any of them sticking out to you that you want to really talk about from this chart. So looking at D-line, when they kept 12 in 2024, they're there when the Super Bowl, that is such, if you think about it philosophically from a roster building and roster allocation standpoint, and you recognize that 30% of the time you're playing a five-man front and 70% of the time, roughly, you're playing a four-man front. Even if you include the backup of five would 10, or four would be eight. They kept 12 linemen counting the edge group there. I believe it wound up becoming 11. I think that's the year they traded Contavia Street, who was their seventh defensive tackle. It's just, it's crazy to think that they once kept 12 people in their front six, seven.

9:16And it is gradually decreased to a, I would think what is a more common NFL trend to 10. Last year was 11, this year it was 10. Well, the average is 10.3 for this year. Okay, so they're right around the average then. Yeah, right. But the difference between 10 and 12 is pretty staggering for one position, I would think. I would tend to agree. And actually I had the 2024 average. I wonder if I can pull it up as we're talking because I think that would be interesting to kind of look. And then just watching, looking at the bar graph to see how they are more in certain areas that they've never been, or at least not over the last three years, four quarterbacks compared to just three last year, before, for our six wider sewers. That, that to me, Sam, is to stand out because usually your fifth and sixth wider sewers are on the team for special teams. And if Elijah Moore is the sixth wider sewer,

10:18it's not because of special teams. I mean, maybe they'll give him a shot at punter term, but it's not something that he's done a whole lot. And the fact that they have Britain Covey on the practice squad in 10 makes me think they intend to elevate him, at least for the first three weeks to be the punter turner until something happens. I just don't, I don't know that I have faith or reason to believe that six wider sewers is going to stay that way for the entire year season. Yeah, I mean, I totally agree. I still don't think four quarterbacks is going to stay there for the entire year this season. So yeah, yeah, that's, that's possible. But I think that, whereas I don't think the six wider sewers will stay because eventually they will need to make a roster move. Yes. Where I think the four quarterbacks stay unless somebody comes knocking down their door for course. So one's more in control, one's more out of control. That's a better way to put it for sure. I like that. What about you?

11:19What was your philosophy on or thinking on this six wider sewers? Yeah, I mean, it makes sense, which six they kept. But I think it'll be kind of interesting to see what they, I think you're right. I think that's probably the fat that's going to get cut first. I think that makes a lot of sense to me. So I totally am there with you. And I'm just trying to look at their, you know, I definitely think that the wider sewers, the fat that gets trimmed first. I think the more I'm thinking about it, I tend to agree with you. Yeah, everything else I think falls in order. You know, 10 offensive linemen because they have some aging offensive linemen and it's actually down one from last year. It's still probably more than the NFL norm. I mean, we'll get into that in a second. I'm going to take a quick sneak peek and show it. Yeah, it's higher than the NFL average. But they have got guys like Lane Johnson.

12:20They have a guy in London Dickerson who it could be his last year. Tyler Steen is a young player, but he's in the fourth year of four year deal. Ricky deal and he could potentially leave. So they need to have a set of younger backup offensive linemen. And that's why guys like Drew Kendall and Willie Lampkin and of course, Mark Elbell are all Mike Amoris are all on the team. Right. Absolutely. And I think that what who they kept made a lot of sense based on, you know, like you said, the age experience and development standpoint. I think that makes a lot of sense. But I mean, solid backups as well. And these guys look like they're at least serviceable. At least that they were one of the highlights of the preseason. Yeah. Not that many of the preseason, unfortunately. Well, I feel better overall about the state of Eagles offensive line depth. But that's because more so I'm comparing it to last year. Your first three off the bench last year were Freddie Johnson, Matt Pryor and Brett Toath.

13:23Yeah. And by the way, poor Brett Toath, he's I think he's been out for a while with concussions that have gone or concussion that's gone a few weeks. I thought I read that. So hopefully hoping for the best for him. But we know that Toath was limited, could only play center and was better used on the move. As opposed to at the point of attack, we know that despite having a very good camp, Matt Pryor came in and was an absolute turn style against the LA Rams and then never really saw the light of day again after that. And Freddie Johnson is Freddie. He's good. So now you've got Freddie Johnson back, right? But you're pretty encouraged by what you were able to see from Mark Hillbell. I feel like the cross training for Drew Kendall was good enough that he can play at the Brett Toath level or better when he gets in there. And yeah, I would think Mark Hillbell could be a better right tackle than Matt Pryor was. But in fairness, I don't like to project from the preseason. It's just that these guys are younger, bigger, stronger, probably a little hungrier, less

14:26mileage on them than guys like Pryor had. So there's a reason I would say to be encouraged without actually seeing it in real life yet. Yeah, absolutely. And I'm just looking at the offensive line that they kept in 2024 because we talked about 2025. It was much, it was the nine, but it was Mackay back in Leningdickers and Fred Johnson, Lane Johnson, Cam Jürgen's Trevor Keegan, Darren Nard, Jordan Milada and Tyler Steen. So just for comparison, say. Yeah, that's an interesting mix. Keegan's still hanging on. You know, he didn't really cut it with the cowboys, but I believe he got claimed by the Minnesota Vikings. So just interesting to see how it shifted. Yeah, sure. So I thought because of the roster depth and decision making issues that they might have that they would potentially try to sneak in quotes, sneak underwood onto the practice squad,

15:27have them elevated for three weeks and go shorter on special teams and just punter and long snap. I'm just puntering and kicker, but they didn't mess around there and Rocklander would did make the team as a long snapper. It's a little bit of a, I guess, an underrated concern going in because you just don't know how and rookie free agent long snapper is going to fare. That's true. But there were teams that did that, right? I mean, the 49ers on their original Ross on the original 50 minute free man only had one special teamer. Oh, really? One. Nice. And I mean, not a great, not a great measuring stick given all their their issues on it with their kicking game over the last few years, you know, that although it's got straight now last year, but they had a lot with Moody as their kicker a couple years ago. Yes, absolutely. And then I'm just looking also the chargers and the Broncos on their original 50 free man also only had two. Yeah. That's I think the, I don't want to say that he was invented it. They were among the first, they did that last year. Yes.

16:27It was a little bit of surprise. I think another team had done it too. It's not, it's not radical by any stretch of the means. It makes sense at some point, but I can also understand why the Eagles didn't want to mess around with it this year. Totally agree. Yeah. Calche's own CEO says it himself. DBs only nine DBs this year. This is an area where the Eagles have been heavy in the past. And I would only I can only kind of. Talk that up to a it's not exactly a deep position. You already have a couple of guys on the team that are probably questionable to me have

18:29made it like Mac McWilliams and even maybe Killy Ringo, although Ringo is a very good special teamer. And B, you've got guys who can play multiple positions. So they kind of act those like a two for one deal. Absolutely. Who could have gained a microcard or for example, but they're not the thinnest in the NFL. I mean, there are some teams that had eight. I would yeah. Yeah. So I think that's kind of interesting to and I'm just going to look at the my master chart as we're talking the Rams, the dolphins. I knew the Rams would be one. Yep. The sea hawks, the bunks and the commanders all on their original 53 man all had eight. Yeah, because they have movable like a guy like I'm in worry for the sea hawks who's just a stud, right? He's a safety who comes into the box. He can play linebacker. He can cover like a nickel. So he plays basically three different positions for them. Who are the other teams you said? There was the commanders, the Rams.

19:33Oh, the Rams have quinten lake for that. He moves around everywhere. They have another guy that McDuffee can play inside outside. Yep. And the dolphins. Well, the dolphins are just going to look weird because they're the worst team I've ever seen on paper. Yeah. It's a pretty rough team on paper. It's I man. If Adam joked in a podcast that if the dolphins win five games, if they go five and 12, that Jeff Halfley might have to get consideration for coach of the year. It's crazy, but kind of true. For sure. One of our really good family friends is a dolphins fan and he isn't that with his son and law about will they win more than two games. So I think that, you know, that is between that two to five is very fair. I have not checked a local sports book on what they're over under win total is. I have to think it's probably something you can count on your hand. I'd be surprised if it was six or higher, but I don't know. I have not checked.

20:34It's four and a half. Four and a half? Yeah. Well, I'm almost tempted to like throw a few on and over there. I mean, why not? Right? They do have to play the jet. They get to play the jets twice. So there's at least a shot of winning one of those games. They open with the Raiders too. Oh, man. You know, she's. Who is going to watch that game? It's going to be. It's going to be a game. Let me, let me refer to that. Who is not a Raiders or a Jets fan? I mean, or a Raiders or a dolphins fan is going to watch that game. You got to. It's a fair question. You need some like real shouting for reasons to watch that. You just meet that team. And you know, you're a, you're a cheese fan who hates the Raiders or you're a Bills fan who hates the dolphins. I don't know. There you go. Other than that. Now, this is ironically a year that they're thinnest up front with the D8 defensive line. Because they didn't really hang on to the developmental guys like they've done in the past. If you think about it, they went and I think they're Grenard injury.

21:37Probably factors in. I don't know if epinessa makes it if Grenard is healthy. But that also means that if epinessa doesn't maybe like war Bernard does, I don't think they're going to have your either lineback or D back if epinessa is not there. I agree. And there was one other team that was even thinner on the D line. Do you have a guess of which team that is a team that kept nine or fewer D line? Eight. They seem to be. Eight. Man, you got to have some really strong depth Broncos. Same division, but not the Broncos. Chiefts. Yep. Okay. I guess well, they do have some movable types, spags. Does anything injury there? That's surprising because usually they like Andy likes to have more guys up front, but maybe he just didn't have anybody as a 10th guy, a 9th or a 10th that they felt were deserving of a roster spot.

22:38Yeah. I mean, totally plausible. Yeah. All right. It's interesting to see out other teams. I think that's an important detail in this analysis, just kind of looking at all the other teams and seeing how they built their rosters. For sure. All right. So now this is what we were kind of been talking about. You put the Eagles roster spots and compare it to the NFL average and then the NFL minimum and the NFL maximum. So how many teams Sam are keeping the maximum four quarterbacks? Was it four or five? Four quarterbacks. Yeah. The Cleveland Browns, the Denver Broncos. Right. Oh, no, I'm sorry. I was looking at running backs. Please ignore me. Okay. It's the Atlanta Falcons. Yep. Understandably. The Minnesota Vikings. Understandably. Yep. The Eagles. The Steelers. Yep. And that's it. Our boy Juryler earned his way on. Yes he did.

23:39Yes he did. The Vikings. Who are their four? They've got wins. They've got McCarthy. They've got Murray. Who is the fourth? Because I don't think they kept Rosemary, right? That's a good question. Vikings. It was like Nick Moons or something still hanging around for the. Right. I mean it very much could be. Yeah. Well you look at that. It is Broadway. Okay. So I thought they didn't keep them, but maybe they did. They may have not, but this was on their 53 man. Like the original 53 man he was on the roster. Gotcha. He has since been released I believe. That would make sense. But that's the caveat I was trying to make very clear. Because it's really hard to control this data. So I just figured from a consistency standpoint just on the original. Yeah. Yeah. But yes he was cut 100%. Right. And now I think you can separate. So that narrows it down to just the Falcons, the Steelers, the Eagles. That's it.

24:40Right. Now the Falcons, I think, can rationalize where they have an injury here. The penics coming off an injury and to look terrible in the preseason and is coming off. And he has always injured, right? So I think and they're kind of a team that's in transition. You coaching staff. It makes sense. With the Steelers and the Eagles, it just feels like stubbornly holding on to quarterbacks because they're waiting for somebody to make them an offer for an aging backup, right? Right. Right. And number two, is it still the guy from Oklahoma State who's been with them forever? I can't think of his name for the Falcons. No, the Steelers back up. Mason, not Mason. What's his name? Yeah, you're talking about Mason Rudolph, but is that there number two? That might make sense. I'm not even sure. I was looking at the Falcons. I'll be looking at the Steelers. I got you jumping around. Sorry. No, you're good. I mean, we know that they kept it out. We know they kept the Ohio State kid from two years ago. It is Mason Rudolph. Yeah. I mean, they don't get rid of Mason Rudolph. Right.

25:41Because they like... And listen, I think this makes sense. You've got Michael Carson there. He is, despite the fact that some people hate him. He's pretty good with quarterbacks. You've got Will Howard and Drew Aller there, but you wouldn't trust him to be your number two, so you keep Mason Rudolph. I don't know. It's different. I think the Eagles would absolutely take something for Sam Darnold because they've got Tanner McKee. I'm not sure the Steelers would be really willing to get rid of Mason Rudolph and make Will Howard or Aller their backup. Yeah, no. And I agree. And I was a little bit surprised that the Eagles didn't try to claim Joe Milton. Just point. I don't know. I feel like you could... If you're going to keep four quarterbacks, you know, cut somebody and pick up Milton. Who? Yeah. I thought that was interesting, but I mean, it's... It was an interesting decision for the Cowboys to cut Milton because I thought he had a pretty good preseason. Yeah, I agree. He's a pretty polarizing quarterback. So I understand partially who the Eagles didn't do it, but I think if you're going to try

26:44to... Like, I'd rather have him on the roster than Andy Dalton. He certainly feels like someone that Eagles would jump at as an example. Exactly. Exactly. Long arm. I mean, strong, strong arm. But... All right. Flex for the Falcons are interesting. I mean, they have Cooper Rush speaking of Cowboys and then Jack Sprand. Yeah. Yeah. You know, even though they have Pennix and Tua wouldn't surprise me at all if they had to rely on Cooper Rush, given the injury histories of the first two guys. Both. Yeah. Yeah. So it makes... To me, that makes more sense. They're doing this for survival as opposed to the Eagles and the Sealers who are just doing this for different reasons. Yeah. I think the interesting thing at the Eagles keeping six is that it's not really that far from the NFL average and yet we're sort of surprised that the Eagles are doing it, you know? Absolutely. I mean, there are two teams... There are three teams that have seven. Well, more than... Actually, there's a decent amount. Really? More than three teams of seven wide receivers?

27:45Yeah. You want to hear them? It's the Cardinals. Uh-huh. It is the Rams. It is the Dolphins. Hold on. I thought the Rams were on the other end of that. And is there any cardins? Yeah. Sorry. Yeah. No, you're good. I just wanted to get it out. But yeah, I guess... Meven wide receivers? Well, there was possibility that Puka gets suspended. I mean, there are legitimate reasons, I think, for them to have. Right. I think I can name four of them. Puka, Devante, they traded with the Dolphins to get two-to-at-well back. You just mentioned... Oh, I'm sorry. They have Jordan, Wittington. That's four. There's other three guys. Like, do they ever see the light of day? Well, they got that kid out of Pitt, a Konata-Mumpfield. They got Xavier Smith and then CJ Daniels, which I think was he was the Miami kid. Yeah. So, yeah, I mean, with two-to as well. Yeah, I guess that seven makes it... I don't...

28:45I can't expect them to stay at seven. So they keep five tight ends? They get... Oh, my. So they kept a combination of 12 passcatchers. Yes. Yes. Okay. Hey, listen. They got a really stacked roster. They can do whatever the hell they want. Exactly. Yeah, well, I'm just curious about how their construction is a little bit interesting. They also have 27-odd offense and 23-und defense. Interesting. And the commanders kept seven wide receivers, too. That makes sense because they're aging. I thought, you know, they've got McClaurin. They brought back... Who's there? They brought in Steff Diggs. So those are two guys who were a little bit long in the tooth. They drafted in 20-o'-Williams. They're still trying to get something I guess at a Luke McCaffrey, because he's a draft pick. So that's four right there. Jalen Noel. Or no, Jalen Smith. Jalen. Jalen Lane. God, they're two major. They still treat them first. Right. Jalen Brooks came on at the end for them six. So yeah, with their injury concerns and just trying to develop for the future, I think

29:46that makes sense. Yeah. All right. And again, I... You know, we'll see with the Eagles, does it stay at six? What's the Elijah Moore's role going to be? Does he have... He might be this year's version of what the Eagles used to do at Running Back, which is Keep a Fourth Guy that sit there and collect dust, whether it was Rashad Penny or AJ Dylan, you know? Yeah. Because I don't know if he's going to be a punter-tiger. So we'll see. But... Didn't all the reports say that he had a better camp than Hollywood Brown? Yeah. I mean, I think that that's fair. He probably did. Yeah. But now, everything's perspective, right? Like, Hollywood Brown probably had a... Because of the injuries to Lemon and Devon, they submit Hollywood Brown was probably covered by Quinyan Mitchell. I'm almost all of his aspects. That's fair. That's fair point. Yeah. And there was a time where Elijah was when they came back, he was back running with the second team. He wasn't running with the first team right away. So, you know, I'm not trying to devalue his camp. It was good. It was consistent. It got to high second-round pick. But I don't necessarily want to put him above a guy like Hollywood Brown, who's had

30:50like a thousand yard season in the NFL. Yeah. For sure. For sure. It still sticks in my mind that Elijah Moore could not contribute to the bills last year when he was on their practice squad. They didn't use him despite the fact that they had like no wide receiver. They're pulling... They're not going to dust off a bread and cook and throw on them out there, right? Yeah. That is a very, very, very fair point. For sure. Yeah. What else sticks out here? I think the receiver is interesting. I think back to the receiver. There's a team that has four. That's... Yeah, I would have thought that was funny. I would have thought that would be the Rams. But four wide receivers, would that be the 49ers? It would not be the 49ers. 49ers have six. Okay. It would be the Seahawks. You were in the right conference, but no, not the Seahawks. Well, then you already told me the Cardinals had like a billion of them. So I guess it has to be the team I wouldn't expect if I were to be honest with Rams.

31:53Seahawks 49ers. Oh, I'm in the right what? You said conference. Oh, a conference. Yeah, down. Oh, man. What do you mean, Packers? You're in the right division now. No, but no. My soul just told me because now it's down to three teams. It is the Detroit Lions. Okay. Yeah, I can name them all four. They probably kept obviously Jameson Williams and I'm on Rossane Brown and Isaac Tesla and what, Khalif Raymond, maybe I think is their fourth or they go with somebody else. I'm pulling up as we speak. It is Jameson. It's Tay Martin. Never. Oh, he's their rookie sixth. No, no, no. He was, he was just a guy they signed. Okay. I think I'm so Francisco. But. Wow. Warwider, Steve, for a team that doesn't, doesn't stay healthy very often. That's a little bit of a dice roll. Well, I mean, they went really heavy defense. So they're one of the teams that had 27 on defense and 23 on offense.

32:55Oh, I hope they kind of did the inverse with that. 100% super interesting. All right. So I like this. Where we're out. Let's. Now. Let's take what the Eagles kept and then like compare that to one of the more radical teams that did something differently there. Like the Eagles got nine defensive backs. The NFL minimum was eight. That's really not that far off. Who knows. It's not that big of a difference. However, a team kept 13 defensive backs. Yes. Oh, that's a team that plays a lot of sub packages. There's only one team that did that. And we've talked about them pretty ad nauseam at this point. I mean, it's not about a lot of teams at that, but it's the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons. Okay. Yeah. That makes sense. Falcons are, I mean, teams that are just trying to see what they got. Like the Falcons, dolphins, maybe even the jets are going to have high numbers there. Yeah. I mean, it's interesting. Like the Falcons are one of the teams that went 27 on defense, 23 on offense.

33:57Right. It's actually really interesting some of the splits. I mean, that it, most teams are closer to that 25, 25, you know, 26, 24, but the Eagles are on one of the ends of it. I mean, they're on one of the polarizing ends just on the offensive side. There are a lot of teams. It looks like more teams went on the defensive side. I'm just by eyeballing it, but I mean, it seems that built the same way that the Eagles did in terms of like offense defense or the Panthers. The Rams, the dolphins and the commanders. So the Eagles are about one and a half over the average on offensive players, which we explain why, and a little almost two under the average of defense players.

39:04That's new for them. That's obviously keeping the minimum amount of defensive players. How many teams kept 23 besides the Eagles on defense? I think it was, I think I just four teams total. Interesting. But when you have this kind of talent and one to three, one to four depth that the Eagles have at the main spots, you can understand why they would do that. Yeah, and I'm just looking at the inverse. There were five teams total that did it the way the Eagles did including the Eagles before or other. The inverse is one to. Looks like two. Mm-hmm. Maybe. Yep. Two. So it was just the lions and the balconies that were built the opposite way. Sure. Very interesting. So what was, what's your, do you have an overall kind of takeaway from this? Like do you suspect that there's just sort of a change right now as the Eagles shift to having more offensive concerns and defensive concerns?

40:04Yeah, I mean, it's also interesting because they're going to start having to pay defense more. So I mean, I think it would be naive to say that isn't part of it, right? Right. But I don't think, maybe it's not as overblown as I could make it sound, but I do think that is part of it. But I think it's interesting, especially knowing how both the Rams and the Eagles are built very similarly. And they both are typically teams that are on the verge of these new trends and every, I think it's interesting that they're follow somewhat in lockstep for a lot of these roster decisions and composition. So I think that's super interesting. And I think that this won't, this will change. I really don't think this roster will be composed the way that it is now. By the time playoff, start, it'll be a complete, not completely. It'll have variability than what we see here. Yeah, I tell you what, I'm really excited for, from especially from analytics when we

41:07get into it and then, strategic standpoint for weeks three for an end to some extent five. I'm a little bit curious about the Jaguars trying to repeat being a 13 win team, but I really like both their head coach, the Mkoan and their defensive coordinator, Anthony Campanili who did an excellent job with that Jags defense last year. But you know, you got Bears, Rams, Jags back to back to back. You're talking about a lot of different usage of offensive personnel from between 12 and 13 personnel that we'll get into during the season. And then defensively, the Rams in particular have a lot of movable parts also like the Eagles on the back end. The Bears are a little bit of a mess defensively, but they're going to try to score 5,000 points a game. And the Jags, you know, if Travis Hunter is healthy, really curious to see what kind of impact that he has on their secondary and who moves around as he does. So that'll be all good stuff that relates back to how you constructed your roster knowing

42:08what guys can play multiple positions and give you a two for one deal. And it's also going to be a great list, Miss Tess for who the Eagles are because those are three teams, you know, who are all in the playoffs last year. All you expect, I mean, everybody says the right and right fields like the Rams are going to be even better. They have like this Hall of Fame roster, right? The Bears have some issues on defense, but they've got a lot of offensive weapons, which can help your defense. And then the Jags who are kind of a, when they were sneaky good last year, somehow on 13 games. So it's going to be a nice little three week stretch there for them. Yeah. And we're definitely have a lot to talk about in that time, especially once we actually get real, you know, NFL snaps and data. Yes. I'm itching for it. You know, I know you're waiting for, I know you are like waiting to take a deep dive into things like EPA and successor. And so am I. Yes. I, you know, that's not available for the preseason. It shouldn't be because nobody cares about the EPA of a fourth quarter run when a coach is just calling a play to see like if a left guard can pull or not, right?

43:13And how well as opposed to trying to do that for the sake of winning the game. So it's thankfully that there's none of that stuff, but I can't wait until we get into that. And it's going to start pretty soon. But next week we'll do a little, we'll do a little preview stuff from an analyst standpoint as we get the, the wheels rolling. Sounds good to me.
