Nella prima storia c’è Fulvio, catturato dai tedeschi dopo l’8 settembre e mandato a lavorare in una fattoria nei dintorni di Berlino. Non un lager, ma un luogo in cui, dentro la guerra, si crea una relazione fatta di rispetto, memoria e perfino affetto, tanto che anni dopo quel legame riemergerà in modo sorprendente. Nella seconda c’è Agostino, carrista in Africa, sopravvissuto a un’esplosione e poi fatto prigioniero dagli inglesi. È una storia di fame, resistenza, nostalgia e ritorno, ma anche di identità: quella di un uomo che, anche nei momenti più duri, continua a orientarsi pensando a casa, al Vesuvio, alla propria terra. Una puntata che racconta come, perfino dentro la violenza della guerra, possano restare tracce di umanità.
