Testing, testing, one, two, three. This is fantastic. Back to lazy podcasting for you it seems like it hasn't been more than seven days but in my case it's been at least seven months. Seven months since I last organized this podcast, I set it up into motion and actually it might even be longer than that. I was to say I realize I have 37 more episodes to complete to make this season fantastic and wrap it up the way that I like to wrap it up. So here's my next and first episode in that long line of fresh content. As I say here and I talk and see the advice I realize where I started versus where I am has changed dramatically which is always the point which is why I do these episodes and I release them in season long bouts every 12 weeks I'm a new man and same for you

they're a different person. So on a molecular level on a molecular level they change so you change. What used to bother you doesn't bother you anymore at least we could hope. And the things that didn't bother you before might disturb you now which is sometimes part of the process we have lower of patients lower tolerance for things that no longer serve us which is a healthy way to be. So I'm thinking about these things I'm thinking about the hard reset if I were to bring you up to speed to where I am now what I'm thinking how I'm moving who I'm working with and while we're doing the projects we're doing it'd be like night and day talking to a whole new human being and that's the favorite that's my favorite part of life the constant change that I guess the average person would find uncomfortable you know whatever it's all necessary and so the things that I want require me to evolve and then when I finally get to

that point that plateau I still want more and that means further evolution. The more dramatic part of the story is that I actually closed down everything that I was doing about a few months ago I want to say summer 25 took down the site took down the email marketing took down everything that was related to me helping people with this podcast is IQ test but being a larger part of the coaching that I was doing here's what I surmise prior to doing that and the changes that I needed to make to make my business more profitable more successful were changes that I was doing far too slowly so I needed to shake myself up in order to do them at a faster pace with more purpose so that way I could help people sooner than later when I realize is that the first fifth of

my life that you know me for it's fundamentally me managing me managing projects be managing people me managing ideas and my vision in the transition that I really need to make is to go in from a manager specifically a teacher into a leader specifically a coach and so those four terms people may interchange them of one another thinking that they're synonymous and they truly are and to respect that process I realize okay I'm gonna go into training so I invest it in the people the mentors the the coaches the the team to even support in my delegation of task but it still wasn't the right fit simply because I wasn't the right fit so I was the missing link in my own entourage which is funny the

reason this happens all the time is that people aren't self-aware and a lot of times their businesses that fail or do poorly are ones that are from the inside out leadership down aren't structured properly so I knew I had to shake things up and reset so I took it all down and of course everything was fine on my end financially with my family with other things that I wanted to accomplish as well as continued to do and here I am in this process of transition before I relaunch so it's nice to think about that's process which should wrap up in a few weeks about six weeks now and then we're back to business and it's also interesting to couple that with doing this episode episode 2009 for you or 209 for you I guess that I will do about 36 more of these to wrap up this season but this is how we're kicking it off feels good to be back I'm gonna do

what I normally do which is block out a time to do all 30 plus episodes maybe do it in three hours over a week and record them all and get them uploaded for you to enjoy it throughout the rest of the year and then the big changes which will happen later this fall 37 weeks from now will be the ones that you get to see whether or not I broadcast this on YouTube or another platform so we can get this message out both live and in a more fantastic way to the people that really need to hear beyond us so that's my adventure from the past few years that you've been listening it's also my thanks for you to be part of this journey I began this because I got so many questions that I couldn't answer in the ways that I wanted to via my email newsletter so now I get to say what I want to say get it out to the people and with no marketing whatsoever thousands

of you listen every week so this truly is a lazy podcast I'm just a lazy man who does lazy podcasting and who runs businesses so lazily that when he's not doing the well he shutters them to reset them and get back to it later so it's just layers and layers of laziness that turn into something powerful that you can actually take home with you put in action and see positive results with so it's definitely time where we get to that consensus where lazy means more than couch potato sometimes it just means being mindful of what matters and focusing on those details and that's how we got here episode 209 I don't know what the full count is tens of thousands of people have now listened and all I do is talk for a few minutes who would have thought it well I certainly would because that's why I created this episode the way that I did and I created this

show the way that I did I bring this all out to say hello again to you it feels like you just picking up from last week from the it's been a lifetime so if you are in a situation where you know things aren't going the way that you want something worth considering is am I the person that I want to be am I the person that I need to be to carry this out the way that I want where everything is going my way the answer is no it's time for a hard reset like I've done we're at force myself to get in a shook-in situation where I could see things more clearly because I was off-balance getting down it's helpful for me I don't treat this as a universal fix but for people who are like me and vicious unbothered by the status quo it could be a fantastic technique and if you don't want to be so extreme with it this part is definitely universal

which is okay what habits do you need to change to get the results that you want and this is all in an attempt to live more consciously so you can be more impactful because that's all it is you can make excuses or you can make a positive impact choices yours and yours alone God bless
