Hey, this is Dave DeCamp from anti-war.com and welcome to anti-war news. It's about 9.30 on Sunday
night. I hope everyone had a good weekend. As usual, we have a whole bunch of stuff to get through,
so we'll get right into it. And unfortunately, it looks like escalation is ahead. So the first
story at the top of anti-war.com today, Iran responds to Trump's power plant threat. So the
Iranian military has warned that if the US or Israel bomb Iran's power plants or other energy
infrastructure, it will completely close the strait of Hormuz and target similar infrastructure
in Israel and regional countries hosting US bases. So this is Lieutenant Colonel Abraham
Zulfakari. He's a spokesman for Iran's military and he issued this warning in response to a
threat from President Trump that he would destroy Iran's power plants if Iran did not fully
open the strait of Hormuz within 48 hours. So this is what Trump said and this was on Saturday night.
He wrote on true social quote, if Iran doesn't fully open without threat, the strait of Hormuz
within 48 hours from this exact point in time, the United States of America will hit and obliterate
their various power plants starting with the biggest one first. And quote, so he's given him,
he said they have 48 hours. The post went out at 7.44 pm on Saturday night,
eastern time. So if he follows through on this threat, that means Monday night, we'll start seeing
the US launch major attacks on Iran's energy infrastructure, which of course, as it always does,
will have a horrible impact on the civilian population of Iran. And what would happen in response.
So Zulfakari said that Iran has quote repeatedly declared that the strait of Hormuz is closed only
to the enemy and harmful passage and has not yet been closed completely and is under our smart
control. And quote, and he said that what what he what they call non-hormful transit will continue
unless Trump follows through on this threat and starts bombing the power plants,
then he's saying they're going to close the strait of Hormuz to all traffic. And also bomb again,
bomb energy infrastructure in Israel and the Gulf Arab countries. And another thing he said,
they would completely destroy all US economic interests in the region. And he also suggested that
Iran would target oil infrastructure in response as well. He said quote, nothing can prevent us from
proceeding with our operation to demolish energy and oil infrastructure and industry of the US
and its allies in the region. And quote, so if Trump follows through on this threat,
it looks like, you know, this will we'll see this next major escalation of just
all-out attacks on energy infrastructure both in Iran, Israel and across the Arab countries.
And that of course, I mean, we're already seeing very high oil and gas prices and that's just
going to go up, up, and up. And not to mention again, the impact that it will have on all of the
civilians in Iran and in these other countries in the region as well. So the next and just
there's no sign that Iran is is going to, you know, listen to Trump and they're not in any
they do not appear to be in any sort of weak in position where they're going to capitulate to
demands made by President Trump. So the next one here, Iranian strike on Demona highlights Israel's
secret nukes. So on Saturday, an Iranian missile struck Demona, a city in southern Israel,
near the Shimon Perez-Nagev nuclear research center, a facility where Israel first developed
nuclear weapons and is still believed to be a crucial part of Israel's undeclared nuclear
weapons program. Iranian media said that the strike on Demona was a response to a US or Israeli
attack that hit Iran's Natanz nuclear facility. Iran denounced the strike on Natanz as a criminal
attack and said that it violated the non-proliferation treaty or NPT, which of course Israel has never
signed the NPT or ratified it since it has this secret nuclear arsenal. So according to Israeli
officials, these these were significant Iranian missile strikes both on Demona and the nearby
city of Arad. These are small cities out in the Nagev desert. And Israeli military officials
said that the IDF failed to intercept the Iranian missiles in both cities and at least 175 people
were injured. You see the aftermath of the attack in Demona. So the targeting of Demona has drawn
attention to Israel's nuclear weapons program, which is often missing, pretty much always missing
from the conversation about Iran's nuclear program, which has never been used to develop
weapons, by the way. But Israel is sitting on a secret nuclear arsenal. We don't know how many
nuclear warheads they have. The estimates range from anywhere from 70 to 400 warheads. And there are
signs that it may be expanding. Last year the AP reported that satellite images showed construction
at Demona. And seven experts who they spoke with and showed the images said that they believe the
construction was related to Israel's nuclear weapons program. And neither the US nor Israel
acknowledged the existence of Israel's nuclear weapons program. Though I covered this recently,
David Sachs, who he's not involved in any of the planning and stuff when it comes to the war.
He's a crypto and AI advisor to the White House. I don't even know how involved he is at all with
the administration. But he mentioned something about Israel's nuclear weapons suggesting that if the
war continues in Israel starts really getting destroyed, then they're going to contemplate the
use of nuclear weapons. And it is something that I think is really missing from the from the
conversation is the fact that Israel has nukes. And I don't think many of us would would put a pass
them to use them considering what they've done in Gaza and elsewhere over the past few years.
So it's always something to keep to keep in mind here. And since the Nixon administration,
the US and Israel have maintained an understanding under which Washington does not acknowledge Israel's
nuclear weapons program or pressure Israel to sign the NPT. And this ambiguity has allowed US
presidents to provide military assistance without worrying about the Simmington amendment,
which is a foreign assistance law that prohibits aid to countries that traffic in or receive
nuclear enrichment equipment or technology outside of international safeguards in countries that
receive this type of equipment and build nuclear weapons without agreeing to be placed
under the IAEA, under the non-proliferation treaty, which of course Israel has never done.
All right, so the next one here, Iran denies that it fired ballistic missiles at Diego Garcia.
So this one is from Al Jazeera. This is kind of just explaining the situation. Over the weekend,
I think it was first reported by the Wall Street Journal. This is how this claim first appeared
was a report in the Wall Street Journal that said, Iran fired ballistic missiles at Diego Garcia,
the US-UK military base that's out in the Indian Ocean about 2,500 miles from Iran. So that
suggests it. And there's all this kind of hysteria about, oh, this means Iran has medium range
ballistic missiles. But Israel, sorry, Iran has denied that they were responsible.
And we also don't, there's been no confirmation from the US. We haven't seen comments from the US
official statements from the US about this. But according to these reports, one of the missiles
failed. And another one was intercepted by a US warship. And so I don't know where it was
intercepted. So the whole story is a little fishy here, but we'll see if more comes out about it.
There's any more evidence that they actually tried to target Diego Garcia.
So the next one here, Patriot Interceptor, likely behind Bahrain blast blamed on Iran.
So this article is, this is the times of Israel. This is actually a Reuters story that they ran.
So an American operated Patriot air defense battery likely fired the interceptor missile
involved in a pre-dawn explosion that injured dozens of civilians and tore through homes in US
ally Bahrain 10 days into the war on Iran. According to an analysis by academic researchers,
examined by Reuters, both Bahrain and Washington have blamed an Iranian drone attack
for the March 9 blast, which the Gulf Kingdom said injured 32 people, including children,
some seriously. Commenting on the day of the attack, US Central Command said on X that an
Iranian drone struck a residential neighborhood in Bahrain. And in response to questions from Reuters,
Bahrain on Saturday acknowledged for the first time that a Patriot missile was involved in the
explosion over the Mahaza neighborhood on Citroe Island offshore from the capital Manema
and also home to an oil refinery in a statement about rainy government spokesperson said the
missile successfully intercepted an Iranian drone midair saving lives. So they're saying that the
interceptor intercepted a drone and then the debris fell on this island.
But this is important because it shows that these both the US and its Arab allies are not
always telling the truth here when they say they blame certain things on Iranian drone attacks.
It's I think that's more the story here than anything.
All right, so the next one here, US deploys Marines as Trump considers ground operations.
So over the weekend, there is a few reports about how the US and Trump are drawing up plans for
potential ground operations against Iran. So the US is deploying thousands of additional Marines
to the Middle East. Amid reports that Trump is considering launching ground operations in Iran,
US officials told Reuters on Friday that the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, MEU, which consists
of about 2,200 Marines left California and is heading to the region aboard the USS Boxer
and amphibious assault ship. The Boxer's amphibious ready group consists of two other warships,
the USS Comstock and the USS Portland, which are expected to join the deployment.
So the 11th MEU will join the 31st MEU, which is still on its way to the Middle East,
giving the USA significant amphibious force to launch attacks on Iran's Persian Gulf islands.
However, it's unlikely that any US warship could make it through the Strait of Hormuz without
coming under significant missile and drone attacks. So of course, Strait of Hormuz is a narrow
waterway right off the coast of Iran. Any US ship carrying Marines that's going to try to get
through there is going to face some pretty significant attacks. I mean, I would think Iran would
throw a lot at any ship, especially if it's carrying Marines to conduct some kind of raids on
islands, you know, I think they would throw a lot at them. And options that the Trump administration
is considering include capturing Carg Island through which most of Iran's exports, oil exports
travel. Though Carg Island is very deep inside the Persian Gulf, you know, it's not anywhere near
the Strait of Hormuz. So this idea, there's this idea floating around, I think that, oh, if the US
captures this island, they'll be able to keep the Strait of Hormuz open, but it's not even anywhere
near it. But other potential operations, according to a report from NBC News would involve attempting
to seize control of Iranian ports, oil facilities, or conducting a raid to capture Iran's stockpile
of uranium that's enriched at the 60 percent level. And again, I've said this a lot, but I mean,
I believe every as far as we know, it's under the rubble. This uranium is under a mountain,
basically. So I don't know how they would expect to get it, but we have all these reports. There's
another one from CBS News that said the Pentagon officials have made detailed preparations for deploying
US ground forces into Iran. And preparations have included meetings to discuss how to handle the
potential detention of Iranian soldiers. And Trump himself has said, you know, he won't rule out
sending, you know, putting boots on the ground. He was asked on Friday about these reports.
And he said, quote, no, I'm not putting troops anywhere. If I were, I certainly wouldn't tell you
end quote. So, you know, he's just, when it comes to what the things that Trump says, it's just,
can't really give it much credence considering all the deception and lying that this war has
involved. And the, so Caroline leave it, the White House Secretary, she was asked about, you know,
is the about the Pentagon developing plans. And essentially her, her answer was it's the Pentagon's
job to prepare for, you know, certain things if the commander in chief gives an order.
So she didn't deny that these plans were being drawn up. And unfortunately, you know,
I think this is just going to keep escalating at the moment. I don't know what the off ramp,
even if Trump wants an off ramp, wants to de-escalate, I have no clue what that off ramp could be.
Iran's perspective is that, you know, they're not going to agree to another ceasefire at the moment
because then they think they're going to get attacked again a few months years down the line.
And when it comes to Trump, again, even if he wants some kind of deal,
he's, there's no way he's willing to make the concessions, the things that Iran is going to ask for.
You know, the guarantees that they want. So, you know, the next escalation, I think is the
infrastructure. And after that, I don't see this any, you know, ground ops happening in the immediate
future, but maybe in the next few months or so, if this war is still going on, which I really hope
that it's not, but it just seems to be going in this direction. So the next one here,
Lindsey Graham on Carg Island says we did it to Iwo Jima, we can do this. So this is Lindsey
Graham's answer when asked about taking Carg Island. So on Sunday, he was on Fox News as he always
is on Sunday. And he called for the US to capture Carg Island. And he compared the potential
operation to the Battle of Iwo Jima in World War II. He said, quote, here's what I tell President
Trump, keep it up for a few more weeks, take Carg Island, control that island, let this regime die
on the vine and quote. So then he was asked about the fact that US troops involved in this operation
would face a lot of attacks, a lot of drone and missile attacks if they tried to take this island.
This is what Lindsey Graham said, quote, I'm sort of tired of all this armchair quarter backing.
This has been an amazing military operation. And then he said, God bless the fallen. And he went on,
he said, we did Iwo Jima, we can do this. My money is always on the Marines. And quote, so he's
saying we, he's using we as if he's going to be marching into Carg Island to secure it and
facing a barrage of missile and drone attacks. And he's referencing one of the most brutal
battles of World War II when it comes to battles that US troops fought. I mean, you look at the
casualty numbers. This was a horrific battle. 6,000 American troops, more than 6,000 American
troops were killed. Another 20,000 were injured. More than 18,000 just about all of the Japanese
who were defending the island were killed. Just again, just so bloody, such a bloody horrific
battle. So he's trying to compare this potential operation to that. And I don't think Graham cares how
many American Americans die. Of course, he doesn't care about Iranian lives or anything like that.
But he's just all in on every escalation that you can think of. And unfortunately, Lindsey Graham
has been getting his way a lot lately. So the next one here is some 5D chests from the Trump
administration, the US issues waiver to permit Iranian oil sales for 30 days. So the Trump
administration has issued a sanctions waiver allowing the purchase of Iranian oil for 30 days
without the threat of US economic penalties. As it scrambles to address oil and gas prices that
have been driven up as a result of the US and Israel launching a war against Iran.
Treasury Secretary Scott Besson announced this in a post on X. He said, quote,
at present, sanctioned Iranian oil is being hoarded by China on the cheap,
by temporarily unlocking this existing supply for the world. The United States will quickly bring
approximately 140 million barrels of oil to global markets, expanding the amount of world-wide
energy and helping to relieve the temporary pressures on supply caused by Iran.
And quote, so the logic here, so they're saying in his statement, he said that this Iranian oil
is stranded at sea, basically saying there's all these tankers carrying Iranian oil that can't
sell it anywhere so that we're going to lift the sanctions so they could bring it to other countries.
But there's a few problems with the logic here. One is that, as he says, and I think this in
this statement, you know, and not all these Western countries, the US financial sanctions are still
in place. So say they ship it to, I don't know, say France or something, they may never get that
payment because of the financial sanctions. So why would they send it there when they could just
send it to China and get paid? So I think this is just more kind of market manipulation that they're
trying here to try to keep the prices lower, the price of oil. And Iran, that's basically what
Iran's response was. They also said they denied the idea that they have oil stranded at sea.
And they're saying that they're just trying to influence the market. And another thing, I mean,
when it comes to the sanctions and everything, the, well, one thing that's interesting is that
Iran has continued exporting oil. We saw, I don't know if the numbers are still this high,
but like the first week of March, they exported more oil than they were exporting before the war.
But, you know, millions and millions of barrels of Iranian oil continue to be exported. And now they're
in control of the straight-of-form moves and controls what goes in and out of there. So when it comes
to selling oil, Iran could be in a better position than it was before. All right, so the next one here,
Israel to destroy all bridges over Latani river. So in the course of prosecuting the ongoing
invasion of southern Lebanon, Israeli defense minister Israel Katz has announced that he is
ordering the destruction of every bridge across the Latani river, raising doubts over whether the
hundreds of thousands of people they ordered evacuated from south of the river will ever actually
be allowed to return. And this article is written by Jason Ditz, by the way, I don't think I said that.
So they, when they, you know, escalated the war in Lebanon, they issued this evacuation order.
Everybody go north through the Latani river and now they're going to blow up all the bridges.
And the RT reporter, British reporter who was nearly killed by an Israeli strike that hit right
next to him, he was near one of these bridges. And so Katz also said that he ordered IDF troops to
step up the demolition of civilian homes in southern Lebanon, particularly in towns close to the
Israeli border. He presented the leveling of those villages as along the model of Rafa and
Bait Hanun, two cities in Gaza that Israel has essentially completely destroyed. So he's saying,
take the Gaza model to southern southern Lebanon. So real monstrous stuff that Israel is up to in
Lebanon. All right. So the next one here, Israel launches a attack on South Syrian army camps.
So this is another one from Jason. He wrote this up on Friday. So this was interesting.
Israel launched a bunch of attacks on Syria on Syria's military in the south and the Suwite
government. They claimed that they hit a military headquarters as well as multiple army camps and
weapon storage area and weapon storage in the area. And the way Israel framed this, they said that
this is retaliation for violence against the region's Druze minority. And we have seen horrific
violence against the Druze committed by the new Syrian government. But the idea that these
Israelis are suddenly humanitarian, so you just want to protect this minority in southern Syria,
who just want to out of the kindness of their hearts want to help the Druze. Obviously,
we're not buying that. So this is about, I think, they want to keep a Syrian government out of this
area as they've invaded southern Syria and they've taken some territory there and they continue
to very slowly, you know, push a little further in. And these raids and this ongoing occupation
of southwestern Syria gets virtually no attention here. All right. So the next one here,
PMF bases targeted three times in Iraq. So this article is from Rudau, the Kurdish media outlet.
That's based in Iraqi Kurdistan. The basis of a popular mobilization of the popular mobilizations
forces or PMF affiliated with Iraq's Kiteb Hezbollah were struck three times on Sunday in the
Babel province, leaving one person injured, official said. So if you remember the last show that I
did, Kiteb Hezbollah, which is kind of the main, the most powerful faction in the PMF, the most
powerful Shia militia that's aligned with Iran in Iraq, they said last week on Thursday that
they would stop attacks on the U.S. Embassy on U.S. bases. If Israel stopped attacks in Lebanon,
was there a condition and another, and if the U.S. stopped its airstrikes in Iraq, and of course
none of that happened, and the attacks in Iraq on U.S. bases and things continued. Obviously,
Israel's attacks in Lebanon continued. U.S. airstrikes continued. So this is just on Sunday that
there were some strikes, and these are likely U.S. strikes. It's possible I know Israel has in
the past before bombed the PMF, but I think it's most likely that these strikes that we're seeing in
Iraq are being launched by the U.S. And dozens of these PMF guys, I believe over 60, have been killed
by U.S. airstrikes since the U.S., you know, since the war with Iran started. It's really
Iraq is a real mess at the moment. All right, so the next one here, the U.S. bomb Somalia for the 47th
time this year. So U.S. Africa command set on Saturday that its forces launched an airstrike in Somalia
on March 19th, as the Trump administration continues its record-breaking bombing campaign in the
country amid the U.S. Israeli war against Iran. So not many details, of course, as usual, we really
know nothing other than what Afrikam said. They said it was launched about 50 miles north east of
the town of Jamame in Somalia's lower Juba region, and the command offered no other details about
the attack. And I didn't see any statements from the U.S. back Somali government, but I didn't
notice this. I missed this. So I knew that they launched a new offensive against al-Shabab. Again,
this is the Somali government that's based in Mogadishu that's backed by the U.S. And you know,
they're having also other types of internal conflicts with other governments, you know, the local
governments and certain clans in Somalia. They had, there's like a, they have a whole political
mess happening. It's separate of this. But anyway, so they announced a new operation against al-Shabab
and they called it Operation Rolling Thunder, which was the name of the first, was it the first?
Well, at least one of the first major U.S. bombing campaigns in Vietnam. And now the Somali
government says that they're conducting Operation Rolling Thunder. And I guess the Americans did
not advise them on that name at all. But they said this is involving, you know, increased attacks
on al-Shabab and everything. And so this is at least the 47th time that the U.S. launched an
airstrike in Somalia this year. We've seen a slowdown when it comes to the rate of U.S.
airstrikes in Somalia since the war with Iran started. But January saw like just a, you know,
they were bombing Somalia at a rate I've never seen before. So compared to that, it's slowed down.
But it's still, they're still on track to break the record set in 2025, a hundred and 24
Afro-com airstrikes were launched in 2025, which is nearly double the previous annual record
for U.S. airstrikes in Somalia. And the reason why I always go over these numbers is because I think
it really demonstrates kind of the scale and how unprecedented the U.S. current U.S. air war in Somalia
is. And this is a result of this administration loosening the rules of engagement and everything
like that. So the next one here, U.S. troops in Nigeria engaged in surveillance and intel
gathering. So this one is from the Libertarian Institute from Kyle Ancelon. So American soldiers
deployed to Nigeria for a training operation are using advanced drones to provide surveillance
and intelligence to Nigerian forces. So this is the at least U.S. troops have deployed to Nigeria
to assist the government in combating Islamic terrorism. Washington said that the soldiers would
be involved in intelligence training and advisement, but would be limited to non-combat operations.
So at the moment, we're not aware of any U.S. troops on the ground involved in any sort of
ground fighting or anything like that. Still no airstrikes since the U.S. bombed Nigeria
with in cooperation with the government. On Christmas day, Trump thought that would be nice to
drop some bombs on Christmas. But you know, this is they are involved in the operations and there's
been a lot of violence. There's a lot of fighting and things and attacks in Nigeria. So we'll see if
we see more airstrikes U.S. airstrikes in Nigeria. So the next one here is Rayleigh settlers rampage
across the West Bank. This article is from Middle East eye. So dozens of Israeli settlers rampaged
across the occupied West Bank overnight on Saturday, torching cars and houses. Video footage
shows the villages of Jaloud, Fanda, Kumaya, Salat Ad-Dar and Karut with buildings on fire and
residents scrambling to try to evacuate those inside. The Israeli Army reported on Sunday a spade of
arson attacks by Israeli settlers against Palestinians. In the West Bank, the previous night, the
Palestinian Red Creston said that three people were injured after being beaten by settlers and six
were injured in other villages near Janine. So the rate and scale of Jewish
southern violence against Palestinians in the West Bank has exploded since the Iran war started.
Over the past few years, we've seen increases in southern violence after certain events, after
October 7th. After the Trump administration came in and they put Mike Huckabee as the U.S. Ambassador.
And now we've seen it with this Iran war. You know, when all attention is elsewhere, that's when
they really ramp things up. All right. So the next one here, Gaza, three killed by Israeli drone
and central Gaza. So this article is from Wafa, the Palestinian news agency. So three civilians were
killed and 10 others were injured on Sunday evening. After an Israeli occupation, reconnaissance
drone targeted a vehicle at the Abu Sarrar Junction in the Newsorette refugee camp in central Gaza,
the Al-Auto medical complex in Newsorette camp reported receiving the casualties at the hospital
following the strike, which directly hit the vehicle. The attacks come amid continued Israeli
strikes on various areas across the Gaza Strip, raising the death toll in further worsening the
humanitarian situation. So not much details there, but I wanted to just throw that in there because
there's no very little coverage of what's happening in Gaza. All right. The next one here,
two killed by U.S. Boats strike in Eastern Pacific. So they're still finding time to bomb Somalia.
They're still finding time to bomb boats in Latin America. So U.S. Southern Command announced on
Friday that its forces bombed a small boat in the Eastern Pacific Ocean a day earlier.
And as usual, they offered no evidence to back up the claim that this boat was carrying
drugs. They just released, you know, this very grainy video of the strike. And initially,
Southcom said that three people, the three victims of the strike survived. But then the Coast Guard
put out a statement saying that it picked them up, it picked up two bodies and one survivor,
and then transferred them to the coast of Reacon Coast Guard. So according to Air Wars,
the U.S. has killed at least 159 people in these attacks. And these are all classified as civilians
because these are their non-combatants. They don't pose any threat to the U.S. military as they're
being targeted. So the next one here, the last story, the U.S. to embed a Palantir AI across
entire military. So this article is from the cradle. So the Pentagon has designated Palantir's
Maven Artificial Intelligence System as an official program of record and a move that will lock in
the weapons targeting technology long term across the U.S. military. This was reported by
Reuters on March 21st. The move was announced in a letter from Deputy Secretary of War Steve
Feinberg issued to senior Pentagon leaders on an U.S. military command as on March 9th.
And he said that this would provide the military, the latest tools necessary to detect,
deter and dominate our adversaries in all domains. Maven is the U.S. military's main AI
system, analyzing data from satellites, drones, radars, sensors, and reports. It uses AI to
interpret data and swiftly identify and strike targets like enemy vehicles, buildings,
and weapons. The White House claims that U.S. warplanes have hit more than 7,800 targets since
the Iran war began just three weeks ago. So this AI technology is being used to strike all these
targets and at such a rapid pace. And the Palantir software was used in the first 24 hours
of the war. And there's been questions if that's why the U.S. bomb that elementary school,
the Minab elementary school were over 100 children, little boys and girls were mass occurred.
According to the New York Times report, I think it was New York Times on the Pentagon investigation.
The preliminary investigation said that it was human error, that it wasn't AI targeting,
why the school was targeted. But I still think we don't know exactly all the details here.
But it's very dystopian, this whole thing of AI making these decisions and picking out places to
bomb. Of course, Israel employed this a whole bunch in Gaza. So that is it for the news for today.
Please go check out our viewpoints, one from David Gornowski, Netanyahu's pagan confession,
Christ's act of kingship collapses, BB's gangus con fantasy. So I saw that clip of Netanyahu saying
he was quoting some writer who said that, you know, gangus con wins over Jesus Christ,
which obviously has a Christian, that's just a ridiculous thing to hear someone say.
The next one here, David Stockman, the Donald gets a double whammy, one from Ted Snyder,
the day the UN died, one from Tree Deparcy, Trump's window for face-saving exit, maybe closing,
one from Thomas Nap, Congress can halt the Iran War by doing nothing. It should, one from Orin
Ziv, our coverage is not truthful, how Israel is censoring reporting on the war.
And our spotlight is from Dan McKnight. So this was published at the American conservative,
veterans have earned the right to ask. It's time that we did. And it's an open letter supporting
Joe Kent and calling on others to, you know, take a stand against this war. And it was signed
by Dan McKnight, who is a veteran who leads, bring our troops home, which is the organization behind
the Defend the Guard Act. And it was also signed by Daniel Davis, retired US Army, Lieutenant
Colonel. He also hosts the show, Daniel Davis Deep Dive on YouTube, if you've ever watched that.
Also Matthew Ho, retired US Marine Corps captain, Iraq War veteran, and he resigned from his
State Department position in Afghanistan in protest of the escalation of the war in 2009.
And you can add your name to the list. There's a link here where you could sign the letter.
And it's open to veterans and also people who did not serve in the US military as well, as well,
which you specify when you fill it in here. So go go sign the letter, support dissent against
this horrific war that we see. So that is it. There's lots of stuff in the lower part of the page
and the blog so much content at anti-war.com. And I mean, the six viewpoints, it's actually seven,
including the spotlight. And now it's not all original stuff. We link to other people's sites,
but we are putting out an enormous amount of content both in the news section and the viewpoint
section. We're just putting our heads down and working. And one thing, we're not doing a fun
razor anytime soon because we're so busy, but we need support. We need donations from our readers.
So if anyone has the means and can help us out, go to anti-war.com slash donate for that.
And also, other ways you can support us is just sharing our articles,
our telling people about the site, sharing the show, liking, commenting, subscribing,
leaving reviews and stuff like that. But anyway, that's it for me for today. Let's pray for peace
and hope that somehow this situation gets better and things get resolved. But I will be back tomorrow
with some more news. Thanks for listening.
