Is it Their Truth or Your Truth? The Concept of Truth Ownership

It is one thing to grasp a concept and another to say that a concept is your #truth. For example, I may do a video in which I present the truth that ‘there is no such thing as self-sabotage’. People will listen to the #concept and grasp the idea in and of itself. But do they really 'get it' to the degree that it becomes their truth?
