Good morning and happy Friday to the ungovernable
captain screw the LFA family McGroin Nation. We're coming to you line from the
deep red state of Tennessee and Rumble.com slash LFA TV. Welcome to ungoverned
after Friday to you and you and you and you not really you but absolutely you.
Friday the 13th. This is second month in a row. Friday the 13th I think. We had a
Friday the 13th last month too. Yes and so today is the one year anniversary
of our swatting. So we have no plans on removing a chain link fence today. We
are not going to repeat the same behaviors throughout the day of the
Thursday the 13th last year. That was quite a day but yes it has been a year
full year. It is our swat aversory today and it's a while the year has passed
already. It feels like it happened more recently than a year ago. The time has
flown. Time has flown. Time flies when you're getting swatted. So on that note we
are happy to announce that it hasn't happened again and also happy to announce
that we are you know obviously heavily invested in our local sheriff's
election because of that. So you know to the folks who decided that that was
going to be a good idea you've just gotten a bunch of people more involved in
politics and you know it's given us a reason to really really care about and we
always you know we would have been voting but who knows if we would have been
this involved if if that had happened probably not to be honest with you
probably not so Mark's madness says no naps or pork chops there will be pork
chops today. There will be no there will be no nap though. Oh I mean there might
be. They're probably won't be. It's not gonna have enough time in the day. We've
got a lot going on. Obviously by now I think everybody knows the news of what's
going on next week Monday and Tuesday. I will give you a little bit of in
set well on inside baseball but the schedule next week the show will be we will
have an episode next week on Monday. Somebody I've been very very excited to get
on the show for a while since I met him back in November at a local event here
T-bones and politics. His name is Chase Bose. He is an incredibly bright young man
very young. I don't I think he's 20. He's the 20 or 21. Chase very. He's so smart. His
guy is so bright. I remember telling you guys on the show I said you know we're
going to put together a a nice team of younger guys and got nothing wrong with
you know I have no no problem if you're older whatever you know 40 50 60 what
I it's not that it's not about that but it is about finding the next
generation of leaders in all you know in all areas and we got to make sure
these are these are good people right so between guys like Dylan Philly and
who I know Dylan and Chase actually speak but between guys like Dylan guys
like Chase you know people like Hannah Faulkner it's time it is time to to find
the next generation so Chase Bose is a political analyst a data analyst and he
has put together over the course of years now you know political data prediction
models that have had remarkable accuracy upwards of 95% so for a 20-year-old
kind of cutting his teeth here folks you know in it he's he's he's incredibly
bright where we are so happy to have met him and and and folks I'm telling you
right now I'm just gonna tell you he's not gonna sugarcoat anything okay Chase
is gonna give you the numbers he's not gonna sugarcoat it he's a he's a
numbers guy and that's that's one of the the biggest things about having a
dude like this on is you know he's not BS in anybody you may not get good news on
Monday but it will be midterm Monday we're gonna find out where we are and
we're gonna turn it into a regular thing to see how his model evolves into
track it and this way you know we give Chase a platform a place to kind of show
everybody his skills he's got incredible skills you know we do know how to pick
him guys we do not pick him if you are a bottle I cannot believe on this show I
keep forgetting to mention it but Monday nights if you watch the show the voice
you will see a familiar face on there is anybody remember JW Griffin remember
we had him on a couple years ago in 2023 over the summer he played his first
his first song dash on the tombstone was a really really a great great job
talented guy he's on the voice guys he's on the voice so if you are if you do
watch the voice or maybe you don't I would I would just say give her a friend
JW some support he's on team Kelly and check it out NBC's the voice I know I'm
not you know it's NBC it's the fake news I know but guys JW Griffin and he was
on our show in 2023 I said this guy's gonna be and he's out there on the
voice now crushing it so you know check him out I think the audience love
them when he was on what's not to love the dude is supremely talented he's
about all the right things when we met him that night at what was bold
patriot in Nashville I came out of the bathroom I said I've never heard this
Luke Combs songs before Brennan goes it's not Luke Combs it's this guy you
literally on the stage and I look at him and I'm like how is this possible you
know so we you know I said that was really good stuff and we started talking and
I did a little endorsement for him that night right and great dude so a one
southern bell says I watched the voice and I have JW on my team great great
stuff he is just an unbelievable he grew up so close to me we weren't into the
same places yeah yeah because he was in mulchery yeah right Thomas will
Georgia was like a thing yeah I did all the time he did all the time we
probably bumped into each other and he has that song Florida for you which is
good he's a he's a talented guy I'll tell you what he's he's extremely talented
he's humble and just a good guy a always he's sometimes you meet these
people and he's a good dude he really is and you know it seems like one of
these guys would give you the shirt off their back as Kenneth Barrett our
friend you know we we're trying to get elected sheriff he's another one of
these guys I feel like you know would just would give you the shirt off off his
back so yeah so check it out NBC's the voice I don't know if you guys
remember it back a couple of years ago but you can go back it was right here on
LFA TV we had JW Griffin and guys just great talented and he deserves all
this and hopefully it turns into something big for him because hey country
music could use some real artists these days and he's a real guy and I can
tell you in person right it was no enhancements no studio nothing it was just
good so JW Griffin on NBC's the voice Dan Burton says what's up with all the
middle fingers today that is the the term of endearment between that started
between means number one that started between I actually have one I think Anita
gave this to us right what we could put it on the middle finger there we go so
now we have a triple barrel middle finger right there it is it's a term of
endearment it's not a nobody's nobody's actually upset with each other although
I don't know maybe Jason King and Mark's madness are gonna throw down who
knows but they they literally give themselves the finger all day long it's on
X every time I see them commenting I throw them in there now it's just it's
hysterical it is it is hysterical all right um okay we got to address the
elephant in the room what there's an elephant in the room America has an Islam
problem okay that's not an elephant everyone knows that everyone knows that yeah
but the thing is now you know you pointed out oh your Islamophobic well what is
the word phobia what does it mean means fear right all right so you have a
group of religious fundamentalists and there are fundamentalists in every
religion you know in other words like extremists I don't like the word extremists
but you know for example the Hasidic Jewish community and they take things
further than other Jews fine there are there are Christians who are extremely
devout and and you know letter to law that did a lot of rules and strict
society and it's kind of clannish there are you know Buddhists who do that in
Hindus who do that it the difference between you know a a a a Christian who
is fundamental about the religion or a Jew you know acidic Jew and orthodox
Jew or or or a Buddhist or in none of these people I that I could tell at
least en masse aren't like waging war on people who aren't a member of that
group you know so for example for a year I lived in Lakewood New Jersey huge
acidic Jewish population I'm not a acidic Jew they maybe didn't like me but I
never felt like they wanted to kill me I didn't think they may look to me like an
infidel who needs his head cut off that's the difference okay that's the
difference here this this this radical Islam problem that we have here in the
country is a problem it is it is metastasizing and they are hiding behind when
you criticize this type of behavior whether it's college professors at
Columbia University Muhammad Abdu calling for the jihad students to participate
in jihad whether it's this this city that's going up in Texas epic city right
which apparently now the state of Texas is going to be pushing back against
folks these are you have to look at this as if it's a cancerous tumor and what
they love to do when you point down it's a you know the Sharia law and this
violence the jihad this whole you know behead the infidels there were a lot of
people out in Michigan dare born Michigan said I would kill you if you if I
saw you burn a caron I mean if if you saw somebody burn the Holy Bible I
don't think you would want to you you you will be very upset right but I don't
think anybody's gonna kill them no okay it's that's not no because we're not
crazy right and so like there's there's a a defining characteristic of the
fundamentalist to practice Islam versus the other religions and it's the
fact that when Islam gets really upset and provoked they kill people and
destroy things and that's not to say that there aren't violent people at
practice other faiths there are but and mass and mass right it is far more
prevalent with with Islam than it is with the other other faiths and that's
that's the point here and it's not it should not be considered racist or
prejudiced or anything to point that out it's in their book right I mean it's
it's it's quite literally in there the jihad there's the this this belief is
mainstream and to point out that that's going on in America and it's not like
all you know you're splitting the hairs you know it could be interpreted this
where the other folks we've had four radical Islamic terror attacks in the
last two weeks in this country for now granted thousands of people aren't dead
thank god right but the New York City bombing the Austin nightclub shooting or
that you know we the guy with the Iran shirt this incident in Michigan yesterday
and this incident in Virginia yesterday at the college four of these attacks now
I don't know if any of these definitively we can have our theories and hypotheses
and all this I don't know if any of these attacks are directly linked to the IRGC we know
the guy in Austin was sympathetic to the Iranian regime he had the the flag under the shirt right
property of all the whole nine yards I don't know we had the the incident in them the net where
the National Guardsman this Sarah Beckstrom was killed in Washington DC by another one folks
it's not it's not kind of planes that had to be landed you know with all those threats
to landings and this is not it's it's it's not a a uh like we're not making anything up here
you know it's like when we when we address the fact that a lot of the folks who suffer from
gender dysphoria get pumped full of drugs wind up killing people too it's we're not making it up
we're not grasping its draws Congressman Andy Ogles who loves to get himself in trouble
and I say in trouble lightly he's not actually in trouble but he calls it like he sees it
it's why I like the guy he calls it like he sees it Randy fine same thing I don't I'm not the
biggest fan of Randy fine he's you know there are things we disagree on but I mean we've got to
call this out all right and it just it's what what radical Islam preaches is not compatible
with Western civilization and there are elements of other faiths that may not be compatible with
Western civilization either the difference is okay the difference is when Islamists are unhappy
they become extremely violent not all of them but you you get what I'm saying
the trend is clear it is the elephant in the room everyone's afraid to say some well I don't
want to say everyone a lot of people are afraid to say something because of pushback and blowback
and obviously when you're dealing with this group it's a very very potentially deadly blowback
but it has to be called out or else you're just going to have your your whole country's going to
get taken over it's going to look like the UK so it's time for people to call this out and and
not be afraid to say something here and to push back on it because and exact misfit has been
calling it this and he's not the only one who's been saying it you know you've got a lot of other
you know content creators and commentators in the space islamo Marxism they are holding hands
they are holding hands you want to know what an islamo Marxist looks like it's zoran mom donnie
he's an islam inspired Marxist his wife celebrated the october 7th attacks
you know he's in pictures of with with the co-conspirate is the 1993 world trade center
bombing guys I don't know what else we're supposed to we supposed to just look the other way
and pretend like it's not a real thing you know they did a great job branding themselves the
religion and again I've met some muslims that I don't I don't think want to cut my head off I
I'm not saying every single person who practices some version or form of islam wants me dead but a lot
of them do and it's it's it's it's it's it's want me dead I want they want this country to fall
we're at war here I don't like using that term lightly but it's a it's a battle and it's it's
on our doorstep it's here one of the silver linings I could say this whole Iran conflict and
what's going on at least a lot of them are outing themselves now before it swells into even larger
numbers you know if if these are Iranian sleeper cells and I'm not saying they're not I'm not
saying they are we just don't know for sure where the definitive connections are what am I going
to be am I going to be surprised if they say yeah these were in communication with the rhanian
IRGC communications all I wouldn't be shocked at all the point of the matter here folks is
if these are sleeper cells if they're not that doesn't matter doesn't matter if they're sleeper
cells or not this is radical islamic terror you have a guy driving his you know a guy driving his
SUV into a synagogue yesterday in Michigan a guy targeting targeting an ROTC class at old
dominion university the Austin shooting the New York City bombing where they said they wanted
infidels to die you know you cozy up to these people at your own at your own risk
but don't ask me to do it because they're not interested in peace they're interested in conquest
and you can't just you can't just you know a piece folks who who are primarily interested
in conquest because then what will happen is you will be conquered
now there are some who are being maybe I would say I don't even want to use the word reckless
aggressive in their commentary but I can't fault them for it
how much more of this are we supposed to take
you come into our country you come into our home and now you're forcing your way of life with
which is incompatible with our way of life on us if you want to live by your rules go do it in
your country don't come here we're not interested in that and that's the point
you got to address the elephant in the room america has a radical islam problem
it's metastasizing and you know part of the issue is you have the freedom of religion in this
country and islam is a religion you're going to have to go through several layers and different steps
to potentially have it recognized as something else states are going to have to states are going
to have to start playing a bigger role here you know where the practice of sharia law is banned
in the state of Tennessee I think it's banned in the state of texas you know you're going to have
to see it but there's there's there's a lot this is a multi a multi front battle here and the fact
of the matter here is the folks that are that are carrying out these attacks have no interest in
coexisting they have no interest in peace they have no interest in in you know being a friendly
neighbor they only have interest in conquest and you to submit to them and we can't let that happen
and is it a coincidence that we've seen a rise in these attacks after the the the operation epic
fury started in Iran I don't I don't think it's a coincidence are they directed by you know
IRGC or military officials or terror groups and higher ups in these networks by Iran I don't know
but did this serve as inspiration for them probably are people now going to blame trump well
of trump didn't bomb Iran they wouldn't have done this that's not true that's not true and the
story out there out of out of old dominion is even worse this guy provided material support to
terrorists pled guilty to it had his sentence shortened he should have still been in jail
they sentenced him to what I think 12 years he should have gotten 20 Biden DOJ let him out early
and now we killed somebody at old dominion university targeting in our TC class
but it's Islam a phobic to point that out that's not
and you know what you want to say phobic all right you want to say fearful I would be I would be
being dishonest if I said I wasn't a little afraid of what these people are going to do next
there's no guiding principles there listen Jews get offended and and picked on all the time
Jews Christians do too persecuted Buddhists Hindus I don't see these people bombing strip malls and
throwing nail bombs into protests coming from one group it's not intolerant to call it out it's
called hey this is water this is wet there's nothing wrong with saying that so
all right uh let's um that was oh wow it's 9.20 through island that's wow that went by like this
I feel like I'm only been off for five minutes sorry guys um time flies yes it does all right
we will be doing life calls second half of the show six three one five two seven 45 45 maybe
the last like ten minutes or so because I do have a lot to get to before we do that I want to

that's triarmra.com slash LFA TV TRY ARMRA.com slash LFA TV all right this is the the big story
obviously out of yesterday there was a death in this terror attack old dominion terror attack
the victim who was killed lieutenant colonel Brandon Shaw he was an instructor of an ROTC class
over there at old dominion university from what it was you know from the reports that came out
yesterday this class was targeted by this radical Islamic terrorist who should not have been at a
prison and correct me if I'm wrong here folks and I know that there's a you know we we we have
that we throw the term treason around colloquially right we throw it around its treason so we all
we all kind of define treason as like betraying your country right but the treason statute we've
been through it on this show before it's a it's a very interesting statute it's very hard to
prosecute because of the way it's worded and the way it has been interpreted we have not had a
successful treason prosecution in this country since right after world war two so when we throw
the word treason around the reason why I'm doing this is because I want to introduce a concept to
you as the as the chat a question right but treason requires enemy requires support being given
to an enemy with whom the United States is at war with and when we say war it is interpreted
as a congressional declared war well we haven't done that since world war two so the treason
statute if there needs to be amended or we need to treat other offenses against the United States
similarly to treason this guy pled guilty this terrorist who wound up attacking at old dominion
university pled guilty to providing mature providing material support to ISIS which at that time was
you know Obama referred to it as ISIL Islamic State and Iraq and Libya either way he was he he
pled guilty to providing material support to ISIS back in the mid 2000s I think it was 2016
he was uh he entered that guilty plea and was convicted on those charges now if in my eyes
in my eyes again I say this colloquially socially not I'm not using the word treason in a legal
sense right now I'm using it in the sense of the action of betraying your country if you are
providing material support to a group like ISIS you are betraying your country it is treasonous
maybe not legally because there's no declared war and so the interpretation of that statute
says that the United States has to actually be at war with whomever it is that you're providing
support to aiding and abetting and a giving comfort to the enemy and if we're not at war then the
treason statute doesn't apply again that's on the statute side of things but I believe that if
you are providing material support to a group like ISIS or a group like al-Qaeda or a group like
al-Shabab or a group like Hezbollah or a group like Hamas that that should be treated similarly to
treason and I think at the federal level right or the penalty for treason one of the penalties for
treason is death I think if you're caught giving material support to a group like ISIS the death
penalty should apply to that as well I don't know if that's going to be considered controversial
quite honestly I don't really care if you're giving material support to a terror group like ISIS
and I'm not saying the only penalty is the death penalty but it should be part of the sentencing
guidelines it should be at least a possible outcome if you are convicted of that offense is anybody
disagree because it's a great way to stop people and deter people from providing that material
support to these terror groups okay right now it's 20 years in jail well let's say you get a 30
year old he's found providing material support to terror groups there's 20 years in jail gets out
now he's 50 a 50 year old can still do a hell of a lot of damage in society once he's back out on
the streets that if you if you have somebody who is pleading guilty to providing material support
to a group like ISIS and you institute the death penalty and they're no longer alive they're no
longer a threat and once you pledge allegiance to a group like ISIS these radical Islamic terror
groups you're probably not being rehabilitated at that point you're not going to have this like
you know moment where you're like oh man I'm wrong I really I shouldn't I shouldn't want to
too late you made your choice your choices and your actions of consequences so I mean do you agree
with that providing material support to a terror group like ISIS death penalty yeah because that
group is actively trying to kill Americans service members citizens civilians whoever it might be
and you're providing them material support you are an accomplice to their murderous actions I believe
that it should be amended if you are caught providing material support to a terror organization
the death penalty should be a possible outcome not the only outcome but a possible outcome
obviously case by case it could be different I don't think that's unreasonable
I don't think that's unreasonable okay by helping those who are killing us you're
essentially you're an accomplice to murder yeah yeah I have no problem with killing you if that's
the case none none whatsoever dark duckling says in the chat Sean why are you running for Congress
I'm not I don't want to I you know I will never say like never but I'm as close to never as possible
all that I take back never I say never I don't want to go to Congress but no it's like you know I
would it would take it would take unbelievable circumstances to make that happen yeah it's almost
like you've got more influence in the position you're in now than if you were no you know I mean
it's kind of a dambunctino argument where like he tried to run for a position yeah he probably
wouldn't have had nearly the effect that he's had on the country as he's done now right you know
yeah no we can help the people running we will and we continue to do that dark duckling says
all come on run for Congress Matt Marksman says I will do a pornography listen I I know that
what I'm saying is I don't want to work in Washington DC I don't I don't like the system I would
rather influence it from the outside then be one it's it's better to mobilize thousands of
voice for me not for every person for I would rather mobilize thousands hundreds of thousands
millions hopefully one day of voices on the outside to push those on the inside to represent us
than just be one voice on the inside right I think we can do more and there are people who
the opposite may be true hey if I get in Congress I could do like Brandon Gill for example in
Texas he's doing a phenomenal job there there are there is there are roles to be played on both sides
of the equation I would rather be someone on the outside who can mobilize thousands hundreds of
thousands millions of voices and mobilize that large number of people to put pressure on those on
the inside and then we have the right people on the inside and they're listening to the people
on the outside we actually have a functioning republic again because right now we don't have that
so that's that's where I am on that one all right
Mimo is about to speaking of acts of terror she's going to commit an active terror because of
our numbers today which you know this is what it is I can't do anything about it I have no voice
at this point I'm about I'm but it's about done this week all right um let's take a um let's take
a quick break uh we will get to a word from our friends at goldencressmetals.com slash LFA
goldencressmetals.com slash LFA and then we will jump into uh the uh a little bit more detail on
the old dominion shooter the Michigan attacker and uh what the senate democrats are up to right now
on Capitol Hill because uh obviously what they're doing is not helping here's a word from our
friends over at goldencressmetals.com slash LFA I'm sure by now you've heard that silver went up
a hundred and sixty percent last year 2025 I bought this silver for twenty two dollars and ounce

two hundred dollars and ounce. Paladium and platinum were stuck at nine hundred dollars and ounce

slash LFA that is goldencressmetals.com slash LFA thank you Jeremy and goldencressmetals for being
a part of the show we appreciate that a couple of details here and why you know obviously we
believe it's a it was a targeted attack lieutenant colonel Brandon Shaw losing his life yesterday
in this attack the instructor who was killed in the old dominion terrorist attack shooting
carried out by Muhammad jala has been identified as lieutenant colonel Brandon Shaw a professor of
military science as well as the head of the ROTC program at old dominion university in virginia
Shaw as well as students were in a classroom in the university's constant hall when jala entered
the room jala asked if it was an ROTC class after someone answered that it was that is when he
opened fire so he was obviously targeting an ROTC class and you know that makes it even worse
Brandon Shaw winds up losing his life the FBI also said prior to conducting the attack jala
yelled alohaq bar aloha snack bar jala was then subdued by students in the classroom and
fatally stabbed by an ROTC cadet i want to play for you with the special agent and charge up
there and michigan said about this incident listen i'm sorry this is not michigan accuracy matters
this is a special agent in charge in virginia commenting on the old dominion shooter
how was the decision uh the there were students in that room that subdued him and uh
rendered him no longer alive and was to say it but they basically were able to terminate the threat
so he was not shot he was not shot he shot three people correct we have information that he shot
three people so as she as she said that he opened fire and those students
took him out that didn't really get more american than that by the way
it's terrible that lieutenant colonel Brandon Shaw lost his life
but it is somewhat reassuring to see how courageous those students were
the survivors in that ROTC class who subdued the terrorist and killed him
listen the folks who serve in our military on ROTC and getting ready to join our
military they're just built different it's hard to think about being in that situation what
you would do obviously self preservation kicks in and you think maybe if you neutralize the
threat then you're safe everybody else is safe but to attack a man with a gun
and to kill him with your bare hands when he wants to kill you that's courage and to those
students who were able to subdue and neutralize him and kill him i don't know how many lives
they saved they most likely saved their own lives at the very least
but a job well done and a tip of the cap and just a terrible tragedy that the instructor lieutenant
colonel Brandon Shaw lost his life preventable by the way because this guy should have been in jail
and if i was in charge of the law this guy would have been dead already
why on earth are you releasing this person back out into society
what hope do you have that the 11 years that he spent in prison fixed this dude's head
why are we whoa since when are we just adopting the mindset that like oh oh you provided
you know material support to to isis he was here he was in the the national guard
not currently at one point he was i think he uh left no one is uh enlistment period ended
and then started providing support to iso what i just i'm struggling and i know i know i know i'm
democrats are not logical people and there's not an actual answer that would satisfy me i get that
i'm just i'm asking this i'm putting it out there just to make the case like
do we does anybody care who's running this system that we're doing this you know we we say
all the democrats are soft on crime their pro crime well i'm going to play this for you in a second
the democrat woman yesterday talking about the upsides of shoplifting right you know there are
there are no upsides a shop there are no upsides of shoplifting okay
but i mean
washington dc for example the congress you could just about forget the save act this that that
save america act is not getting passed uh that's that's it's a shame but it's it's probably not
getting passed which we said it was going to be difficult anyway but
what
what is that question danice from how do you know they will commit a crime if you don't let them out
how do you know they will commit a crime yeah i know i don't i don't think she's
saying anything wrong i'm trying to understand the question i think it is time to check
right right right right they're not going to be a criminal hey they're not they're not committed
they can't commit a crime if they're in jail yes yes
the crime was already committed right providing material support to a terror group like isis
is a crime i believe that's a crime that should be punishable by death as one of the punishments
life in prison punishable by death you know what do you think these people are are rehabable
no it's different if a guy gets put in jail for 20 years for robbing a bank
and he spends time in jail he's you know good behavior
enrolls in a couple programs you know studies up on whatever and gets out and is a different
person i i think that's a lot different than somebody pledging their allegiance to a radical
islamic terror group 10 years ago and believing that oh well they behaved well in jail they'll just
uh they'll they'll be fine in society that no no bank robbery is still bad by the way and i'm not
minimizing it i'm just i i would say what what is worse robbing a bank or providing material
support to isis i would say per yeah providing material support to isis yeah i would say
it's worse than robbing a bank it's worse than rob i 100% and robbing a bank is not okay
those types of people i think can be rehab not all of them
when you're pledging allegiance to and providing material support to a terror group like isis
just in my eyes you've made your choice you've made your choice that's it and i think this proves
you need stronger deterrence are there still going to be people who do it yes i think there will be
less people who do it knowing they're probably going to get caught and when they get caught they're
going to get killed done and that that should not be controversial none of this 11 years in jail
12 years in jail 20 years in jail for providing material support to terrorists if you're caught
doing that the death penalty has to be on the table doesn't have to be used every time but it
has to be on the table right now it's not on the table that's got to change it's got to change
another one uh suspect in in uh michigan he drove a vehicle into a synagogue
apparently was upset that israel was bombing lebanon
what does that have to do with any of these people in michigan the answer is it doesn't
it's the it's the juice right there they're they're juice right
i'm in gazala another one all right i mean do we know if he's a radical islamic terrorist
probably is a name like that he's got family in lebanon apparently his family were killed in the
israeli airstrikes israel wouldn't have to be carrying on airstrikes if if lebanon could get a
lebanon could get a handle of hezbollah they can't they don't care they look the other way
it's crazy all right um i want to play this clip for you uh this is um i just i mentioned the
the uh save act first i want to show you uh john federman talking about the new iatola this is good
john federman then i'm going to play for you bad john federman okay um but this is john federman
talking about taking out the new supreme loser of iran you are confident that the world is better
after the death of iran supreme leader the iatola haminae but his son his son but his son is
killed every last member of their their leadership well his son is now in charge and he's considered
even more of a hard line she killed they should kill him too well maybe they will um but in in the mean
time okay so i agree with john federman there take out everybody in this line of succession when
it comes to the uh the supreme loser of iran right but i want you to remember something
and i'm uh say what you want he has common sense he does
john federman still a democrat folks here he is talking about the save act listen to this
what is your feeling about the president's emphasis hard emphasis on the so-called save america act
well there's there's a couple it truths embedded in in this conversation too i don't support
as it in its current his current state to vote save america and the president is constantly
critical on mail-in voting and that's ridiculous it's safe some of the best best examples in the
country are from red states like ohio and florida of course um and now i have a unique perspective
on that too is in 2019 as i was lieutenant governor the republicans in pennsylvania pushed for
mail-in voting they forced us to give up the straight party line that was one of two states in
the country at that time because that's what they wanted and then immediately the president
decided that's wrong then now they had to walk back and explain why unanimously every single
republican voted for that in 2019 so that's why i can't ever vote for that because i could never
agree something that's just not true now there's also another truth that i believe 83 percent
of americans think that it's reasonable to show id to vote and many many states already do those
exactly and i cite what happened in the Wisconsin election last year and they elected a very liberal
justice for the supreme court but they also nearly two to one voted to put that in the constitution
show basic id to vote the world didn't spin off the axis and i think we could agree they're going
to have a safe there so if the republicans would ever just make it showing basic state id to vote
hey i'm not going to tell 83 percent of americans that they're they're wrong or that they are
Jim crow that that's that and also the reason why the save act will never pass because the filibuster
but including myself we all voted i mean a ran in twenty two to get rid of the filibuster to
live it but now we find ourselves as democrats we love the filibuster you know we cling to that
so that's that's another part of there so if someone you know i tried to buy a wine at if anyone
familiar with sheets you know i and they're like no i'm like they even knew who i was and they're like
well no idea i didn't have any id so i walked away empty pockets you know showing id the vast
majority americans you know everyone should have one you know why you know i think many people should
realize that you know that's basic basic to participate in so many parts of american society
and now most states including mine has a free state id and if they do make it mandatory then
every state should also mandate to have free basic basic that's the requirement of vote all right
i have a couple comments on this federalment video so um i i do agree with him in that
definitely i definitely don't agree that mail-in voting is safe it's not safe as Eli pointed out
during that clip he said it's not safe i can't even mail something priority and get there by the time
it's supposed to get there it's not safe okay um but if if something like the save america act does go
into law every state should provide a free form of voter identification photo id now in order to
obtain that free id you need to provide proof of citizenship okay the same way you would need to
when you register to vote i i think that's fine provided for free there's no barrier to entry
provided for free i i think that's that's that's fine at the state level um i think the other
problems that federalman also has with the save america act is the the inclusion of the uh
the trans stuff no gender mutilation for children um he's very pro trans remember the guy
still a democrat he looks like a sane common sense type democrat because compared to the rest of
him he is i don't think i don't think he's you know in terms of the the members that are left there
he's not the worst one but he's still a democrat and you just heard why so remember when we talk
about federalman i like him uh you know there's that there's that aspect of it too he is still a
democrat and i don't i don't vote for democrats i don't support democrats um i will commend
democrats if they say something that i agree with and thank them for being on my side but they're
still democrats and john federman just showed you that all right quick word from our friends over at

slash s h a w n all right i want to play for you this democrats are obviously pro crime they're
also still withholding funding from the department of homeland security despite the ever
increasing radical islamic terror threat in our country but i want to play this for you yesterday
we ran out of time i'm going to play this for you today then we'll do phone line what's wait
we're way laid on all this so we'll see what happens but uh here is the um here is the democrat a
democrat arguing in favor uh or giving you the the positives the upsides of shoplifting hey
Minnesota state representative christie canoeson so today in the labor committee representative
dav pinto requested a study for the benefits of shoplifting um there are no benefits to shoplifting
for the people that are being shoplifted from i have no idea what else to say um i'm shocked
actually i don't even know what to say who i don't know what to say who who benefits
from shoplifting um the criminals once again the criminals benefit from shoplifting please take a
look at the comments to see for yourself it is an intriguing line of questions it's every
lesson on the public safety committee yesterday there was a presentation of a group um
seeking to uh change how we address organized retail theft and it actually had not occurred to me
to ask it probably would have been good um to make sure that they would study sort of the benefit
of shoplifting and of retail theft and because perhaps people are relying on that and sort of using
that then maybe it's you know assisting them in some way um i mean these these folks were
describing people violating the law um but it i suppose it could be useful um to look into that
but ultimately it's a policy question right we do want to make sure when we have a law in place
we're enforcing it so the benefits of shoplifting
and you wonder why you have retailers fleeing blue states because you have people talking about
how shoplifting could potentially be a good thing as the woman said it's only a good thing for
the criminal if you produce a product sitting on a retail shelf you want someone to pay for it
if you're a retailer that is paying to have that product brought into your store
you want somebody to cover the cost of you bringing it in and then obviously make a profit on it
there are no benefits of shoplifting if you're not a criminal
stupid that's what the democrats do this is how they are they are pro-crime they
encourage it six three one five two seven forty five forty five will do calls for the next six
minutes as uh you know we kind of went a little long in the intro and then obviously
down stream of that that um you know that this what happens a lot but uh you know
less time for people to be upset this is a weird thought right yeah what oh here's the benefits of
rape yeah like it's like the same thing kind of well because you could you know here's the benefit
conceive a child like what a weird way to think it's out of control six three one five two seven
forty five forty five we have one coming in right now let me uh queue up the audio and get that
ready to go six three one five two seven forty five forty five we are connected hello who do we
have here hello hey what's up town from long island how are you uh not much just wanted to
kind of touch on the trees and think you were talking about earlier i mean i'd be doing a lot on
this myself um so i have it here 18 us a two three one trees and at whoever owing any allegiance
to us might be the war against them forward here's the enemies giving aid and comfort either
within the u.s. or elsewhere still your trees and in the sub seconds as you punish for five
years in prison and ten thousand thousand finds that are very least and to me that says that
whether you love your war or give a like example governor hope we're giving billions to illegal
immigrants giving billions to other countries and other entities in the u.s. that are not of the
u.s. is a treasonous act so she can legally be tried based on those things and can you reach
for me can you read for me that statue one more time the treason statue i'm trying to pull it up
as well what is it so what is the what is the 18 united states code 2381 okay okay statues verbatim
all right cool yeah read that for me one more time yeah so it says whoever owing allegiance
to the united states comma levies war against them or adheres to their enemies giving them aid
and comfort within the united states or elsewhere is guilty of treason and shall suffer death
or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and finds under this title but not less than
ten thousand dollars and shall be incapable of holding any office under the united states okay um
i think here i i i i think here because it says shall consist only in levying war against them
that that is and that's how it's been interpreted by the courts is that that is an element that
needs to be included if you're going to prosecute the treason stat at the treason charge um yeah
and this section that says to me sorry to cut you off but would that you're good what i had here
it it's either levying war or giving aid it's not injunctive it's not that they have to
let you war and give aid it's that either crime can be persecuted under the act of treason
that means if you let you war against the u.s that's treason but also adhering to the enemies by
giving aid and comfort within the u.s or elsewhere it's also treason yeah i the only thing i'm
going to push back on again is that it says adhering to their enemies enemies is capitalized
and again that is that's one of the reasons why i believe and the courts have interpreted this
that's again that an enemy of the united states because of the way the treason statute is written
the enemy an enemy of the united states is a is a country or an enemy or a group with whom we are
at war and when do you say war again war is capitalized in this statute as well it's
congressional declared war uh they treason statute has has not been prosecuted since uh the end of
world war two for this reason again socially i think a little quickly problem that's that is and
is a problem i think there need to be archer penalties for other acts that we would consider
treason is that don't meet these um you know these these this criteria from a legal standpoint that's
where things kind of get really you know crazy but uh yeah but the argument could be made i think
if you're providing material support to terrorists though Tom death penalty i think that's more
than more than uh and i think you're you're right about that where people misinterpret it or don't
interpret the entirety of the the the code of the punishment because they're just assuming
that war and that's how they've interpreted it so long so when someone else challenges the
hierarchy they're like oh no we've done this for 50 years so we're doing it this way
yeah even if it's not right yeah well yeah but it would take another court challenge get it to
to get it uh re looked at but thank you Tom for for that i appreciate it and great conversation
and have a great weekend all right that's all thanks you too all right tom from long island all right
here we go we have time for one more um it's gonna have to be a very short one but six three one five two
seven forty five forty five as you can hear my voice i am out of gas uh liberty one two seven five
forces islam declared war against america in 96 yes uh but the the way the statute has been interpreted
the united states has to be the one that also declares war uh all right here we go again i'm just
telling you the way it's been interpreted we got one more call we have 30 seconds who do we have
