Jake Irvin goes out there every 5 days, and just shoves. He went 6IP yesterday and struck out 10 Atlanta Braves as the Nats couldn't provide any run support. Is it fair to say Jake Irvin has the 2nd highest ceiling amongst Nats starting pitchers?
