He's got a multifaceted game, stealing pucks, anticipating plays, and showing promise in all three zones. While his teammate Alexis Joseph might get more attention, Glance has the potential to have a really strong season. He's not a finished product yet, and will need to keep growing, especially before he heads to Boston University in 2027. Right now, most draft analysts have Glance ranked somewhere in the 20s for the 2027 class. But with his skill set in all around game, there's a real chance he could climb up those rankings and become a player everyone is talking about.
