In this episode I am joined by Jane Hsieh, Senior Director of Sales at Aligned Data Centers. Jane is very passionate about developing future talent, and making the data center sector a more diverse and inclusive sector.

Jane shares her career story, from starting out in the world of networks to her current role in a leading data center developer. 

Jane outlines the importance of people when we talk about sustainability, and how we can ensure the sector is able to meet the ever increasing demand. We discuss how we can attract more talent to the sector and the importance of focussing on retention.

Jane outlines how we can ensure women have the opportunity to achieve leadership positions. We discuss the importance of diverse leadership, how we can ensure the sector is more inclusive, and the importance of role models.
