Jeffrey earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he received rigorous training in Idaho law and developed the skills necessary to thoughtfully interpret and apply the law. His commitment to integrity and following the law is evidenced by his support from attorneys on opposing sides of cases.

Throughout his career, Jeffrey has been guided by the belief that a judge’s role is to apply the law as written — not to create it. He is committed to ensuring that every individual who enters his courtroom is treated with dignity, impartiality, and respect. He understands that District Judges make decisions that directly impact families, businesses, and communities, and he approaches that responsibility with seriousness and care.
