I wanted to point seven kiss FM LAs number one hit music station. I just watched
Jenny Garth whom you know household name from Beverly Hills 90210 the podcast that we've got
on I Heart Radio. I just watched her embrace this knee as if they are old friends.
We are. You go way back. Wait. But do you. Wait, sorry. I need to understand because
do you know says in Etonia? I don't know. Sophia the intern. Do you know that Jenny and I were
co-stars? Co-stars? Yeah. Beverly Hills 9. Yeah. We're talking about this all the time.
We worked a lot together. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Public comes up on the podcast often and I played
the guy. I think guy one. You did it so well though. It was such a lasting performance.
It's true. I know it's a it's a big thing. But how do you know Cicini to embrace her like that?
She was on the first season of 90210G. Oh my gosh. We recap. Right with Tori.
Yes. And you should know that Cicini actually is she like Cicini what year was I guy number one
on 90210? You were in season 10. So they haven't gotten to your episode yet because they're only
on season eight right now. I think glad you know that. Exactly. How do you know that?
I know that because I'm a 90210 stand like you say like oh she we've known each other for so long
to like I feel like I've known her like my entire life. He's like watching you. So it's true.
So this is actually really interesting. The eye choose me summit. Now Cicini reminded us what
the eye choose me summit name comes from Cicini. Oh I'm assuming it comes from you to having to choose
yourself between Brandon's proposal or Dylan trying to take you around the world.
Yes. That's a no win. I mean he didn't know. I know. I forgot. Have a stable relationship with
Brandon. Oh seemingly also spoiler alert. He cheats in season eight. But Jason has a real
guy. He's a great guy. Great guy. Yeah. Don't ruin me. Okay. Sorry. No, no, the best guy.
Or go around the world with Dylan. I mean how do you do that? So she in that moment had no choice
but to choose herself. But and those those three words really started to resonate with me as I met
women who had grown up with the show and their moms even. Yeah. They would come to me and they say
you know I never knew as a teenager that I had that option in my life to choose myself. Yeah. Kelly
really made that clear for me. And it kind of changed how people how girls young girls. And I think
at that time it was such a huge like female empowerment movement because you hadn't only seen
that on TV. Yeah. No. No. So it was a really big moment. And I just think that that is a message
that needs to continue forward. We all need it. We're all just really running on empty taking care of
everybody else, taking care of our careers, taking care of everything else. And so I like to remind
women and men it's time to choose yourself. It's okay. So let me let me play that clip that we're
talking about. Have made my choice and I choose me. There it is. So breathy. That's how you
were. Yeah. Well. But the I choose I choose me summit tickets are on sale. Visit at I choose
me live on Instagram for tickets. But tell us about the summit. What happens where it is and what
you'll discuss. Well, this is our second annual I choose me summit. And last year was so great. We
we had a great lineup. This year we have a whole new star studded lineup. Some friends of mine are
all joining in this year. We actually have a mantle. I'm calling it a mantle. We're bringing in men
to the conversation. Oh. So we have Karamo. We have. I love Karamo.
Madison coming to join us. We're going to have some interesting conversations with them as well.
But it's really just about a day of awareness, a day of connection and a day of supporting all of
us on this journey of choosing ourselves. And there'll be something that I mentioned that. Oh,
shopping. Yeah, we said we need to sign up for this. Yeah. And the podcast and I have radio. Make
sure you check that out as well. I choose me. We need to say this more often here. Just need time
ourselves. Right? When it normalize it. Yeah, it seems like when you say it sounds selfish,
doesn't it? Like initially? Yes. Yes. I can understand that. But it is the most important connection
you will have because when you truly love yourself, you find that place in your life where you're
so comfortable that you can say I really love myself and not feel weird about it. That's the day
when just like the skies open and everything sort of you attract all the goodness.
So I will say it less breathy, but I have to take the mirrors out of my home before I can say that.
That's why I know you got to do it in the mirror.
Ryan, have you seen the lighting in my bathroom face yourself, Ryan? You guys look deep into those
beautiful eyes. I could never see him doing that. I need a video ever. No, no, less breathy for sure.
Jenny Garth, thank you so much for coming. Great to see you again. Thank you. Good to see you.
I'm going to be next at Kiss of Fame Universal Studios. Hollywood tickets are four packets.
