Joel Schafer: Journey in the Underworld [King Hero Interview]

After hearing him in many different conversations, and discovering our revelations in common, I’m totally stoked to talk with Joel Schaefer myself.

You could say not everyone gets excited about a journey in the underworld, rather they avoid it like the plague. But there are those that take on this blood sport (half joking) to meet the unmet, in potentially multiple dimensions no less.

In this King Hero interview I’ll tell the story about my history with the shamanic spiritual path compared with what happened, and ask Joel about the multi-facets of the path including — the cults and cult leaders he encountered, the benefits and potential pitfalls of having a psychedelic pallet to heal, vision, and CREATE with, and the ultimate goal of the work he guides. We’ll go deep into the cosmology of his Toltec teachers, and his direct experiences that are off the map of their teachings. And no discussion in the shamanic realm would be complete without exploring the nature of entities, demons, possessions, and how they may relate with psychedelic experiences.
