Australian singer-songwriter Josh Pyke joins Myf to talk about his most open and honest album yet, The Kingdom Within. Born out of grief, anxiety and the slow work of learning to be kinder to himself, the record finds Josh at his most vulnerable. They get into the harsh inner voice so many of us carry, why we struggle to accept that we're actually doing okay, and the lesson his late mum left him about leaving the party while you're still having fun. A tender, funny and wide-open conversation about midlife, music and finally letting yourself feel it.
