Af: Mara en Johan stap stadig oor die dor aarde.
En: Mara and Johan walk slowly over the barren earth.
Af: Geel en rooi blare lê soos 'n tapyt onder hul voete.
En: Yellow and red leaves lie like a carpet under their feet.
Af: Die geboue wat eens trotse strukture was, is nou net leë doppe, herinneringe aan 'n verlore tyd.
En: The buildings that were once proud structures are now just empty shells, memories of a lost time.
