Sl: Matej je stal pred vhodom v Škocjanske jame in opazoval skupino turistov, ki so se zbrali okoli njega.
En: Matej stood in front of the entrance to the Škocjanske jame and watched the group of tourists that had gathered around him.
Sl: Bilo je praznovanje prvega maja, delovni dan, in jame so bile polne obiskovalcev.
En: It was the celebration of the first of May, a labor day, and the caves were full of visitors.
Sl: Matej je želel, da bi vsak izmed njih začutil čar te neverjetne podzemne lepote.
En: Matej wanted each of them to experience the charm of this incredible underground beauty.
Sl: »Dobrodošli v Škocjanskih jamah,« je začel z navdušenjem v glasu.
En: "Welcome to the Škocjanske jame," he began with excitement in his voice.
