A federal judge in New York just tossed out 10 of Blake Lively's 13 claims against

Justin Baldoni in their ongoing legal clash from the It Ends.

With us said, the ruling came down on Thursday, April 2nd, from Judge Louis J. Lehman, wiping

sexual harassment accusations and claims against Baldoni, plus four.

Tied to his team, only two counts survive, a breach of contract against Baldoni and

a retaliation claim under California law aimed at his company Wayfarer Studios.

Baldoni's lawyers called it a big win, saying the court dug deep into the evidence and

narrow things way down, while Lively side noted the, harassment drop off hinged on her status

as an independent contractor, not an employee.

This stems from behind-the-scenes drama that blew up last December when Lively filed her

complaint.

Baldoni hid back with counters that got dismissed.

Last June, no settlement stuck in February, and now trial kicks off May 18th in New York,
