Judge Dismisses Most of Blake Lively's Lawsuit Against Justin Baldoni

A judge just handed Blake Lively a big loss in her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni over their work on It ends with us.

He tossed out 10 of her 13 claims, including sexual harassment and fat-shaming allegations.

The 42-year-old actor and director now faces just three counts, retaliation, aiding retaliation and breach of contract.

The ruling came from Judge Lewis Limon, who said Lively was an independent contractor, not an employee, so labor laws didn't apply.

He also ruled some contracts she cited were in binding, since they weren't fully signed.

This narrows her case a lot from the original filing last December. Baldoni's lawyers are celebrating, calling it a win after reviewing tons of evidence.

They named five individuals cleared, like Baldoni and producers, and said they're ready to fight the rest in court.

Lively accused Baldoni of crossing lines during filming, like unscripted kisses and trailer intrusions, plus a smear campaign that hurt her rep.

Trial still set for May 18th in New York City, with Lively vowing to testify and expose online attacks.
