0:00All America, all the time, sit down, buckle up and get ready for the Dan Bongino Show. You know, there's a lot of timeless wisdom with people who've been around politics for a long time. I'm not talking about the knuckleheads and swamp rodents and all that stuff, but there are a lot of people who are in politics for the right reason. They want to be there because they really believe we can change the arc of history for the better. You know, I'm not, I'm not talking about everybody running for office, but people behind the scenes, activists. And when you run for office like I did, you wind up crossing paths with a lot of these people. And I'm going to tell you some, any bit of timeless wisdom I get that I can pass on to you, I always will because we are the leaders we've been waiting for. It's not about me. This is just one microphone. You all have your own microphones too. No, I don't. Yes, you do. You have your exit counts. You only got a hundred followers. That's a lot of people.

1:00There's a hundred people who could see your post every day. I think I got a couple hundred friends on Facebook. Good enough for me. You have your own microphone. It may not be an RE 20 microphone microphone like this, but it's certainly a microphone. You have one too. Snapshots and sound bites, a piece of wisdom passed on to me. Politics are pictures and sound bites. That's it. White papers are great. Research papers are fantastic. I'm not against them. But the hard reality is people live busy lives and they just don't have the time to read all that. Make it a snapshot or a sound bite and it'll be digestible. Another thing I've told you in politics that helps in the messaging front is always ask a question rather than make an assertion. If you can ask a question, why do you believe higher taxes work? Rather than saying higher taxes just don't really work. People who believe higher taxes are a good thing to shut you down the minute you make an assertion.

2:00When you ask a question, their brain cannot stop wanting to answer it. And it makes them think more. Always ask a question rather than make an assertion. Another piece of wisdom that was passed on to me, which I'm going to get to in the beginning of the show, because the premise of today's show is ladies and gentlemen, Carmen is catching up to all these people. The Liars, the frauds, the grifters, the socialists, all of them, the Islamophonatic nuts, it's catching up to them right now, is we are actually winning the messaging more now. Something I never thought I'd ever be able to say about Republicans. I'm sorry. We were just never really good at this. Our ideas always won. People say they like higher taxes, but don't pay them. So our ideas won. If people like higher taxes, they pay them and they don't. So they're full of crap. So why do we lose elections sometimes? Because our messaging was just not tight. And one of the reasons, this is that last piece of timeless wisdom, assertions versus questions, snapshots, sound bites. A lot of the big donors to the Republican Party used to call candidates and get in their

3:01ear. I'm going to donate a million dollars to a pack, but here's how I think we, a lot of these folks in the past were from commodities industries. And finance, not so much you can buy them, finance, petrochemicals, and there was really no need for fancy marketing. Like what are you going to say? Buy Sit-Go versus this guy. But it was, it's gas. A lot of the people donate to Democrats, Hollywood people, artists. You may not like them, but they're very creative and they thought of better messages. That's totally turned now. It's totally turned. The left is turned into NPC robot automotons and the right is turned into the creative messaging people. Got the, the dilly folks. You got meme people out there, Spencer Pratt, Territid up with AIS. It's totally turned. We are winning the messaging war. Receipts matter. You see people backtracking right now. A son, Pygur, I'm getting off of X. I'm getting, listen, I got off X for a while. I'm not maddened for getting off X. I'm just saying if you're proud of what you're doing, Elon bought it.

4:03I came right back. It was a great opportunity for me. I'm going to show you how we're winning and how we can keep winning because this stuff matters. Well, the grift and doom all the time. Sometimes talk about stuff with a smile. We're winning the messaging war. Receipts incoming. Security should never depend on perfect weather. You want to answer for this guy says he hates America. You run it for Congress as a Democrat, right? You're going to condemn that. They do it to us. How do I know what winning? 7:06I'm going back to being normal. I'm going back to mental sanity. And yeah. Taz 126252, Taz and the chat. I can't see all the numbers. Says make it stick, Dan. I plan on. I plan on making it stick. Folks, we're winning the messaging war. I'm going to play for you and add being run against Abdul Al-Sahiad in a second. It shows you how effective people have become on the Republican side at getting out of this former bubble where again, a lot of commodities people who would donate to Republicans would stay on messaging would say, you know what, run Mitt Romney and tell everyone he's a business guy. That didn't work. Trump was a business guy too, but he didn't run like a Stodgy one. He went out there and talked like normal people talking. People like union workers and people who get their fingernails dirty for a living. Like, you know, that guy's a billionaire, but he sounds kind of like me.

8:07Come on folks, not the pile on Romney, but did Mitt Romney really sound like you? Can we just be straight with each other? I mean, he would have been better than Barack Obama, but did Mitt Romney really sound like anyone other than a Stodgy rich guy? He didn't. Trump broke the mold on that. There will never be another like him. Now this is important. We are winning the messaging war for the first time in decades. The tides have totally shifted. There are a lot of Florida and water there and here, love water analogies. They've totally shifted. The Democrats are struggling. This guy's freaking out, canceling his ex account. Democrats are running around, Debbie Dingo. And don't ask me about Pike or nothing. Now we're going to ask you more. Justin, when they tell us not to do something, what do we do? We do it again. We do it twice. We may do it ten times. Whatever, tell us not to do something. We do what we want. You could probably tell, I give exactly zero about anything people tell me to do, okay?

9:08Here's what happened. First, why did the messaging war shift and get Republicans get really good at this? Well, Trump happened, number one. And what Trump did is he said things that were uncomfortable for a lot of Republicans to say in the past. Not because they were wrong. You want to know the truth? Trump just had the testicles. To do it. He just did. Republicans were afraid to say things like we should shut the border. You've heard this example of Europe P1, but for those who were new to my show, folks, I have been an activist for a long time. I've had my name on a ballot. I've been on TV, radio, whatever. Who cared? I'm just telling you, I've met a lot of people in politics. It's not a flex. It's just true. And Mitt Romney lost. Do you know how many big money Republican donors and activist groups and also we're trying to get in front of anyone who would listen? And here's what they said. Many of them. I was there and don't tell me it didn't happen.

10:08He remembered the story they'd say, we can't talk about immigration anymore. Hispanic voters were going to lose them forever. People like me were like, that sounds really dumb. Because my wife and mother-in-law are Hispanic voters and they don't like illegal immigration either. I just knew it was stupid. I would say to them, that's really dumb. What did Donald Trump do? He blasts the over-ten window right out. He's like, I'm not only going to talk about it. I'm going to talk about it in actual human terms rather than white paper, institute terms. Donald Trump happened. That is the biggest reason the Republican messaging shift changed. Big money people who were in the past, very circumspect on how they would talk about things. And to Donald Trump gained political momentum by saying the previously unsayable and they were like, hey, it's working for Trump. Maybe it'll work for us. He is by far without a doubt, 90% of the reason the messaging shift is changed.

11:09And not just the message, I.e., we're going to talk about shutting the border down, not just the message, but the tone where Donald Trump came out and won the presidency multiple times by not only talking about things like we're going to shut down the border, but also talking about them in a very aggressive tone that we're going to talk about it bold. We're going to flex our chests. We're going to chest out chin up on this. That's how we're going to do it. He shifted not only the debate, but the tone of the debate. There's another reason. I think this is a fairly obvious one, but he deserves a massive amount of credit too. Elon buying Twitter, folks, like I said, I'm not a piker once again, I got off X for a while. We were only posting shows. I did. I got about it. You can look, I was about, I don't know, four or five years ago, maybe I got off X too for a while. I got tired when it was run by, you know, Jack Dorsey and the left every single day was a new like threat to ban you off.

12:10I was in that original Twitter files thing. I was one of the first people where they conspired to get me like booted off Twitter. That was me go look it up. I was like you want to boot me. I'll just get off this thing. Elon buys X. The argument totally changes. I'm not telling you it's perfect. There's a lot of, you know, a lot of bots on there. I told you there's a lot of astroturf stuff, but it's still a valuable place to go get new. I mean, it's probably the place to do show prep because you can get all kinds of different opinions. Trump, Elon. I'm going to tell you what else happened. Why Republicans are winning the messaging war and why we should smile a bit. I'm not talking about he fled your joke or smile. I mean, a real smile like I think this is going to benefit us for decades in the future. We used to get smoked in the messaging war. The media monopoly has been completely broken up. Folks, I'm 51. I'm no spring chicken here at all. I'm 51 years old. Not that old, but I'm old enough. When I was growing up in many of you in your 50s and late 40s were growing up.

13:10Folks in the chat, you can attest in this. The younger folks, you may not be aware of this. There were three media titans out there. There was no Fox News. There was barely a CNN. CNN was first. It was barely a CNN. There was definitely no MSNBC. There was no internet. There was no cable news. There was none of that. There was ABC, NBC and CBS all run by far leftists. And if they didn't talk about it at night, it didn't happen. It just didn't happen. You would have to go buy a local paper in Dayton to find out what was going on in Dayton. Now you can just go to Exyn put Dayton and you'll get latest tweets. And you can see what everybody's talking about in Dayton. The media monopoly has been shredded completely. Donald Trump broke through, Elon broke through, all these people broke through because you couldn't suppress him by keeping him off the nightly news anymore. I'll say one more thing about this. Why the messaging war is totally changed. It's become more aggressive on our side.

14:12The message is shifted. The tone is shifted. Donald Trump shifted the politics. Elon shifted the platforms and shifted the argument. The media monopoly has been broken up. And one more thing, the parallel economy has grown. You just can't cancel people like you used to anymore. You have platforms now like Rumble. You got canceled from YouTube for speaking unfavorite ideas. Go on Rumble. Folks, it's not a secret. I'm an equity holding Rumble. People go on Rumble and trash us all the time. Nobody likes getting trash, but I'm really happy you have a platform to do it. I mean that. I am not messing with you at all. I am elated that you have a platform to speak your mind. I don't like the embangino. I don't like producer key. Whatever. Everybody loves me. You should have a platform to say that. The parallel economy has provided a fertile garden for people to go and air their opinions now. You're not going to be able to put that genie back in the bottle of lips.

15:15It's not happening. That's why they're rolling a panic. It is not an accident. We are winning the messaging war. I got some more receipts coming up on this. I want to show you a couple more things. Here's an ad run being run against that dual al-Sahead. And again, notice how the tone of it, all of this stuff is different. This used to run stodgy goofy political ads talking about the laffer curve. I love the laffer curve. It's great. Housers law and all this stuff. While Democrats were running articles about how Republicans want to like lynch black people. This actually happened. They would run the most insane stuff. And that's how they would win. Republicans have totally shifted the game. And again, you don't need to heed Ledger Joker's smile. But you should smile a little bit because going into the future is going to get really difficult for Democrats if they don't catch up. And I don't think they're going to because they all think like a Tomaton robot NPCs. Man in women's room. Well taxes, rich people suck. They have no creativity in the messerole. Coexist, tolerance, bumper stickers.

16:17It's all a bumper sticker. Not this ad. Check this out. I'm dual al-Sahead, the socialist. We've decided he's just weird. Are you circumcised? What do you think is going through Houshes head? What he talks? I don't think I'm going to have to sleep with him. I guess he's pregnant. I guess I guess I'm sowns happening. They say sex sells, but this guy seems just obsessed with it. Circumcision is surgery on a kid's dinging. And the things that I actually look at on Instagram every third video that schools on its own is going to be a storm over. Are you sure about sex? Abdul Michigan's not going for that. That is sick stuff. Are you sure about sex? Like Rogers team put that together, folks, that is really, really aggressive advertising. I know, see, if you've been immersed in it for the last 10 years, there's a good joy in it, man. I can see by the audience. Sorry, so pretty things. Sometimes I really enjoy the topic and I love this so much because we have sucked at this for so long.

17:17The Rogers team totally gets it. Scott the bull just get right to the point. The guys are freaking weirdo. We would never do stuff like this in the past. Maybe being the Republican party, our brand. We just wouldn't. They'd be like, oh my gosh, let's stick to the issues. Again, let's talk about houses, lawn, value added tax and all this. That's great. That's not a snapshot in the sound bite. I'm really sorry. People are working for a living that raising kids. They're at baseball games and soccer games and volleyball game. They don't have time to read your 40,000 word white paper. This show tries to sum it up in snapshots and sound bites. Talking about what the value added tax would do to destroy the middle class in a two-minute segment is work your time. It's a 500 page white paper. No one's going to read it. It's not going to shift the single person's thinking. Folks, I absolutely also in this space. I adore people who get this. I mean that.

18:18I am not exaggerating. I'm not engaging in hyperbole. I adore people who understand Wheaties box messaging, snapshots and sound bites, the use of visuals, the use of X. It's not easy. If it were easy, everybody would be an influencer or whatever and have millions of followers. It isn't. It is not easy to do that. You have to have some skills and messaging. You have to learn to be succinct. You have to learn to get to the point, to use images, to use snapshots, to use sound bites. You have to learn how to ask questions. I'm going to get to this after just a quick break here. I'm going to show you there's this woman on X who's been doing an exceptional job. If you haven't heard of her name as Emma Camp, I've seen her videos. You guys probably seen them too if you're on X. They've just been exploding. They're not TED talks. They're not 18-20 minutes long. They're minute-32 minute videos on really simple things like, hey, why do free markets work? Why does socialism suck? The videos have been going viral.

19:20I mean, I hate that term because sometimes people say viral and they don't really mean but they've been going viral. This is the kind of messaging we are starting to excel about on the freedom and liberty side that the Democrats just can't match anymore. Outside of blue cities, they're getting crushed with this stuff. I got that coming up next. I got that. And then Carl Higby, a friend of mine from Newsmax, good man, did an amazing, amazing segment on male imbalance. Remember I told you about snapshots and pictures? He got it on this one. Maybe we crossed past an event, but I don't recall. It doesn't matter. This is Wheaties box messaging. This is what it looks like. This is what the Republican conservative mag a movement. 21:25How do you come away from this unconvinced? It's about a minute and 30. We cut it down to a minute, but it's worth your time. Check this out. I love grocery stores. And they might just explain why capitalism is how we get the most economic prosperity for the most people. The modern grocery store is a marvel that we take for granted. Food from all over the world and quantities that would have stunned our ancestors. 50 different kinds of rice, blueberries, in January. Whatever this is, thousands of products all competing against one another for your dollars. In 1950, Americans spent more than 20% of their disposable income on food. Now that number is more like 10%. Yes, groceries have been getting more expensive, but that's mainly due to inflation caused by government spending and tariffs. While it's totally understandable that people are focusing on recent price hikes, that doesn't mean the solution is more government than the tension. Ultimately, capitalism encourages innovation and progress, so food producers have become more innovative and more productive and the American people have benefited.

22:28Notice the clever use of visual visuals, Hat Tip Wall Street Journal, I'm a camp for that video. Notice how she doesn't ignore the problem either. Remember, tend to everything's a utopian fantasy land. She's like, yeah, there's been some food inflation. There's an explanation for a lot of that too. Notice how she doesn't avoid uncomfortable topics at all and talks to people like their adults and not idiots. Ladies and gentlemen, we have gotten exceptionally good at this on the Republican side and the Democrats are freaking out because the way they used to squash this stuff with their medium monopolies, this is in Cronkite, Broca, Peter Jennings, don't talk about this at night. They can't do it anymore. All people have to do is go to Elon Musk owned X, which is a free speech platform, rumble or any of the other free speech platforms out there. Get a message out and if it resonates all of a sudden, highs are opened everywhere and tend to go up and go, maybe I was wrong. Maybe socialism isn't the answer.

23:28Here's my friend of mine, Carl Hagueby on Newsmax. He's talking about, you know what, can we put the lip tech piece up first? I know I'm wearing you out, but folks, if there was ever an evergreen article, I'm asking you to take a screenshot and almost like keep it as your home screen, whenever Democrats tell you that mail-in voting, that there's no problem with fraud and rejection rates and a. That's stuff that mail-in voting is just as good as showing up in person. I strongly encourage you to read this very real article. You have my word. You can look it up yourself from the New York Times. New York Times. Do you have the outlet? Yes. They wrote this back in 2012, error and fraud at issue as absentee voting rises. They note that yes votes by mail are less likely to be counted, more likely to be compromised, and more likely to be contested than those cast in a voting booth statistics show. Election officials reject almost 2% of ballots cast by mail, double the rate for in-person

24:29voting. That's an article in the New York Times now. For those of you who knew to the show, I've explained this before, but you're probably asking why would the New York Times in 2012 trash mail-in balloting when they know I could probably be used for cheating to help Democrats? Why would they expose that? Because ladies and gentlemen, as you're going to see in this Carl Hague Between, I like that we reversed it. It works a lot better, actually. We're going to do it the other way. Carl Hagueby from Newsmax shows, and I want you to notice his use of visuals, snapshots and soundbites very clever. Back in 2012, there was a very small portion of the public that voted by mail. And who were they? They were largely older folks who maybe were not ambulatory or mobile anymore. Maybe they're hospitalized, and they were largely military folks who were not voting in person because they're putting their asses on the line overseas to keep us safe and free, and they don't have time to leave a war zone in the middle of Iraq to come back and vote,

25:30so they vote by mail. Where do those two groups tend to lean? They tend to lean Republican, so the New York Times didn't like the fact that they had an opportunity to vote a largely conservative audience of military and older folks. Watch this Hagueby segment now. When mail-in balloting was opened up to Democrats and other groups, all of a sudden now Democrats love it. This is a great piece. Check this out. Look at this. 2000 Bush v Gore roughly 10% by mail, 10 to 11 million, 2004. Bush versus Kerry. This is where it really kicked up. Around 13%. Then you got 2008, Obama v McCain, mail, share ballots, started climbing, you get to up about 16%. All right? Then you get to 2016. Trump v Clinton. You get all the way up. 21%. Then 2020. Check this out. The most secure election ever.

26:31The majority of votes now mail-in ballots with a number of people voting, jumping from $136 million to a whopping $158 million. Not only a jump in total voters greater than any other time in the last four decades, but now election day and early mail-in ballots cast touch nearly 70% of all ballots cast. With that volume, the only people who would want to not serialize these ballots are people who probably want to cheat. Thank you for speaking clearly in a sound bite on the matter using snapshots and visual images and speaking the truth. The only possible reason you would want to expand mail-in balloting when the New York Times themselves have acknowledged that a piece I just showed you put the snapshot on the screen are prone to fraud, rejection rates, and error. There it is right there is because you want fraud and errors and rejected ballots.

27:41The fraud is built into the system. You like the fact that the statistics show that the rejection rates are double. You can reject votes you don't like. And then you combine it with ballot harvesting where some random third party can go out and just harvest votes. You don't know what they're doing. What are they doing with those votes when they get the envelopes? What are they doing with those ballots? The only reason is because you would want to cheat. Ladies and gentlemen, I want to just dial back to the beginning of the show. Yes, it's important we talk about mail-in ballots voter fraud. It's important we talk about free markets like M.I. Camp. It's important we talk about the use of X and Donald Trump and messaging. But this show is not about voter fraud, free market. The show is about the messaging war and tactics and tools we can all use because where the leaders we've been waiting for as I French and I French and E. Thomas has said often that

28:44we can take them into our own districts, our own county commissioner races, our own congressional seats. I don't care if it's the race for dog catcher, visuals, optics, short videos, sound bites, snapshots. Regardless of the topic, voter fraud, free markets, spaying and neutering your dog, it doesn't matter what your issue is. The messaging, if you lose the messaging, you can win the issue all day. We've won the issue for 100 years. Nobody wants to pay higher taxes. Nobody wants to send their kid to a crappy school and nobody really wants the government controlling their own healthcare. They just wanted for other people. So if we've won the issue, how do we lose these fights because we've lost the messaging? Visuals, snapshots, sound bites. What else did I tell you? I said try, it's hard and I do it myself sometimes. Try as often as you can to not make assertions but ask questions.

29:44I told you that in the beginning of the show, it triggers something in the human brain you can't prevent. Did you watch a show on TV last night? There you go. See some of you right now, you can't avoid it. Right now you're thinking about, yeah, watching, watching, watching a bit of the show. Notice I didn't tell you, you watched the show on TV. Now you don't want to talk all the time in questions, it would be annoying. But you want to use it tactically to your advantage because we bring receipts on the show and I want to try to give you examples of how it works. Our excellent transportation secretary, Sean Duffy, in conjunction with the DHS secretary Mark Wayne Mullin are cracking down on, this may seem like kind of an esoteric issue. It's not. First we have people driving big rigs on our highway who don't speak English, who we don't even know if they can freaking drive. These are multi-ton vehicles. These are like death machines in the wrong hands if you're not treated right. I love our truckers. Thank God they're skilled and stuff.

30:46But we all agree, right? If you're going to drive on public roads, especially a multi-toned machine like that, you should probably know what you're doing. Watch the messaging in this. First, I'm going to play clip number one where Mark Wayne Mullin lays out the problem. We've had a bunch of commercial drivers license CDL schools that are accrediting these people. They're getting drivers licenses they shouldn't get. He lays out the problem. But it's part two, whether he knows it or not, I think he did. He uses the asked questions, don't make assertions thing. And watch how the messaging is so much more effective. But first, I want you to hear about the problem versus this is just about a minute. But thanks to Duffy and Mullin, we've got some work in on this. Check this out. We've got about a thousand, a thousand practices, a thousand between individuals that work for state DMVs to companies that are hiring these individuals illegally putting them in the streets to front companies to where literally these truck drivers will get pulled over,

31:49going to a truck stop, take off the DOT numbers off the side of their truck in the name, and simply put another one right over the top of it. While they're at a truck stop, there's videos of it being shown all over the place. And they're immediately right back in the business. FMCSA or DOT would take them out of service. And they would just simply change their name and keep going because why couldn't they? Their driver's license just say no name, give it. So no one even knows who they are. No name given. What's the point of a driver's license if it's no name given? I heard Andy's looking at me like, Andy, if it's a driver's license, you think they should name the driver? That's a good point. Andy's going to try that. Democrats don't want voter ID. Andy's going to try to get a license that says no name given. You can't in a great state of Florida. And we're just going to prevent that. Present that at the voter. No name given. Hey man, it was good enough to drive a numbers. Mullen's like, what the hell is going on here?

32:51This is the insanity of the modern socialist Democrat position. Open the borders, let anybody in here. Our road signs in Florida in what language? In English language? Do you just an idea, fellas? Do you think if you're on public roads and there's a sign that says stop, you should know what stop means? Or at least what the big red sign means? This is probably a good idea to speak English. But again, today's show is not about people driving multi-toned machines who don't belong here and don't speak English. Damn, it should be. No, I played it for you. No, the problem. Today is about messaging and why we're winning and how we can do this better because no sane person, no true scotsman, but no district, no sane person thinks this is okay. Here's Mark Wayne Mullen when the reporter responds as every liberal hack, goon reporter

33:54always responds. Oh, the border. 20 million people crossed in illegally, but a very small portion of rape than murdered and cut people's heads off. Oh, okay. That's kind of like the black swan event we want to avoid, correct? It's like saying, you know what? I'm not really worried about plain safety because less than 1% of planes crash. When they crash, you've got a problem. You know what the problem is? Your dad and it's over. Those are called black swan events. You do everything to avoid. Watch Mullen turn it around and ask the question, this is how effective this stuff is because the reporter had no idea what to say. Turn it around, frame it as a question, great messaging tool, check this out. I'm saying 1% is okay because that 1% is what caused this right here. 1% is one too many. I said this in my remarks. Every single illegal that means or kills an individual is 100% preventable. I'm trying to prevent everyone of them.

34:55I don't care if it's a fraction of 1%. I'm coming after you. I'm removing you from the road because it should never take place. Every death at a hands of an illegal is one too many. You see the effectiveness, DHS Secretary Mullen, in flipping the script and asking the question does for the message. Folks, we always win on the message. It's the messaging of the message we traditionally always got harasses kicked. We just did. We were just not very good at it. Telling you, man, I've watched campaign videos for Republican candidates from at the federal level from House to Senate to the presidency. You watch them on TV and you're like, are any of these memorable at all? The only campaign ad I think that sticks out to people, pre-Donald Trump. You've seen people write books about it. Was the Bill Clinton ad with Hope Arkansas and the Ronald Reagan ad it's morning in America.

35:58That's really all people remember. Now people remember this stuff all the time because we've done so much work to transform the Republican mega messaging machine into an absolute juggernaut. You've now got Fox, you've got Newsmax, you got away and you got you got Brightboard, you got Bonsino report, my aggregated website out there. You got this show, you got the Daily Wire, you got Steve Crowder, you've got a ton of people, you got Dana Les, you've got a thousand people out there, you've got so many options now. I'm telling you like they're really, really good at this. The messaging war is starting to transform itself and the Democrats don't know what to do. I really, in the past, I have never seen Democrats in such a panic like they are now about something they voluntarily brought on themselves. I'll bring this up with Graham Allen. He's our guest later today. He has a new book out as well, Stand Fight Win. I'm going to bring something later. The Democrats brought this Hassan Pike or problem on themselves. The Graham Platner Nazi tattoo guy, they tried to cover up.

37:00He even tried to cover up the tattoo. They were horrified about it in Paris, not because they didn't agree with it because they knew it wasn't going to pull well. The tattoo thing they had to use the wrong. The Pike or Problem, they did this themselves. They invited this guy in the tent. I said on Laura Ingram show last night. I said, Laura, you know, they're running on this. We have a big tent. It matters who's in the tent. You invite Michael Myers from the Halloween movie with the Slasher knife. It matters that he's in the tent. You invite people into the country and you give him a CDL license to drive a commercial vehicle, multi-tun vehicle, and they don't speak English or know how to drive. And people die. It matters that that was one out of a thousand or one out of a hundred people. It matters. And it certainly matters to the families who lost people. God rest their souls. It's just a damn shame that their voices are ignored. Oh, it's only 1%. Tell that to the moms, the angel moms and the angel dads out there.

38:02Tell that to them. It doesn't matter. It's only 1%. Yeah. 1% I killed my kid. Tell that to their face. Black Swan events matter. Well, I mean, think about it. There's a 1% chance there's going to be a financial recession based on mortgage-backed securities that's going to destroy the whole housing market and bankrupt millions of people. Oh, that actually happened, Justin. But don't worry, Justin, it's only 1%. Sick of these idiots. Folks, on a more positive note, because again, I talked about non-heath ledger joke or smile. We're winning the messaging more. We just are the receipts are everywhere. Anyone telling you otherwise, it's just full of crap. There's liars, grifters, doomers. It's all they want to do with, you know, bitch and moan and complain all the time. It's exhausting. It's exhausting.

39:02The future's bright. Do you guys remember, listen, I may be aging myself here. Those in the chat, give me some late 40s, 50 year old reinforcement. I needed here. I know I was a liar to the internet. I don't feel that old. But I am chronological time manager. Can't ignore for other time. You remember Conan O'Brien used to have this segment on his show. It was in the 90s. And the segment was in the year 2000. They would sing the song in the year 2000. Remember 2000 seems so far off 2000. It's two decades plus later. Do you remember that? Well, to show you and bring some receipts, obviously I can't predict the future. I can't. I feel like axiomatic. Do you remember that, say, right? I'm 76. Hey, good for you. Thanks for being in the chat. Folks, the future is incredibly bright right now. But there's a couple warning signs. So I'm going to call this the Dan Bangeino in the year 2000's segment.

40:03Because what does the future look like? He loved this segment. I like it too. Because no one can predict it. But there's a couple. Let me start with kind of the bad news first. I saw this post up yesterday. How many of you like to pay in cash in the chat? I'm one of them. If I can pay in cash, I try. Well, I don't like paying interest on credit cards, no matter how small. I just, if I can pay in cash, I will. The transaction fees sometimes. I try to do that. Not to mention, you know, you don't need everyone on planet earth knowing your purchase history for everything all the time. Nothing to fairy us about it. I just, it's my information. It's not yours. Folks, we are rapidly moving towards a place. And many of you seen this. Folks in the chat, you see it where there are businesses now. And I'm not talking about a small number. I'm talking about a lot of them that won't even accept cash. This is all over the place. This is at Lynn Shasta 40, Lynn C on X. She talks about this Dave Ramsey segment about this no cash society,

41:05cashless society we're moving towards. I don't like this idea, folks, at all. I actually hate this idea. And I am a big supporter of small government, big supporters, small, small government. However, this no cash thing is going to kill us going forward. Here's what a cashless society means. This is a great tweet. You should check this out yourself. This worries me a little bit. We got to get out ahead of this now. If you're struggling with your mortgage on a particular month, you can't do an odd job to get you through. Your child can't go and help the local farmer to earn a bit of summer cash. No more cash slipped into the hands of a child. There's a good luck charm. My grandfather used to do this to us. Or holidays, no more money in birthday cards, no more piggy banks for your child to see and collect pocket money and learn about the value of investing and earning. No more cash for a rainy day fund. There's something special. No more charity collections. No more selling bits and pieces from your home at like a yard sale. Remember these? No more cash gifts from relatives. And remember this, what a cashless society does guarantees that banks have full control

42:07of every single penny you own. That's a big no for me. Two thumbs down on Yelp. Every transaction you make is recorded. I don't want that. It's none of your business. All your movements and actions are traceable. They are. Where was the purchase made? Oh, look at that. Access to your money can be blocked at the click of a button when banks need clarification. You'll have no choice, but to declare and be taxed on every dollar in your possession. This is that I'm giving you the bad news up front. And let me throw one more in there with the cashless society. I've been warning about audience archivist Judy. What was the first time I talked about this? You guys know what negative interest rates are. They are what they sound like. You put your money in a bank. You've only known interest rates to be positive. You're like, if I put my money in a savings account and I get 3%, the bank gives you 3%, typically what a per year Harvard's calculated on your money. Well, what are negative interest rates?

43:10Oh, folks, this can happen. Negative interest rates are you put your money in a bank? And it's exactly what I told you. Because the interest rate is negative, you lose 3% per month. Who the hell would do that? The answer is a society that wants to monetize its debt. Make its money worthless because it can't pay off its debt. Sounds like we're going now with our $40 trillion debt. Well, dad, I would just pull my money out of the bank if there were negative interest rates and my money was worth less every day it was in the bank. No, you won't because in cashless society, there's nowhere for you to put it. Politicians at all levels need to get involved here at some point. You get a cashless society. You're looking at a surveillance society and you're looking at a society where financially, your money is going to be worth less every single day. The minute those interest rates go negative, they don't even have to go negative. Inflations just has to wear it down and you can't get it out no matter what. That is a really, really bad idea.

44:14However, there's a lot of good things happening too. You know, go to the Justin, go to the NBC article first about diseases and rare diseases. Folks, the explosion and artificial intelligence giving humanity a collective surrogate brain. There's going to be some downsides associated with it. No doubt. However, if you, what's the number one rule that Dan Bonsino show? If you can stay alive for, I believe about five years and you don't get dead, don't get dead. So number one rule, if you don't get dead for five years and you have some rare disease or even a not rare die had Hodgkin's lymphoma was not fun. Cancer, another two thumbs down and yell, I hated it. It sucked. However, my cancer was relatively treatable. I wouldn't recommend it. I want to do a lot. If you can stay alive for five years, you're going to see stuff like this, put a bit of NBC piece for me if you want. Folks, we are living in the golden age of medical research.

45:14Calls bad Navy family, turns to AI and search for a treatment for their daughter with a rare genetic disorder. Folks, I'm telling you, we may be less than five years away. You're going to have parents out there with these rare one in a million type diseases that are horrifying. And there's really no drug company incentive for them to develop a product that they're only going to be able to sell to maybe, I don't know, less than 100 people per state or 100 people in the entire country. The drug companies don't want to get into that. They're not going to make any money. I don't think I've got to spend billions on research for no money. Folks, AI is going to be able to figure this out. It's my grandmother who's saying, in a jiffy, Dan. The world is about to change so dramatically. Thanks to the collective surrogate brain we call AI. I got another piece coming up about this in a second. How things like not just prescription drugs and medications, how the benefits of all this AI is going to filter down to you. It's not going to largely go to big business.

46:15That's crazy. Oh, stay tuned. Here's one more. I want to throw it. I'm not just telling you that colleges and universities, I'm sorry, they do a lot of good things. They train our doctors, good accountants, good lawyers, military colleges, trained military leaders. I'm not knocking colleges and universities. I went to a college in university. I went to three of them. Queens College, City, University of New York and Penn State. I'm just telling you, colleges and universities, because they're insulated from competition, they have huge endowments and all this stuff. There have been basically stomping on free speech, have been promoting liberal anti-American values for years because there's no competition elsewhere. Here's a great tweet. Was this a, yeah, I like this account. Add Inez, Felture, Inez, Stetman on X. She knows this is absolutely something that can happen. Colleges are in a triple bind. The Trump administration is threatening their funding. The population of college age people is starting what will be a sharp decline and parents have never been more skeptical.

47:16The value these colleges provide for extraordinarily high tuition and for good reason. She knows I think the chance of significant contraction of the number of colleges, as well as significant shuffle and elite rankings are more than likely again in the next five or ten years. Here's that five, ten year period again. I'm not telling you a good thing that we wipe out higher education altogether. We need to train our doctors and neurosurgeons and software developers as I'm just telling you that these colleges that have got by with like shut up, we're doing DEI, we're going to talk about woke stuff and you're going to swallow the impact, shut your mouth, kids and parents. Those days are over. Those days are over and I'm telling you they're never coming back. Not like they were because you're going to like the next Barack Obama liberal communist president you want who could, D.E.I. is good again in colleges. The parents aren't going to pay for it. You've got people like O'Keefe, Cam, Hague B, Nick Shirley, putting out independent journalism,

48:19you've got Adam Gillette out there, the accuracy and media that these folks that go out there that do these hidden cameras at colleges with these administrators talking about we're going to jam woke ism down, we don't really care about the law. You're not going to be able to do this anymore. Folks the future man is so bright. It's not without pitfalls. The potential I cannot be clear for an AI generated cyber attack that takes us a couple months to recover from is very real. But I believe on net we are looking at an era of human prosperity ahead that if we can just get the messaging right we can get people to smile again. I'm not talking about ignorance about issues. I'm talking about like we don't need to be there's like I think of that feeling the America had in the early part of the last century and through where even though we were involved in world wars and everything else do we still this collective pride in America. It seems like now you take these polls like everybody tomorrow is going to suck.

49:20Tomorrow is going to say well what evidence do you have that that's true. This is the one part of messaging we need to get better. I strongly strongly believe for younger people listening the economy is about to explode and shame on by the way a lot of these AI people out there going on the college campuses and just crap it all over again. AI is going to put you all up shut up. Shut up. Justin's a I mean he's not a young guy but young enough we joke about it but he's a you know obviously grown man has been with us forever. You take Justin his generation want to keep hearing this Justin's not out of work. I need producers. He and him are very creative. They developed what you guys did you develop an agent right. So what we have to do is we have ads in the show obviously live reads sometimes the ads there's grammar that's wrong there's a website that's he and Justin developed an agent and the agent goes through the heads and it cleans up a lot of the text and stuff like

50:21that. I was like hey guys that's really clever. It doesn't cost Justin his job. It forced multiplies his value why because I don't know how to develop the agent he did. That's the message we should be passing to our young kids. Not crappin' on them all the time. You dumb idiots are going to lose your job. That's not a message morons. The future is amazing. These kids could they could basically sit at a home office in a beautiful house contracting out you know their work to hundreds of different people. Hundreds of making a quarter million dollars a year using AI agents they developed. Here's a segment on Ingram show this is not my segment there's a Laura Ingram show. I love doing the show. But she asks and this is exactly what this is about. You're going to hear the last part of Laura Ingram's intro where she's like all these economic headlines about doom and gloom and everybody's going to be out of a job and AI is going

51:22to blow up the whole world and everything's going to suck them. They're all going to die like that's not the real economy we live in now. And I want you to listen to the answer from a very smart guy I was like no it's not. Here's the headlines you're not hearing about check this out. Some of these headlines narrative reinforcing in time for the midterms. Yes I believe so. I think the key to the key data point that we want to be looking at is affordability so you need to look at real wage growth. And ever somebody's wages are growing faster than the rate of inflation. That means you have more money left at the end of the month. You have more money in every paycheck that you can use to consume. In Laura you just mentioned the S&P 500 sales growth revenue growth of 16% year over year. Even if they were doing everything possible these corporations to make as much money as possible and really boost profits. Being up 16% year over year on the revenue side of the equation that's because they are selling stuff to people here in the U.S. They are selling to this American consumer that for some reason some of these economic

52:27pundits want to believe that that American consumer is left for dead. That's not true at all. The American consumer is still spending. Businesses are investing heavily. We're talking about trillion dollars. Trillions of dollars going into AI CapEx. So the overall the economy is doing incredibly well. We need to focus on real wage growth first and foremost. I love the names in the chat. Eddie Wuffnuts. That may be the greatest chat name ever says great episode. Dan we love hearing about the positives. Yeah me too. I just don't want to live my life miserable. Eddie Wuffnuts. That's a classic. That may be one of that up there with the McGraw. I saw a bunch of the folks that when someone said oh is it mega chip and others. Dan you're right. Like let's stop crapping all over our kids. This freaking doom and gloom stuff. Oh you kids are going to sit at home with no jobs. That's just not true man. That's not true. I've got a friend he owns a dentistry business.

53:27He incorporated some AI for customer service calls. He hasn't had a good rid of anyone. He just doesn't have his staff answering the same question a thousand times on the phone and they love it. They can do other things. That's the message. You don't want to be answering the phone all day answering the same question over and over. You want to be doing value added stuff figuring out business processes working your own business. Well stop crapping on our kids. I talked to Graham Allen about this too. Treating them like they're idiots. Yeah you done kids complain. Of course they're complaining. You got a bunch of billionaire business guys and I love free markets man. Congrats on your money. Oh yeah you stupid kids. At commencement ceremony. Better get on the train. We're going to run your ass over. So shut your mouth you moron. That's messaging. Yeah you can't wait us. Fits in the show. That's the messaging you want. We're doing great everywhere else except this topic. People hear AI. They hear nothing about cancer cures only hear about as kids.

You heard this guy do it last night. Get some help. That's rapidly turning into my favorite part of the show. You know me all over use it. Sometimes just like, Motler's in the show. I will. I've got to be held down and contain sometimes with this stuff. Dance favorite means. The data points with I like the lady. Oh, oh, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. The, oh, which one? The, oh, and then the lady with the flags. Well, I don't know if that's another good one. Oh, folks, by the way, just not the side track because I got more good news coming up. Just if you missed it just a few minutes ago, the Lindsey Clancy jury says they're deadlocked. So it's really no news, which I think we're not of us are surprised about.

55:31Thank you for the muttlies in the chat. So back to regular programming. Tell us some decision. So here you want some more good news? I'm going to help you. Again, business titans out there who've made your money and you're living high on the hog and good for you. I'm a free market guy. Shot the stop telling kids they're stupid. They suck and are going to be out of jobs. Put up that Wall Street Journal article. Folks, the AI economy going forward. Here's the odd part about this. This is a great must read piece you should give to your kids. Anil Gupta, you need to invest in AI. He's talking to our companies here, but don't expect a return. Why would that be good news? Because folks, he notes, keep this up. The revolutionary tech will make your competitors more efficient. So you'll need to simply keep up. The premise of this piece, snapshots and soundbites, is all of the benefits of AI or most of them are going to go to the consumers, not the business people.

56:34I thought the business people told us otherwise. That's because many of them are just terrible at messaging and it's not true. Here, AI clearly creates value. They note in a piece or he notes in a piece. But that doesn't mean a firm or a business can always capture and retain it. If every insurer cuts the cost of handling and insurance claim by 30%, competition will eventually pass much of that gain to customers in the form of lower premiums, better service for both. Insurers have become more productive, but no insurer earns a higher return as a result. Folks, this AI is going to make the dentist or the insurer more efficient, but it's going to make every insurer more efficient. So any insurer that tries to charge more because they don't want those efficiencies and don't use AI is going to be put out of business because no one wants to pay and insure more money. The benefits are going to go to you. This is something that's never spoken about. They're like, oh, you know, the CEO and shareholders

57:35at these companies make, yes, there's no doubt people start businesses make money. But folks, the people who started the personal computing business, Bill Gates and others made a fortune too, but is there any doubt the benefits have been passed down to you? I told you before, the cost of a prescription drug that was tailored towards someone with some atrophy condition that's genetic, that's one in a million. Drug companies would never spend money on that. They're not going to make any money. Now they're going to sick AI on the problem and that person's going to survive. We have to stop talking about all the doom and gloom. Oh my gosh, markets too, free markets or bankrupting us. Put up the other Wall Street article. Are you an idiot? Who is talk? You're a moron if you're saying this. Here's data, facts. The rich world's climate distraction. Another piece in the Wall Street Journal. Forget about the climate stuff for a minute. I thought capitalism sucked. Everybody's getting poorer. The world's so terrible. Doom and gloom, cats and dogs. Remember ghost busters? It's all crap. Oh.

58:36Oh. Leo, oh yes, Leo, I think Leo Tarell. I'm like, are you talking about Leo, Leo the Cabard? That is, that's the original. Here, here are numbers for your kids who may be leaning socialist. Consider extreme poverty, you know. Long defined is living on less than a dollar a day. In 1950, more than half of humanity was that poor. Today, the share is 7.6%. The lowest ever recorded. Average schooling is almost tripled from 3.2 years to nearly nine. Electricity access is soared. Problems remain, but the gains have been spectacular. Yes. Yes. Why is everybody so miserable? The gains, not everybody, not you. That didn't mean that any condescending way. So my apologies. I just folks, we got problems. We do. We'll always have problems with human beings. We have needs in a resource constrained environment.

59:39That not everybody, but everyone's going to have a Lamborghini. Not everybody's going to have a 50,000 square foot house. But if we could get everybody in a 5,000 square foot house, that's pretty big house. We'd be doing pretty good. Folks, to book in this portion, I got Graham Allen coming up. Because it wasn't about you. I know you know that. But it was about our movement. I mean, you and I have been through the fights. So I appreciate that. But let me get to this first, because there's no one better to comment on this. Big story yesterday was one of the highest ranking military officials anywhere in the world. Dangerous, cool secretary of the army had resigned yesterday and stepped aside. There was some talk he was going to stay through the midterms. This is a hugely important position. But given your experience in the military and at the Pentagon, what are your thoughts on that? Why do you think it happened? What were some of the problems with his leadership or some of the benefits, whatever?

1:04:45I just like to get your take on it. You were an insider. Yeah, I was in the admin at the Pentagon when now former secretary of the army, Dan Driscoll was going through confirmation. And we were trying to provide, you know, head cover for him and, you know, oversight for him during confirmation, all this. No one inside the higher chain of command of the Pentagon really was excited about this person. At the end of the day, you know, it was, it was Potus' decision and that's the way Potus wanted to go. But I can tell you that there were a lot of people that were concerned about Driscoll. There were a lot of people that worried that, at the end of the day, he just wasn't going to make the right decisions for the army, but specifically to go along with Secretary of Warpede Hexas vision led by the leadership of the commander and chief president Trump. And you're seeing all these reports coming out of multiple clashes between secretary, former secretary of the army, Dan Driscoll

1:05:46and Pete Hexas, that's true. Because every step of the way Driscoll went undermined the secretary of war, Pete Hexas, every single step of the way. There were so many instances where he made readiness less ready for the army. The army is the largest branch in the entire military. Not that every secretary of their individual branches are not vastly important. Of course they are, but the army is the largest one. And this is a position of absolute magnitude. And you've got, here's the biggest thing that I'll say as an army guy myself. You've got the top guy for the army, the secretary of the army, as a parting shot, doing the exact opposite of what the army values actually teach us, the army values never teach. Tuck your tail, run away, and then blame your boss for your own incompetence. It is the worst example of leadership I've seen. It's one thing to resign. It's another thing to resign and then take shots

1:06:48at your boss on your way out the door. It's a coward's way to do it. And it doesn't exemplify the army, doesn't exemplify the position in which he held. And I think that now we have an opportunity to get someone better in place that will better prepare our army and our war fighters the way that they should be. Well, it's a fascinating perspective. And I encourage people in the media to hear Graham out, someone who had some experience in there. So that's an interesting perspective. I appreciate you saying we're talking to Graham out on author of the new book, Stan Fight, when we'll talk about that. One thing I wanted to address with you as well is you comment on politics as well, along with your experience in the military, which you comment on often I was appreciated. But the Democrats have a real problem right now. It was on Laura Ingram's show last night. It's the Hassan Piker problem. They want to make this problem go away. And you can always see by these couple of hallmarks whenever the Democrats know they have a messaging problem. They'll do a couple of things. First, they'll do the Republicans' pounce.

1:07:49Well, they'll make this story about not Piker, but the Republicans' reaction to Piker. Republicans' pounce on Hassan Piker's comment in other words, making it like where were rational. All we're doing is highlighting what the Democrats did. But it's an effort to distract. The second thing they'll do is you'll see Democrats practicing like the Debbie Dingell, the Democrat rep from Michigan. I don't want to talk about Piker. I'm moving on. Well, you know, that's not the way politics works. You know, the way to move on is to resign your seat and no one will ask you about Piker. But you're in Michigan, you're running. They brought him in there when there's no moving on. There's none of this like I'm moving on. It's a big tent. He's one idea. Yeah, he's a really bad idea. He said some crazy things. I'm gluing this to him. I'm not letting them move on. There's not a chance. No, no, I agree. It's funny. Hassan Piker and me actually have a really long history with each other. If you look at when I first started coming up in the space and he was with his uncle at the young Turks,

1:08:50his entire show would be based around taking a video that I had made that went viral back in the day. And that would be the only thing he focused on was his content was going after grandma and content back in the day. So there's no love lost admittedly between me and Hassan Piker. What's interesting to me is the surge that we're seeing behind this, because him and this DSA movement are linked together. And so whether the Democrat proper party wants to admit it or not, they have a DSA problem that is now becoming the thing that they're having to get behind. You see Hillary Clinton talk about it. We're openly exploring what's going to relate to young voters. You see Chuck Schumer bending the knee. Now Bernie Sanders is bent the knee. And you see AOC now renewing her DSA membership for the first time in seven years. This is the way of the future for them. This DSA movement is a real thing that they're trying to do

1:09:51because they're telling you what they actually want to do out loud. And now you have some Democrats that are trying to separate themselves from it. They're trying to see what messaging works, what messaging is being met with the most resistance. Young people 18 to 35 on the Democrat side are resonating very well with the DSA side. But the Democrats also can abandon the 35 plus crowd at the moment. So they're playing these semantics back and forth to see which messaging goes and which messaging does not. So I agree with you Dan. We have to hold them to the fire. You've seen these great videos coming up. Hussein's even playing damage control when he's saying, it's completely ludicrous for them to say that me and L. Syed or whatever hate America. And then you see the compilation of him saying, he hates America for five minutes straight. He hopes that we all die and our blood flows through the streets and America deserved 9-11. And he makes his little joke when he's singing a gospel choir thing against Charlie Kirk

1:10:52on there. He's saying, oh, well, my new thing is now that America didn't deserve 9-11. And you hear these people boo in the crowd because they don't even want to hear it. Because they hate America. They believe that we deserve 9-11. These people hate us. And that's one thing I talk about in the book a lot too, is we have to come to grasp with the thing of, it's not that the Democrat and this DSA take over the Democrat party or against us. No, no, no, no, no. They hate us. They will applaud if something horrific happens to us. We saw that with everything over the past year. They want our way of life in America to die and give birth out of the ashes to this freaking demonic evil structure that they want to bring in under the guise of this utopian society where we don't need prisons, we don't need a department of war, we don't need the Senate, universal health care for all, all of these lies that cannot be done. This is the fundamental fight that we're facing right now. We're facing it in the midterms here in just in November.

1:11:54We're talking to Graham Allen. He has a new book out, Stan Fightwin, pick it up today. You know, Graham, one of the things I find really a little bit shocking about the Hassan Piker DSA, because it's the same problem, DSA problem, Hassan Piker problem. I hate when I don't finish my senses. It's the worst. I'm going to say, so you're a broadcaster too. Never cut off your sentence when you're saying the word country. Some of you will get that. I've done that a few times. Don't do it. Do not do it. Finish your sentence. The DSA Piker problem. I've done this a few times. I think the guys are what I mean. The weird part about it is, for as much as I dislike liberal progressive ideology, I think that's fairly obvious. You as well, I mean, I've committed my adult life to defending against this nonsense. They're usually smarter than this. They've learned a lot through the years on how to masquerade as blue dogs, while in fact being hardcore leftists.

1:12:54You know, when Walter Mondale ran against Reagan on a platform of like, I'm going to increase your taxes. He got routed and lost 49 states. He barely won his own state of Minnesota. The Democrats learned a lot from that. They started the DLC, the Democrat Leadership Council, and they tried to kind of move back to the middle a little bit. They ran a governor from Arkansas. You may have heard his name is Bill Clinton, who ran on, you know, later on the era, big government is over. Now they're just voluntarily doing stupid things again. The Platinum problem up in Maine, the guy had the Nazi tattoo. They tried to cover it. They tried to get away, but at least they tried to sweep it under the rug and like, oh, no, he's not a Nazi. My premise here is that they brought this on themselves. They invited Piker in. They could have renounced this during the primary when Syed was running against McMorrow and Haley Stevens and said, we absolutely refute all of this stuff. This guy's a cancer. Instead they pussyfooted around.

1:13:56Oh, I don't know. Maybe the energy would have, they brought this on themselves. They used to be smarter than this. I mean, not that I had any sympathy for him anyway, but that we're not letting him go. Sorry, you wanted this in your house. Now you're going to clean it up. No, I agree. But again, I just want to stress to the American people that this is what you were voting against in November. You were voting again. This DSA takeover, as I like to call it, this is not an anomaly. And so that's the thing that we've been pushing the most on my show is realizing why you need to get up off of your butt and go vote in the midterms. You saw our president would trade out he just the other day like I need you to vote like I'm on the ballot. Our mantra in 2024 was vote like your life depends on it. This one needs to be vote like Trump's on the ballot because he is. If we allow these DSA candidates that are making it through the Democrat primaries to infiltrate

1:14:59into Congress and infiltrate into the Senate and infiltrate into the House, it will lead to a weaker state of us rolling into 2028. You know this as well as I do that if we if we lose the House in the Senate and I see the polls, I see, you know, and we can only believe polls so much because they've never been able to predict Trump accurately and all this. But the president's point, he's not on the ballot this time. He needs the American people to show up like he is. If we allow them to essentially neuter the administration for the next two years, what does that look like for us rolling into 2028? And to quote you, maybe that's what the American people need is a kick in the pants and maybe it needs to get that bad first before they'll actually realize because Americans we seem to have a very short memory when things are a lot better. And then we seem to get kicked back into gear when things get bad again. So I along with the president and I know you have as well, this midterm cycle is so vitally

1:16:03important. And this is why I'm begging the American people, the president has put out to the American people as well. You cannot treat this like a normal midterm. You cannot treat this with battle fatigue. I talk about this in the book. You have to treat every election moving forward like your country and your life depends on it because it does because the enemy, we're seeing what they're doing. We're seeing the new iteration of all these things and we have to hold them to it. We have to hold what they've actually said against them and we have to take it into the midterms and show up at the ballot box. Well, maybe tie this next question into your book, Stan Fight, win as well. You know very well midterms, decades ago used to be the Republicans playground. I mean, we used to perform exceptionally well in midterms relative to presidential's because the Democrats would typically not turn out in his large numbers as they would. That equation now, Graham, has been totally flipped.

1:17:06The Democrats now, through the incorporation of, yes, energy, it's negative energy, no doubt, but like Hassan Piker, who's mobilized a bunch of kids upset about the system who've turned their rage against whatever it may be, capitalism, the Jews, they did it to me. He's created a victim culture that works for a lot of people. We have no choice, but I know the books called Stan Fight, win but to Stan Fight, win. This is not, it's an easy message to get out there and it's easy for, we go out and vote and I know my audience does. But it's almost in a midterm, not good enough for you to vote. You have to drag at least 10 people with you, hopefully more. Call them, email them, give them the voter registration site if they're not registered. Go to a gun show, talk to a few people, your second amendment rights matter. Politics is a context sport. You have to knock on doors, you have to get like face to face with people. The midterms will be a continued source of Republican anxiety and angst in general

1:18:11if we don't show up. And I know in the book, you address some of these principles about how to Stan Fight, win. Yeah, so it's funny, the original book, you know, you for it and some, when I presented the manuscript, it was like 80,000 words. And so the publisher ended up cutting out like 23,000 words out of the book, but the whole premise of the book, you're in there in a positive way, don't worry about it. But the point of the book is to talk about exactly what you just said is that we, and I took the blame on some of, on myself in this, we did a bad job as truth tellers or information tellers in this illusion. And me and you have kind of felt the brunt of that a little bit when we come back into the public life after going into the admin, where we created this world where the American people thought all we had to do was win the 2024 election. And then within 90 days, maybe 120 days, President Trump was going, like Jesus was going to magically

1:19:14fix all of the problems within our country. And there would be no more issues in the world. And so I actually started writing this book, not this past June, but June 2025. And so look at everything that is transpired from them. And it is about this fact of we have a society in a culture that has what I call it battle fatigue in the book, where we're so tired of the new cycle and the election and all of this. And I even said this speaking out of rally for Trump back in 2021, 2022, that I know some of you may be a little bit tired. And I know some of you may be feel a little bit weary. And I know some of you may be feel like it's just not worth it. But welcome to politics because politics has become mainstream now. And admittedly, not everybody is built for a life in politics, but the vast majority of Americans are now being exposed to it. And they're now seeing it.

1:20:15And what we can't do is allow for this dumer black pill culture to allow for this shift to happen in the midterms. As you know, just like I do, Dan, we need to win six, eight election cycles to really, really, really get the decay out of the, you can't get decades of decay out in 18 months. You just can't, you can't do it. We still have, uh, uh, confirmations hearings that haven't happened. We still have Biden Obama, Democrat holdovers on GS levels within our departments. We still have all of these things. The president still doesn't have complete control over his own administration right now. As far as these plants that are still there, you and director Cash Patel did such a good job in trying to eliminate a lot of those problems. Secretary Hague said did so much. I said, so it's a good job trying to eliminate it as well. And then you get sued by some leftist federal judge and then you got a higher mall back.

1:21:17And then or your stock mid track, a 3% difference of a turnout in 2018 from the 2016 election between or 15 election between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, a 3% difference of a turnout is what led to the 2018 blue wave as they called it. And my concern is that so many people politics has become such mainstream and you've got these dooms and these honestly liars. I don't even like to call them dooms. They're just liars that are poisoning the minds of American voters and American people. My concern is what happens if we have a 5% less turnout or a 6% less turnout. We can't allow that to happen. And so that's why I wrote the book. I wrote the book for that very purpose to encourage the American voter that this country is worth fighting for. But this is a marathon. It's not a sprint. And the harsh reality. And this is a direct quote from the book. The harsh reality is this fight is never going to be over until the good lord comes home

1:22:22to take us all back with him like that's the truth. This fight for our country and this fight for our freedom is never going to be over, which is why we have to train the next generation when we get old and weak and we're out of the fight. They can pick up the torch behind us. And so as conservatives, as Republicans, as maga, America, whatever you want to call it. As lovers of this country, we have an obligation to and not to be corny, but to stand fight when as the next generation comes up and to train them and to teach them the actual love for this country that people like me and you have. Because we can't fight for forever. We're getting older. I got gray coming in the beard and all this other stuff. My kids are driving now and everything like that. Like we are getting older and we can't just abandon the youth what we have to train them up. Man, I know, you know, we didn't like coordinate any of this before. It's just really odd. You brought that up because that's why I wanted a kind of a book and this interview.

1:23:24There's a lot of rage and anger on our side directed at younger voters. And I really, I get it. I understand both sides. And it's only because they want to help. It's our sons and daughters. Like how, how do you believe this stuff? And you want to like shake them out of the socialism will kill you. It'll starve you. Like you've got an iPhone and a computer like this is all due to free markets and entrepreneur and I'm going to take some. You're talking about the next generation. I really, really believe that's the wrong approach. I do. I think we're failing to contextualize and socially monitor ourselves and to see these younger voters, their sons and daughters as they see the world. We're seeing it as we've seen it with a body of experience. They don't have. They've been alone. If they were alive as long as us, they'd be our parents and our kids. You know, they've been indoctrinated from kindergarten through universities and colleges, post-grad. They've been indoctrinated that everything's free. Fat Barney, caring is caring.

1:24:27I mean, we have to do a better job of saying, listen, I get why you would think that. I understand when I'm at it, you at all. There's no reason to be mad at you. We were kids once. I had stupid ideas when I was younger. But here is what, like I said, I did a segment on this earlier. Here is what? Freedom, economic freedom is meant to you. The global population of people living under a dollar, as I said earlier in the show today, in 1950, used to be 50%. It sounds seven. Like, what do you think that came from communism or socialism? It came from economic freedom and liberty. We got to do a better job with the message. Are we going to lose these young men and women? I'm telling you, it's not their fault. They've been indoctrinated with this crap. Yeah, no, I completely agree. In fact, my producer, probably about two weeks ago, he started to say something on the show and it was kind of like, these young people, man, they just lost their minds. I wasn't getting on to him, but I countered back and I said, man, actually, I disagree.

1:25:30We can't do what our parents did to us when we were growing up before we had social media. You don't know what you're talking about, blah, blah, blah, blah. You can't do that because to your point, Dan, they grew up on these things. They grew up on these phones and they're seeing it. They're seeing all these things to your point. They're seeing the value of the dollar go down. Teenagers are seeing this and they're paying attention to it. I couldn't have even told you who the governor was when I was 17 years old. But now, I guarantee you the kids now can. They see all of this going on and they see these people like Piker and Elsa Ed and mom Donnie and AOC talking about, hey, there's a problem with the taxes. There's a problem with the health insurance, all of this. My kids the other day, I'm so proud of my boys and I won't get on too much potential in a promise. They're working. They're working. I'm so proud of them. 15, 14 year old boys, they're working. They're getting their paychecks. For the first time ever, they're seeing like, oh crap. Okay, so I worked this long and I get this much money and they're starting to see it.

1:26:34And one of the things they came up to me and they said, dad, I'm never going to be able to afford anything because if this is what I make for working my butt off, all this time, like I see how much houses are going for or how much rent costs and all of these things, I'm never going to be able to afford any of this. Now they don't understand as you get older and more experience, you make more money and blah, blah, blah, but you got to earn it. You don't just come out of college making six figures. These are teenagers that are saying these things. My teenagers are fun and everything else. So what are the teenagers that don't have a dad that's involved in politics that's involved in this world? What are they thinking and who are they talking to? Probably no one. They're probably tuning in to your Nick Fuentes and your AOCs and all of these people and all of this stuff. Like this is what they're seeing. They're inundated with it every single day. And so we, as the current adults, have to adjust our lane of focus and you can't just ignore them. You have to acknowledge what they're saying and you got to get them with actual facts.

1:27:34You can't just brush off the younger generation anymore because they're voting. They're voting. You shouldn't brush them off anyway. But now they're showing up in numbers that we've never seen before and that is on us as the current generation to engage, train and equip our younger generation and our youth to come and take our place one day. And that's the thing that I think we miss a lot. Graham, I really appreciate you coming on and congratulations on the new book.
