The City of Kingman Development Services Department is transitioning to the SmartGov online portal for all building permit applications, plan submittals, and Planning and Zoning applications. The SmartGov portal will be available beginning April 15, 2026, allowing applicants to begin using the system ahead of a required transition. Applicants are encouraged to create an account and become familiar with the portal during this time. Accounts can be created directly through the system by selecting “Sign Up” at the link below. Effective May 1, 2026, all Development Services applications must be submitted through SmartGov. Submittals sent by email or attached application...
