Most people think they’re hydrated.
They’re not.
In this long-form conversation, Krish breaks down why hydration is the foundation of physical health, mental clarity, stress regulation, and longevity — and why most water today isn’t actually being absorbed by your body.
From frequency-enhanced water and mineralization, to gut health, dopamine, inflammation, sauna use, red light therapy, microplastics, and the business realities of building a beverage brand — this episode connects health, science, and entrepreneurship in a way most wellness content never does.
We also dive into:
• Why dehydration creates constant low-grade stress
• Gut health as the “second brain”
• Why absorption matters more than intake
• Red light, sauna, and detoxification
• Microplastics, tap water, and filtration
• Building wellness companies the hard way
• Founder stress and accelerated aging
• Why health is the real form of wealth
• Relationships, boundaries, and leadership
• Giving back, frequency, and long-term energy
This isn’t wellness hype.
It’s foundational health thinking.

Your body's not hydrated properly.
Your internal systems are always under a low line level of stress.
Everything's stressed when you're out properly hydrated.
And then that triggers all the other stuff.
Your baseline and your foundations have to be strong first
before you start building on your nails.
And if your foundation is f**king, you can't win.
You can only go so far, right?
And that's going to crack and then everything comes down.
All right guys, you're with Courier.
I've been trying to set this one up for almost two years now.
Man, it's been perfecting the formula for the water.
That's right.
We've got a perform H2O here.
Could you explain what this water is, why it's special?
So it makes its specials our frequency technology.
So my partner developed this tech,
spent about 10 years, 12 and a half million dollars
developing the frequency tech.
And basically we put it on every bottle.
So there's like a sticker on every bottle.
And that has our frequency tech embedded in it.
And what it does is it consistently energizes the water
and improves the solubility
and keeps all the minerals and electrolytes
and molecule and ion form.
So when you drink the water, it's actually more bioavailable
and you actually absorb it better.
Wow.
Yeah, so clinically proven superior hydration.
And there's a big need for good quality water these days, I feel like.
Bro, it's crazy.
Basically most people are chronically dehydrated
because everything they're drinking,
even if it's a good quality water,
it's kind of energetically dead.
And so the minerals and electrolytes at a nano level
will crystallize when you drink it, you can't absorb it.
So they're just not able to absorb what they're putting in their body.
Even spring water?
Yeah, I mean, spring water is great.
If you can get it right from the source,
but even then, like not all of them, of course, will crystallize,
but you're still getting some hydration,
but it's not what your body needs.
Yeah, I know with food, it's the same issue, right?
It's crazy with food.
So if your body, especially with gut health,
that's the big thing now, right?
Right.
That's where the absorption happens.
And unfortunately, most people's gut health
are just not great.
So it's not what you're putting in your bodies, what you can absorb.
So I think like actually creating a baseline
with your hydration with the water
to get your internal systems working properly.
And then that'll actually help your gut health
with your digestion.
It's a big key for it.
Dude, I've been taking gut health seriously lately,
because I feel like growing up, no one talked about it.
No, nobody knew it.
Really, nobody knew about it.
This is like, you know, just like drink your water,
and eat your vegetables, and nobody's like,
okay, is this actually being absorbed into my body
and what am I getting at it?
100%.
Now they're finding out so much about the gut.
It's crazy.
Yeah.
They're finding out like it's 75% of your dopamine
comes from there, right?
It's basically your second brain.
Exactly, yes.
Yeah, it's so important.
Yeah, I agree.
Yeah, it's great that the science is coming out
where we can actually understand what we need
for our body to be successful and happy
and healthy and all those things.
Yeah, your gut controls your emotions too.
Absolutely.
Yeah, so if you have bad gut health
and you're cranky and moody,
yeah, I mean, it throws everything off.
Yeah, and just like you even feel like
how bad you feel like when you just have a cold, for example,
but if you have consistent bad gut health,
you're just never good.
You're never in a place of like calmness
or like feeling secure or feeling happy whatsoever.
Yeah, I think a lot of people with mental health conditions
should look into like trying to treat your health.
I agree.
I think it would help their mental health.
Oh, yeah, big time.
Yeah, there's a balance between your mind, body,
and your feeling, your energy spirit,
whatever you want to call the energy that runs us.
And if they're not in alignment,
like there's no, there's not actual true health there.
Yeah, sure, man.
Well, I'm glad to have some water back at the studio, man.
We ran out in the months and that's great.
I bought a bunch of cakes for you.
Let's talk about CMOS.
I know this was like a trend for a bit.
So is this still a pretty, pretty popular thing?
RCMOS.
It is pretty probably like that.
So that's our newest product that I receive us.
And the cool part of it is that that also has the frequency
technology on it.
So we got the sticker on the top of the bottle there.
Yeah.
And what that does is this program specifically
for the ingredients to increase the bioavailability
of the ingredients.
And so that actually, when you eat it,
you actually absorb it more exactly what we were just talking about.
Nice.
Yeah, because CMOS has a ton of nutrients, right?
Correct.
Yeah, lots of nutrients.
And we've got a couple and other ones in there.
So we got the CMOS bladder rack and burdock root.
And they're all supposed to be like very good for like gut health
and immune health and all that kind of stuff.
Nice.
So you're doing water and supplements.
Yeah, Rose.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Take it all verticals.
Let's get in there.
What's moving the best right now?
Well, the water we did a little bit of a push online,
but we're really pushing for brick and mortar on the details
or just getting into distribution there.
But the supplement line we just launched
like in this last 30 days,
engaging all our ambassadors get on board
now really pushing the online for the supplements.
Water's a tough game.
It's a tough one, bro.
Because shipping it costs as much as the actual bottle.
Exactly.
So shipping costs makes it makes the online part of it
a very difficult scenario.
Like you don't really make money.
So that's why brick and mortar is really the way to go.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, and these are heavy, right?
Yeah, they are.
So if you want to ship a case, it costs good amount.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah, it's a tough game, man.
Not a lot of brands.
And I think that's why there's kind of like a monopoly.
There is actually.
Yeah, it's the beverage industry as I've learned.
So I'm not a beverage guy technically,
but I got into the space because
I knew it was going to be a heavy lift.
But because we have something that nobody else has on the planet
and the efficacy and we've got the clinical trials,
the hydration studies, everything backing
and the actual true science backing what we're doing.
It's really like, okay, we can actually blow this up
and make it pretty cool.
I can't wait.
Yeah, people need to take water seriously.
Not just drinking, but dude,
I just got these powerful filters inside of my house.
Right.
Oh my gosh, it's a night and day difference
because there's Uranium and the top water and Vegas.
Oh my gosh, right.
Levels of it.
That's crazy.
Yeah, there's a site we'll link it in the video
where you can look up your cities like levels
and what's in the water.
Yeah, most major cities are fucked.
Really?
Yeah, it's bad.
That's crazy.
I had no idea.
I didn't know.
The first time I heard about it, you rink.
Yeah, yeah.
Because, you know, area 51.
Yeah, we are trying to close stuff.
Close, yeah.
I think it's like EPA.gov,
but we'll link the exact site.
It's concerning.
Wow.
Yeah, I don't think I'll ever drink top water again.
Yeah, it's tough road.
Now, like, and here's the problem too,
even with spring waters,
you're like natural spring water,
but where's it coming from exactly?
A lot of it's kind of like bullshit, honestly.
Right.
And then if it is coming from that source,
unfortunately, the environment
and the way things are going on the planet,
everything's getting contaminated
with whatever.
So, stuff that used to be a nice,
clean spring water is not so clean any years.
So, that's why, like, when we did this,
I'm like, okay, how can I make it
so I can be the best, the cleanest,
the most bioavailable?
So, basically, I can source water
from anywhere on the planet.
Reverse osmosis.
So, I purified.
Then I re-mineralized it.
Then we put the sticker on it
and I now have the best water on the planet anywhere.
Yeah, I saw it was purified.
Yeah.
Yeah, there's different types of water.
I purified distilled.
Yeah.
What's purified exactly?
Like, you take out all the...
It's kind of the same thing.
So, you're taking literally everything out of the water,
all the contaminants, all the...
But you're taking all the minerals and stuff away, too.
Got it.
So, yeah, you should never drink distilled or purified water
because it'll really pull all the minerals out of your body.
So, that's why we re-mineralize it.
Well, like, basically, mirroring a very perfect spring water
and then put the tech on it to keep the energetic state.
Got it.
Yeah, my water pick, I used distilled.
Yeah, per...
Well, so that's okay, but you'd have to re-mineralize it.
Oh, okay.
So, like, like, mineralized drops or something like that.
Got it, got it.
Because you really need that for hydration.
Yeah.
I switched to the water floss because you know those picks.
Yeah.
I had a dentist on them.
You're just spreading shit around your mouth.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Those don't actually floss your teeth.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, so be careful with the picks.
Yeah.
They're so convenient, but...
Right.
You're making your bacteria worse.
Exactly, yeah.
Yeah.
Get the water pick.
But you use the right water, though.
Yeah, you don't use tap water.
Yeah, I don't...
Yeah, yeah.
So, I think with the pick...
Yeah, if you're not ingesting it,
if it's just for the pick, then you're okay.
Like, distilled water, because then it's just a clean water.
So, that's okay.
Well, a lot of water gets absorbed in your body when you shower, too.
Yeah, it does.
I think it's a pint.
Is it?
I didn't know that.
I didn't know that.
I didn't know that.
I didn't know that.
It's a minute per shower.
Okay, well...
Well, fact check it.
But it's around a pint for kind of 15 minutes.
Oh, that's crazy.
Yeah, so get a filter, too, bro.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, that's crazy.
It'll be getting uranium in your body.
Yeah, right.
You spent millions developing this tech, right?
Yeah, so my partner spent about, like I said,
10 years and 12 and a half million dollars
she always been the frequency tech.
And which cool is that the applications for it are crazy.
So, we can program whatever frequency profile
for outgoing that we want.
Because it sounds like space magic,
but we literally take the energy that's in the air.
That's our battery source.
It hits the technology, activates it,
and then we can program for outputting.
So, for the water, the sticker on the bottle
is a completely different frequency profile
than the bladder from the Irish CMOS, right?
That's a completely different frequency profile.
So, we have a lot of really cool stuff we can do.
I love that, dude.
I do frequency healing on my house.
Oh, that's great.
Yeah, there's a company called Lila Quantum Tech.
Okay.
I don't know if you've heard of them,
but they're sponsored this show just to disclose,
but they can just heal you from a distance, dude.
That's still crazy.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, I mean, we're all...
Everything's frequency.
And people are waking up now to be like,
okay, it's not just kind of like woo-woo,
you know, like charge your crystals in the moonlight,
you know?
That way it works, bro.
I'll skeptical at first.
Yeah.
I mean, I think everyone would be, of course.
We're not taught this growing up at all.
No, not at all.
You're like, is there zero education around
what's actually happening with our bodies?
Yeah.
And I think that's good for the big farmers and the whoever's
to just like, okay, we can just take advantage of this
and just keep pump of people full of pills,
where if you shot a frequency into somebody
that would like make them better.
Yeah.
I think that's the future of medicine.
Yeah. I think frequency, healing,
and non-invasive procedures.
Yeah.
Like the red light therapy,
all those things are all like different wavelengths
of frequencies, right?
Whether it's light, whether it's sound,
whether it's whatever, so...

Red lights, nuts, bro.
Have you seen Brian Johnson's new sauna study?
I haven't seen the new one.
Like a couple of weeks ago,
but basically he tested to see what would be removed from his body
if he did 30 days of sauna.
Yeah.
And the microplastic level went down like a significant size.
I think it was from the red light sauna.
That's awesome.
Yeah.
I mean, and that's the big thing
like when we talk about plastic and plastic bottles.
So like for us, it's almost a necessary evil
to get it to grand scale.
We'll come up with a glass bottle later,
but Michael, they're in everything.
Everything we do.
Yeah, clothing, everything you want to touch
has made some sort of plastic.
So that's great.
He found a way to kind of get it.
I mean, even the glass bottles, the cap.
Yeah, apparently I had a lot of plastic.
Yeah.
So this is in battle for all of us.
They're saying it gets hot out.
Yeah.
And it's a little bit.
It's actually worse in the plastic.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
God, that's crazy.
So you can't win anything.
It's, we're living in this environment
and you can't just put yourself in a bubble.
Yeah.
You kind of just have to detox.
Yeah, I agree.
I agree.
Yeah, we're kind of stuck
unless we're living it.
And even if you live out on a ranch
and doing whatever, there's still environmental issues
that like so.
Yeah.
Yeah, we're going to just
mess it up.
Battle is the best way we can.
Yeah.
Now before all this, you had a lot of success in business.
You built some big companies, right?
I've done a few cool things.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Eighth figure companies.
You did construction for 20 years.
Yeah.
You were in the cannabis space.
Yeah.
When that was blown up.
Yeah.
So you're good at identifying the trends.
Yeah, I've been, I think a balance of really hard work.
And then you get luck.
You're kind of the harder you work sort of thing.
And yeah, some just like some good decisions.
A lot of bad decisions along the way.
But some good decisions that have got me to where I am today.
I feel like timing is,
do you think you can predict it?
Or do you think you were actually lucky
and you kind of just hit the now?
Um, a bit of both.
I think I think just being smart about a few things
and having smarter people around me to kind of guide you
on a few things and there's some luck involved.
So I think it's like a kind of a bit of a combination.
Yeah.
But I think there's a formula to it as well.
If you, if you kind of sit down and make it work.
I agree.
Yeah.
I think the wellness industry is going to be a main focus
for me next year.
I'm going to figure out how to insert myself more into that
because at the A4M conference, dude,
there was like 10,000 people, 700 exhibitors,
you know, up like 50% from last year.
I think health is a new wealth.
Absolutely.
Well, I think health has always been the actual wealth.
But people haven't paid attention to it.
And I know so many people with a ton of money
that are miserable or their health is suffering.
And like, what's the point of having all your money
if you can't enjoy it?
That was me.
That was me in my early 20s.
Really?
Yeah, I had millions,
but physical health was shit.
Didn't go to the gym for three years.
Had no relationship or friendships.
It was awful.
Yeah.
And there's no point in living like that.
Yeah, I agree.
There's actually studies if you're isolated.
You live way less.
Yeah, that's true.
That's true.
I think there's a study with like rats and cocaine
or something like that.
That, you know, the rats that are actually social
with each other won't take the drugs.
They're just like happier.
I don't know.
I read it somewhere.
There's all sorts of wild rats studies.
Yeah, yeah.
Absolutely.
But yeah, but that's the main thing.
I mean, we listen.
We all balance like there's no real real.
If you're building crazy stuff, there's really no balance.
You're always an imbalance.
And it's just management of that.
But you can't let it tip too far to one side.
Like you had to like, okay, like, you know,
I didn't work out for three weeks.
Okay, let me, let me like ramp that back up
and try to find a system of functioning that works for you.
But sometimes it just gets crazy and you can't so.
Agreed.
Also founder, sacrifice more than average.
So like I was filming at A4M and there's this test
you could take that measures your biological age.
Yeah.
And this lady, Alina, she's done tens of thousands of tests.
So she has a lot of data.
Yeah.
And founders age way faster than the average person.
Yeah.
I think it's to do with their stress levels.
For sure.
That's probably the main source.
And then that balance because when you're stressed,
you're already getting fucked up, right?
And then you have to like, you get the time management
of actually looking after yourself instead of
all the other stuff you have to look out.
Agreed.
Because the stress causes inflammation.
Inflammation is the root cause of all disease.
Yeah.
So if you're not constantly trying to keep inflammation out there,
like I just had a bunch on my blood work.
So I'm trying to tackle that.
I think it's guys we put the stress.
Bro, this is your foundation.
Really?
Hydration.
If your body, if your body's not hydrated properly,
your internal systems are always under a low line level
of stress.
Everything's stressed when you're properly hydrated.
And then that triggers all the other stuff.
So this is like, that's why I started with the water product.
Maybe even subliminally or just kind of knowing
from my sports and martial arts background
or whatever that, that your baseline
and your foundations have to be strong first
before you start building on it.
And if your foundation is fucked up,
you can't win.
You can only go so far.
And that's going to crack and then everything comes down.
That's good to know.
I did have some dehydration on my results too.
They said I was dehydrated.
You know, you should drink the boxes I gave you.
And then go back and then they'll be like,
yo, what did you do?
Have you died up before and after your blood work?
Well, I personally haven't yet,
but I want to, we want to like probably as we go along here,
either partner with or do some kind of wearable
or something like a whoop or something like that,
that measures all the biomarkers for people
when they're actually drinking.
That'd be cool.
I love measuring.
I think a lot of people are guessing,
but I try to be very analytical with blood work.
I have a sleep tracker.
Yeah.
I'll count my steps, you know.
I love that.
Yeah, that it'll be, you know what?
It'll be interesting to see if you just like
drink just our water for a week
and see how the biomarkers work out.
Yeah, I'll let you know.
Yeah, like the clinical trial that we did,
almost 90% of the athletes, not only did they not dehydrate
when they were drinking the water with the technology on it,
but they're rehydrated so much quicker
that they were more hydrated at the end of their workout
than when they started, which is like unheard of.
Unheard of.
I gotta keep these by my sauna.
Yeah, absolutely, bro.
Absolutely.
I love the sauna, but sauna definitely dehydrates you.
Oh, yeah, for sure.
And coffee, yeah.
And then, but that's, it's actually,
it's actually good for you
because it's like making you sweat all the stuff.
But you have to get rehydrated
for that proper cell health process to happen,
but it's really good for you.
Yeah.
What are you doing out here in Vegas this week?
You're the main draw.
I'm seeing my boy.
I'm honored.
Yeah, it comes to see what's up.
You guys got the business out here, though.
I do, I have some good friends out here,
some other business stuff that I'm doing out here as well.
I have another company called the last shot
that I'm invested in.
It's like a really healthy hydration drink.
And last shot?
Yeah, last shot.
And it's like a, like, looks like a red bull sized can,
but just like really good for you and no, like bad stuff.
So I invested in that company a few years ago,
and then I got my partner here.
So I come see him and push out with that.
He's helping with some of the distribution on our product now.
But yeah, and just like come to Vegas and come chill out
for a little bit.
Nice to get away for a bit.
Let's talk best and worse investments.
Ooh.
You know what?
I think the worst investments have been in people.
Okay.
You know, a lot of my problem in life,
people say, what's your weakness?
I said, I've been too nice a lot of the time.
You are a very nice guy.
Too nice.
And a lot of the time too trusting.
And unfortunately, whether people mean to or not,
I've had both scenarios.
They fuck up that trust in that niceness.
And a lot of them take it for weakness,
which I'm like, wow, why are you doing that?
I'm just like, I'm being nice to him.
Looking after you, I'm taking care of you, all these things.
And then you have to just like, you know,
bring the samurai sword out and be like,
sorry, buddy, like what are you thinking here?
And I think that's been a big learning,
a lot of lessons and sharp learning curves for me.
Is just like balancing the being,
being a good person and being like trusting
and nice all the time.
But then life isn't nicer trusting.
People are unfortunately going through their own stuff
and going after their own things,
which is fine, but you can't be abusing people
as you're doing that, right?
Using each other's fine.
We gotta use each other and benefit one another
and all that stuff.
It's a healthy thing to use your contacts
and use your people.
I'm here for however I can help anybody.
But when you start abusing people,
that's when they agree.
There's a fine line.
Yeah, it's something I struggle with too.
I used to be the nice guy.
Yeah.
I finished last classic people pleaser.
Yeah.
And then you see these billionaires get
such a negative stigma, how they're all dicks.
So it's something you gotta balance, right?
I think you need to wear both hats at times.
Yeah, I agree.
Yeah, keep your heart nice and soft and lovely,
but have that armor around you
that you can like go to battle every day.
What's helped to develop my armor,
I think it's having a good girl by my side.
That's great.
Well, you know, that really helps.
I love that.
Because I think it's easy to just,
as men, we're running so fast.
Yeah, it's like you're in someone
that keeps you kind of grounded.
It's true.
Yeah, yeah.
It helps to have whether it's a girlfriend or family
or just a right circle around you.
I think that's very important for us as men
because we need to have that something to fall
because we're fighting all the time
and you need that cushion behind you
to be like, give you the massage and give you the love
and just say you're gonna be okay.
And we need that balance in our life here.
Man, I can't wait from I'm a soldier up there.
I saw you get, I'm excited too.
Yeah, yeah.
He shocked me up on the shockwave there.
So it was a good shot out to Raheel, you know.
He's a great dude.
Met him at a calm a forum last year.
Oh, really?
Yeah, this is why I love going to conferences
because you meet friends, you meet business partners.
It's important to get out the house, you know?
Absolutely.
I mean, that's honestly how I built my brand.
The last heavily three, four years after COVID,
I was here before in LA before COVID
and that's when we were gonna launch
then we kind of shut it down while COVID happened.
And the last two to two and a half years,
that's what I've been doing
just building relationships up.
So like, it's funny when I'm out in LA all the time.
I'm born and raised in Vancouver.
So if we go out, I'll see a couple of people here and there.
Now out in LA is like, Chris, Chris, I see everybody I know.
And that's just from building the relationships
and doing things.
That's how I'm in Vegas now.
Yeah, it's been four years here.
But now when I go somewhere,
I'll usually run into someone.
I love that.
And literally that's how we met through relationship relationship.
Yeah, no matter one of the events,
I forget it was just a spy area in LA, right?
Something.
Yeah, I think they met at my event after.
So that's right, that's right.
That's how it happened.
And that's a hack, guys.
Host your own events.
It's actually cheap if you could pull it off, right?
If you know people that own venues, bars,
you could just say, I'll do a profit split.
I learned this from Dan Flationman.
And just even if it's 20 people do,
that's how I started.
Who cares, don't worry about the quantity.
Now I get like a thousand,
but I started with 20 people at my first event.
That's awesome.
So we want to start doing that like specifically,
because I've sponsored a bunch of events and like,
you know, bring the water or depending on,
you know, we did the sports illustrative thing
for Super Bowl one year and all that kind of stuff.
But I think doing our own now,
we've got some cool spots in LA to use.
That's the way to do it, bro.
There's a toy drive,
Dan Flationman is having a charity toy drive
at Radar Stadium today.
Yeah, yeah, I'm actually going to head there after.
Yeah, so I hit my going to Dave up.
He's like, I'm not in town.
Go, go, represent.
Yeah, okay.
I went last year was great.
Yeah, I run a five below after this.
Okay, get some stuff for the kids.
Giving back is important too.
Nice.
That's a frequency.
Yeah, absolutely.
Being giving.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, 100%.
I think you get that back.
Yeah, absolutely.
You generate that good energy around you
and it's very, it's very sticky.
Yeah.
Well, it's noticeable.
Even if people watching this don't have money to give,
I would just give still some time.
Yeah.
When I was in high school, I would volunteer
at the dog shelter.
I love it.
You know, I just walked dogs.
I do it.
It brought me so much happy.
Yeah, yeah.
It's crazy.
It's a homeless dog or a shelter dog.
Yeah, dogs are the best too.
So yeah.
They love that.
Yeah, I got my dogs drinking the best water.
That's great.
Yeah, I don't have that.
I love it.
That's great.
The filter, I just installed the average,
so they have the filter in the dog shelter.
Okay.
Also owns a dog shelter.
Yeah.
The guy that owns the filter company.
Okay, got it.
Average lifespan of their dogs is 17.
Really?
And he attributes it mainly to the water.
Yeah.
I mean, that's crazy.
Yeah.
And it makes sense honestly, right?
You don't even think about that because you're feeding the animals
a lot of owners give their dogs a tap water.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And you look at the average lifespan of dogs now compared to like our grandparents,
right?
Right.
Right.
Like in half.
Yeah.
Sometimes a third.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's like everything you're putting in your body is like they're the same things.
It's just like little cuter versions of us.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So you got to give them good stuff for real, dude.
Even human male lifespan in the US is 71 now.
Yeah.
It's less than our parents generation.
Really?
Yeah.
So we're actually unhealthy or statistically that way.
I believe that.
Of course.
Which is crazy.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The stuff where especially in North America, the stuff that we're manufacturing, a food wise
and stuff that they allow compared to like Europe and other places is crazy.
Yeah.
What do you like to travel to these days?
Mostly it's just for business.
So my normal junk.
So I'm Vancouver, Canada, born and raised.
So I got, you know, mommy, dad there, my dogs there.
I got my cannabis businesses are up there.
So I spend time there, but LA second home.
So I spend a lot of time in LA.
And then wherever meetings or business, I got to go.
No.
I see.
So I heard Vancouver is good Asian food.
Yeah.
I mean, I've never been there.
Yeah.
It's crazy.
You got to come up here.
Yeah.
I want to go officially.
I want to do a food tour over there.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's pretty crazy.
What's some big events out there?
Maybe I'll schedule a trip next year.
Oh, man.
I'm so out of touch with what happens.
Even in my own city.
It's just like, you know, I even conscious coming to town.
Like people like friends, they're like, oh, so and so performing.
I'm like, oh, I was in town.
I had no idea.
I was so locked in.
I was so locked in.
I was scared to go.
They're going to pandemic.
Has it picked back up though?
Oh, yes.
It's picked back up.
You know, nothing's really at the same after pandemic.
So, but things are starting to open up.
And yeah, the food game there is great.
I'm some of my very dear friends are of Asian descent.
Yeah.
Actually helped build and design some really cool.
Yeah.
So you got hot pot is my weakness.
Yeah.
I heard the hot pot.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So food is like top three important things in my life.
I love that.
Because growing up, I didn't eat out that much.
Okay.
Yeah.
My mom cooked a lot.
Okay.
So now it just brings me so much happening.
I love that.
Yeah.
And it's very connecting.
Oh, yeah.
For sure.
Food is great.
It's, I think it's a, it's a love language as well.
Very much so.
Yeah.
I've been very blessed.
My mom's like the, like literally the best chef on the bus.
Yeah.
You come to Vancouver.
You'll come home for a meal.
Oh, shit.
Like blow your mind.
Yeah.
What type of cuisine?
Yeah.
Cause I'm Indian, Indian, Chinese, Italian.
You name it.
She'll be like, oh, what do you guys want today?
We're like, okay.
And she whips it up.
Yeah.
And even when it's, I went home.
I have mom and dad with me.
And it'll be like, my, you know, like little feral in the way.
Yeah.
My mom ate loaf.
And I just like yell my, she's just like, okay.
What do you want?
Gross.
That's bombed.
Yeah.
I love your food.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Okay.
When I was sick, I get, uh, I ordered like curse.
The spicy is correct.
Yeah.
Oh my god.
Have you been to India?
I have.
Yeah.
I want to go.
But I keep seeing next things about it.
Is it pretty, okay?
When you go, we'll go.
And we've got all the people.
Very, very well.
We need to know the right people.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's good to know the right people.
And we have all like, we can go as, as five stars you want or,
or dumb.
I just don't want to get sick.
Cause I've seen these TikToks.
You have to be careful.
Like, even when I go, you, you kind of forget sometimes or they'll be ice in the water
or you're, I don't know.
You got it.
You got to be my, very, very mindful of what you're eating.
Cause there's so much shit out there.
Yeah.
Bolly's like that too.
Yeah.
Bolly waters.
There's a word.
People get sick.
It's fucking Bolly, though.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
They call it, I think in, in they call it deli belly.
Deli belly.
Oh my god.
Yeah.
So it's the tap water.
That's the issue out there.
Yeah.
The tap water is one for sure.
You got these up.
Oh, yeah.
For sure.
Like, this is one of the plays to go international.
Yeah.
But yeah.
We need these.
But yeah.
It's just like, but even like food.
Yeah.
Right.
And then so like fresh salads, depending where you are.
Because some of them, like five store hotels, though, have the rate filters and all the
shit.
But you got to be, you got to be careful.
Damn.
Yeah.
Well, it's still on my bucket list.
I'm next year.
I'm going to take the show international.
Okay.
I haven't done that yet.
But been on the fun.
Dude, I've been on the phone with you by Saudi Arabia.
That would be the bio be great for you.
Yeah.
I mean, they do all this stuff already.
It's a perfect fit.
Yeah.
I've never been, but I've heard great things.
Yeah.
So I haven't been since everything's blown up.
So I got, I'm, I'm due for a trip.
Oh, yeah.
We'll have to go out there together then.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's a rule.
What else to do?
What else are you working on?
This is the main thing.
I mean, I have, like I got into the, I'm getting into the film space now, executive producing
some film.
My cannabis stuff is still running.
We have a very cool biotech company that I've had for many, many years that I've, I've
found her of that.
Actually, my partner is running now.
That's, we have a collietal glacial clay deposit.
I'm in British Columbia and that's going extremely well.
So we're going to, we got some cool things coming up with that.
So, you know, kind of like the octopus fingers in a few things, but like 90 to 95% of my times
on building this company.
Nice.
Surrounding myself with the right people and brought some really great people on board.
I got brought a amazing, Ianthony tutorial on board is my president of the company.
And he's been killing it for me.
I've been doing some big stuff.
So just bringing all the right people together.
Perfect.
Yeah, we got a link and a code, DSH, right?
Yeah.
That's right.
Yeah, we'll get it, we'll get it lined up and get you all the back insorted out.
Cool.
So if you're listening on audio guys, what's the website?
The evolved code.com.
The evolved code.com code DSH.

A little discount.
Alright, yeah, absolutely.

So try the water out, try the supplements, and say hydrate it.
Absolutely.
