The Denver Broncos made ways this week by trading their first round, third round, and fourth

round picks in the 2026 NFL Draft to the Miami Dolphins.

In return, they landed star-wide receiver Jalen Waddle plus the fourth round pick for Miami.

This leaves the Broncos without a first round selection again, but it's familiar ground

for General Manager George Patton.

Back in 2022 and 2023, trades for quarterback Russell Wilson cost them early picks.

Yet they snagged Ed's Russia Nick, Bonito at number 62 and Whiteout Marvin Mims Jr.

at number 63.

Both have turned into key contributors.

Fans are buzzing with excitement over the deal, even without those high draft choices.

Many see Waddle as a perfect fit to boost the passing game alongside their current weapons.

Now the team's first shot comes at number 62, with a guitar get a sliding defensive lineman,

a powerful running back, an athletic, blind backer, or a stretch, the field tied in to

fill roster gaps.

With Waddle in the mix, the Broncos live prime for a stronger offense heading into next season,

and all eyes will be on how they build around him, starting with that mid-second round
