Newly released video shows the moment's a high school football coach accused of
ludeness is arrested. Thanks for tuning in to 7 at 7 this morning. I'm Cynthia Puga.
Let's get into your top stories brought to you by Apex Armory, the Valley's premier firearms
dealer. Newly released body camp footage from Boulder City Police shows the moment a high
school football coach accused of child abuse and ludeness was arrested. Take a look at this.
The video shows several officers pulling over an SUV which was being driven by Frank Mariani.
His arrest appears to have happened near a school.
Mariani who worked for CCSD since 2009 is accused of talking about sex with minors
reaching for a player's genitals. Among other things, he has pleaded not guilty and is due back
in court June 2nd. Las Vegas Police say a man shot a landscaper in the head with a crossbow
bolt. Charles Nichols was arrested February 26 at a condominium complex in the Northwest Valley.
He faced a felony counts of attempted murder and battery with a deadly weapon.
Nichols told officers he became irritated by the loud noises from the landscaper's
blower after retrieving his towed car. But he never intended to hurt the landscaper according to
a police report. And Harry Reid International Airport reopens a pantry of food and essentials
for federal employees who aren't being paid. The pantry is meant to help TSA and customs and
border protection workers who are not getting their paychecks during a stalemate in Congress
over funding for ICE. Representatives from MGM resorts dropped off meals at the airport on Wednesday.
You know, some of these family members get husbands and wives that are wanting to have TSA.
So for them to only get a $50 paycheck last week times two under support and families.
And they're also driving 20, 30 miles from place to price against society too.
I do the math. That's very hard. Very hard to keep the family and just to pay the basic bills.
The pantry also helped workers who were affected by last fall shutdown of the federal government.
Airport officials are asking for donations of items like non-perishable food,
toiletries, and baby supplies. The pantry will remain open until the funding deadlock ends according
to officials. Now for your weather forecast sponsored by Star Nursery, your garden's

We're giving you a look inside one of Las Vegas's biggest restaurant openings of the year.
This is Sartiano's Italian Steakhouse. Now open inside Wind Las Vegas. The restaurant features
views of sphere and the wind golf course. It's a spinoff of the restaurant Scots Sartiano
Open in Manhattan in June of 2023. The menu is substantially the same as in Newark City,
although the beef program is one of the things that has been expanded for Vegas. I tasted a 10
ounce New York strip steak and it was very possibly the best chop I've had in years and I say
that as someone who was not typically a steak eater. Chef Alfred Portale, a three-time James Beard
award winner, is the culinary director of Sartiano's in New York and Las Vegas. The new restaurant
is currently open for dinner service with lunch and brunch to be added later.
And now for Vegas Nation and the latest on the Raiders. I'm Heidi Fang and with the Raiders
expected to draft Fernando Mendoza with the number one overall pick. Newly signed wide receiver
Jalen Naylor speaks on the opportunity to play with the Indiana QB. It'll be great to have him come
in show what he can do. He's shown in college level. He just has to come here and do that consistently
at a high level and I think it'll be great for the team and a receiver room to have that kind
of guy throwing us the ball and that'll be very exciting for me. Naylor, a Bishop Gorman alum
returns to Vegas after playing the last four years with the Minnesota Vikings.

Andre and his wife fellow tennis legend Steffi Graff bought the plot in 2018 for six and a half

to build a big house on the site but it made more sense to downsize as he becomes an empty nester.
