Laura Watts - Badwater #251

About this episode

This week we sit down with Laura Watts, fresh off her brilliant run at the Leeds & Liverpool Canal Race. An awesome victory, made even more impressive considering she’s still not fully recovered from her fifth finish at Badwater.

We absolutely loved this chilled chat with Laura. From bumping into famous passengers during her day job, to training stories, to what it’s actually like running through Death Valley again and again, to the power of CurraNZ as part of her training and racing, it’s all in there.

And of course, Laura rounds things off with a banger of an Instagram song choice.

Thanks to Harriet Trail running for sponsoring this week's interview, Harriet is a fantastic UK trail running brand making quality functional and affordable gear for anyone who loves getting off-road whether you're a first-time trail runner or a seasoned ultra athlete. Their kit covers everything from race fest sports, water proofs and other trail running essentials built for the ever-changing British weather, head over to www.Harryroomfree.co.uk for all the latest offers and deals. This week we are shining a light on the Exmo Approach for the year. You're always shining a light. What light is that you've been exempt of? Sure isn't just you're right. That's a conflict of sponsors. Exmo Approach 3 layer waterproof jacket the trail running shell for anyone who wants breathability and light rain protection at just 214 grams. It wears lighter than an average chicken rest. I know this is some people's favorite part of the show of what does weigh 214 grams. I love nothing makes me chuckle more than people to

me a message saying, do you know what else weighs 214 grams? Would you say that was average? Gosh chicken breasts they go down. I would think 250. I would want a 250. 50. I've started air-growing chicken breasts now because I've got teenagers on the bulk. Apparently they need protein and so put it expensive. It's expensive so I'm like well don't just help yourself because they're like to start cooking up and air fraying a bit of chicken. I'm like that's the meal. That's right. The meal you thought was going to be there isn't there anymore. You've had this eye uracies and prolettes. I'm like there's a box of rice crisps. What is wrong with that in the cupboard? No protein, no protein. I'm just hungry. Just drinks a milk for goodness sake children. I'll go out and earn a crust. Anyway sorry. It's tough. Come free and it falls into its own pocket too perfect for ultra multi-day missions. I failed. I had this jacket with me on my weekend in Bonnie Scotland and I was trying it around my waist. If I'd just remembered it falls down into its own pocket

it would have saved me a lot of flappy faff. Oh no but you like flappy faff do they? We can't say let's get through this. It's perfect for multi-day missions. There's one hour runs that's so hot. It's two three key feature time. I'm annoying with all the key features. It's got a 10,000 millimeter hydrostatic head waterproof rating, 50,000 MVP breathability event heat fast so you don't feel like you're slow cooking inside your own jackets. If you saw a stew with an airline with a garment would you strike up a conversation? I'm gripping the side of the chair hoping we're not going to plummet toward her. There's no conversation. This week we had we sat down and weren't we lucky with our guest Laura Watts. These are some eye watering statistics but don't think I can't relate to this person because this is one of the most relatable runners that we've had on the podcast. She's just sent every day girl that flies with a husband through the air serving you drinks and snacks off the trolley but little do you

know that her toenails are hanging off and she's probably just run a hundred miles the day before. Fifth female a bad water this time. Her fifth completion of of bad water she's done spot atlant. She's finished the keys 104 times. She's run over 230 marathons and and 20 plus 100 miles but she keeps coming back for more. We dig a little bit into her journey. Her use of corans which we had to really quite AI to make sure that we were saying it right but I'm definitely adding some of those into my ex-miles basket to have because I'm always complaining about my stick rusty old legs. My daughter actually thinks you just call legs rusty old legs because they're all rusty old legs. I'm definitely having to go at this. We talked a lot about her bad water journey and I think feel have a listen to it but I think by the end of it we've almost convinced to have a little sign up for the race as well. Here's our lovely chat with the lovely Laura.

Yeah good thank you. These headphones okay. They're incredible. Well I just used to laugh at their house and they're not used to wearing them and I feel like they're always canceling so I feel like a bit deaf. If you don't like wearing them you don't have to wear them but you might be able to hear us better in them. Yeah no it's good as long as it's one of the worst best for you guys. I see these are the podcasters with their big headsets on and I'm always jealous or yeah you're bringing us. You're giving us some rubber tasks. It's funny because I see people running in these. I just say how they do. I don't know. How do they do that? I know. It's like you've got no spatial awareness. No yeah yeah yeah. You know and it's like past the sweat for us and forget about them. They're all smell of them. Can you imagine a smell? Exactly. I have got some shocks actually that I wear for running but mine are these swim ones the MP3 so you can't actually glue them but so they're brilliant because obviously you can just hear everything. I like those. I like even when I wear my air pods. How much musical go on them? The blue key swimming ones. I mean I've literally got the same playlist so I listen to over and that's

three kids. Major why? Yeah I think I've got about it says I mean they last day hours I think I think I've got four hours four hours worth of songs all there but yeah it's quite a lot. It's just I just so like using my battery by the fuck up bag it battery anxiety. Definitely Gary if you ever dipped your toe into 200s again they are such a good thing to have because you don't need to have them connected to your phone and you can just press the buttons turn it on and off. That battery anxiety you're just going to drain your battery that is a great idea. But also I find if I start looking at my phone it's a distraction and then I'll see I was like can't look at my phone yeah I've got musical moments. Well thanks for joining us today Laura and a warm welcome from everybody. One daddy we might have producers we might have a research team but currently it's just egging eyes so everybody at the team chose the dogs. And the dogs. And the dogs. Yes we could have to get the dogs. Yeah thanks for joining us today. Thank you so much for inviting me on because I did to have the chat with you guys. Five times finished your bad bottom that was five weeks ago

and then yeah I saw over an Instagram last weekend or the weekend before just gone leads to Liverpool canal race. Yeah I hope you are resting with your feet up. How was recovery first of all? Do I feel really good? It's the leads Liverpool race. What was I been about in front to addition to the race calendar? I kind of just signed up like last last minute really surprised how good I'm feeling. I've actually got a sports massage booked in at five o'clock today so I'm really I feel like I'm really looking forward to having that. I was going that Claire might who does my sports massage isn't how are you and I'm like yeah feel really good and then she starts sort of massaging me and then she's like oh they're very tight that's tight. Yeah I really look forward to mine and then the minute they start massaging I'm like oh no this really hurts. I quite like that pain though. I do quite like that. Maybe that's the ultra runner in there. Yeah there's something about someone going like your IT band that is like it's hurt so bad but also I know it's going to make me feel so much better. Is that actually yes it will have to be

like grit your teeth and try not to like try and continue a normal conversation. Yeah they're talking doing a review. Yeah. Yeah. So like is it just me or is it everyone? Becket's until you make it. Yeah. I've been looking at your CV so I think it's like 230 marathon so I think I know where this next question is going to go but is it common for you to maybe do a race maybe not like bad water but do have big races not much recovery between them. I like to kind of do say 400 mile races a year is what I kind of like to do. I do obviously a lot of marathons as training runs. I run a lot with like Phoenix running they do all the time events because for me to follow up do a long training run I just like to go and run one of their marathons to get a nice medal. I'm a bit of a say always so I'm a sucker for some bling and so I think and it's a really loving community so I just go and at those sort of marathons I'm not like pushing myself at all I'm just just running like having a nice time stuck at the age station. I suppose yeah when I do look at what I've done does seem quite a lot so especially with the

build up to bad water when I've done you know a couple of 50 mile races thrown in as well and maybe a couple of 50k's but then I suppose a lot of people may do back to back weekend of long runs who are training for an event I don't know maybe my thing's more formalized but I've done you know actually then rather than sort of snuck off and running the hills for eight hours in my own I really don't know I mean I do think one day it's all going to catch up with me because I'm near I'm turning 50 next year. Golden years, absolutely golden years Laura don't worry about it. I don't know I do some see all my body bites but I always think my legs, think my legs, think my body, think my feet. Where I live I've got a risk organization called Harb Moor's and that trail marathon long run at the weekend as long as you don't bury yourself and you can train in the following week I think they are absolutely incredible you do the whole kind of getting you get ready all the kind of race day pressures and you haven't 20 odd miles out on lovely trails with your mates yeah I think they are overlooked but then sometimes yeah it does

cost you money to get into these races so a weekend or a day on the trails with your mates is just as good do. I'm wondering then with a 400 miles a year I've read a little bit about bad water and there is this qualifying process and I suppose if you just meet the qualifying process because I imagine it's over subscribed race you won't get into it so is that four big races will that will kind of keep you front and foremost on the race directors desk when yesterday's side is going to get in and out exactly that is what that is you've read my mind but it's basically yet to get as a better a so bad water and never have a basis third of them go to veterans a lot myself so I mean I say 33 places and of course every year the race occurs they create another 100 veterans or another 60 so veterans and a lot of people do what to come back because the competition is first for the for these places I think the minimum that I would need does a better and if I wanted to go back he's just 150 mile race for the next year but I wouldn't get it I just would not get in if that's all I've done in the previous year another race that I've tried to do if well so

when I've run bad water is the keys 100 in the Florida which takes place in May and that is a perfect long training run for bad water not only is it a savage race in itself because of the heat humidity of the Florida keys it just comes at the right time so that's yeah that's another hundred mile of that I mean you probably don't think it's weird because you are ultra runners but yeah other people think of running 100 mile race at the training run for 135 mile race but a lot of people do do that combo so is the Liverpool to Leeds canal race is that like a specific I suppose apart from the temperature does that again lean itself into like a real good kind of simulation I suppose for the bad water the grand union canal race is actually one of the conferred this bad water has some preferred qualifying races on the website and I think in the UK we've got Lakeland is one north does 800 and grand union canal race so I kind of thought well LLCR's assist the race to the DECR the race itself loves the 150 mile sort of qualifying races so it was a perfect distance and

for me it's it's flat with a few bridges I do only have bad water isn't flat but the LLCR did you quite like that I know a lot of people don't like like that concept of just monotonous canals constant you know a few bridges thrown in but I do quite like it I mean it is actually really pretty if you go outside of plates some of the places like I don't know Wigan I saw a lot of football supporters on Blackburn and Wigan and they're like you know looking at you like who's this smelly person but I love the canal community I love just aid organizers and the whole canal family also when you're on the canal I just I'm fascinated with the canal way of life and I think who looks at this barge and who you know and always I mean we have terrible weather this weekend for last it just literally rained constantly but so it wasn't actually that busy on the canal but in weather's nice you always get so many people out people offering you ice lollies off their boats and stuff did that didn't happen this weekend funny and I didn't get off anything actually oh

sometimes yeah one there was some Matthew Luzbund who was crewing me he was the fact to her clock in the morning he just all popped up you know as you do at random places all the canals and people were having a party and the boat and they shouted out so you're like what are you doing and they thought he was batch of baiting which was really ours anyway he said he wouldn't believe what I'm why I'm here like my wife's running this race and then all the people came out they were like cheering for me which is really sweet I love it yeah next day they'll be like do you remember that guy yeah what was he doing I bet you want to listen to the podcast now Laura tell me that's that lady that's that lady bud water next year that's the 40th anniversary you sound like you're on the road to qualifying for 2027 is that where you minds us yeah do you know what this year I thought to myself but I mean it's absolutely to think I've run bagged five times and finished it five times I did think five times that's a nice number to finish on but I mean I definitely

wants to be there in some capacity if I don't I mean I will apply I'm going to apply if I don't get invited I'd love to go on a cruise and you know it gets made back or even you know maybe your race staff if I could get him the vice is that so I definitely want to be part of it really really special year and it is part of my year now it is part of my year going to bad it's like a little holiday so you've been looking you've had your own crew you've gone over there would you then volunteer for maybe a friend or do you solve yourself services potentially completely random obviously a friend will be better because it's just someone you know isn't it and you're especially you know you're helping them achieve you know they're running dreams at bad water people will have complete randoms on their crew because so a lot of people they have come from you know their competitors all over the world and sometimes people haven't got the sort of meanness to risk you know it's a lot to bring people from the UK out to bad water it's a lot easier to have people that are maybe living California or but some people saying they live in Australia or India they might not be able to bring people so they have to rely on people they don't we've had

family Macroi this year she was a last minute entry and she basically took the crew of another lady who unfortunately couldn't run because she had a knee operation and she's the first time they met was literally the day before the race that's intense that's intense for everybody isn't it exactly they don't know you the runner yeah you know then how did you know as a crew I'm not sure if they didn't know each other as well but it's crew is crewing on I mean not not not that crew there but my crew was telling me how hard it is to crew power very hard yeah crewing on steroids yeah but you look good kick off if you're like just a clasher personalities and as a runner you are at your rock bottom with points yeah that's quite stressful a friend of mine it ruined her race she had a crew that fell out which is unbelievable because you just think what happens in the crew car has to be hard my reason yeah I know people are going to get tired people's it starts at night so everyone's going into a sleep deprived and the longer the race goes on the more tired people get but you've got to put all that aside you're there for the runner and plus is an experience you know

you want to make the most of it but yeah sometimes you don't know somebody and they could be a real I don't know alpha male or they don't want to do their show of crewing these things can happen which is crazy when you think about it can you imagine coming out of the dark and you just want that little sanctuary there's an air there's an air there's an air there's tension in the air as you sit in the chair nobody says anything yeah yeah and no guys what's going on do you know I know it'll be awful but sketch if we do this question Laura book do you do or did you I'm fascinated where are you what's the view from your window and have you been for a run to do say I'm long call cabin crew just got back from L.A. but so sadly I'm not anyway exotic but I am not my favorite destination which is home I love love coming home and I'm just looking out of the window is raining and I've got palm tree my garden so it does look quite tropical and no I haven't been for a run yet do you know what I've been prepping for the podcast this morning I'm and also I'm I'm actually like I'm always a bit jet lagged I think with my job so I do prefer

to train in the afternoon and also when it's stopped raining yeah not like fair weather runner these days but I think it might brighten up later I love my routine I do my dog walk in the morning we'll do the podcast Tuesday we'll do the podcast Wednesday if anything disrupts that yeah it seems to throw grenade into my week as far as training's concerned you're a long haul I'm curious yeah how did you structure a week's training with with what you do for a job I am part time cabin crew now so I've been at Virgin Atlantic for 29 years nearly 30 actually in January so I think having part time for maybe eight years and I do 10 days a month basically so it works out absolutely perfectly with all my running like you said the training I do just look at I kind of wing it a bit I do I wing it a bit and I just sort of listen to my body because obviously after a night flight you know if I'm absolutely dug up I'm so tired I mean it does help me I think with ultra running but those those running through the night you know I'm used to it with night flights where I just sit on a jump seat for 20 minutes and close my eyes but yeah I just sort of see just

do what I feel I mix it up and I look at the week what I'm doing I'm going to New York on Thursday so I now do my long run on Friday in New York which would be cool. Rust rags is going to be incredible all these exotic places to run in. Well I got my roster I sort of plan my runs and then I'll just do that stuff when I'm at home and where's your favorite place to fly to and then to have a run do you think oh great I'm gonna go then and get to one there with work it's quite good with our rostering and we can preference regions or we can do early starts late starts but I saw preference East Coast America so I don't lot of New York so I mean I love running in New York and I just love where it goes to Hudson and I either turn left or right and I go down to Brooklyn and I mean my own like happy place everywhere we go to be honest I love running like Miami you know do really cool runs down to and like South Beach or and give us skate Los Angeles just when I was going back from around on Huntington Beach which was really cool and I think selling the crates and hunting to beach so I was thinking maybe I might see her but Cape Town Barbados was

a trip before last night is a couple of hot runs although Barbados I mean it's quite difficult running there because the pagaments are very uneven and the cars and the buses like to come that quite close to you but it's really good heat training sounds amazing Laura come how many I've got to you she's allowed to wear a smartwatch during your work during your shift as cabin crew would you know how many steps you would get on her had landing crossing well I think we do about I could do about seven miles wow that's a lot that's a lot of up and down and that trolley I always want to go can I see how heavy that is but yeah be frowned upon wouldn't it I'll put my jacket on you no it is it can be yeah sometimes like having especially it's you know we're climbing although I'm the manager now so I don't have I mean I do work on the tree I do work I do work on the tree sorry I'm sorry no no I do not do going time time serve the drinks

I like to I do like to get stuck you know I do make these with a trolley it's always a banging accidentally banging people they've got their leg of the island I'm always sort of making the same joke or winning drivers sorry I find that I find that because I've been on when we lived in France I used to do big if I did like say I said it the spine and then I would get straight on a plane to fly home and it was pretty traumatic be fly and the body then when you get off the plane you were a bit swollen before and then you get off the plane and you can't see your ankles it's how do you manage all the running and the flying as well with work I'm all right with what we're supposed to move in yeah get out yeah okay you know when we when I finished bad water we like to have a couple of days staying out there sort of deep and literally decompressed but yeah if I do have the misfortune of City economy on the way back oh god oh no oh no it's terrible it's been we travel so we travel standby so it's basically get a space

available upgrade and quite often we are an economy and yeah you can tell your feet are a bit swollen especially after a race but when I'm working on a flying because I'm just moving about the whole you know I can't king about it probably as well like let's just get on with it can you tell us have you and you when this might be code of conduct you can't tell us have you served anybody famous have you like moved to the cabin and gone oh my god it's huge Jackman we've had so many famous people of all over the year it's so so many people you've spent a lot of time to leave supplies always when you got celebrities yeah we had a guy actually just fly back from LA who hadn't it got heard of all the grounds are going oh he's a famous brother I think he done a I say a US I'm sure it wasn't I just want to call it a US in France but it was something we guess it with Nicky Minerage and this guy hit six million Instagram followers so I know a lot of things who will be obviously flying private jets but Virgin's quite a cool you know cool it's cool yeah so I think people like flying with that

I'll ask my teenagers I'm like who's done collab with who's got the six million instafolors oh well I give you massacued us because that job it sounds very glamorous but I always think it looks really hard to walk physically demanding our listeners probably don't know as well as that your husband is the captain yes captain yeah can you try and do the same fly we try and we just have our last flight was to Los Angeles together which was lovely we we've we've had a request we always request without a rostering system we can request a flight to be announced so we always request something together he actually just thought called out a standby this morning six months ago is back to LA but we trust swap as well whenever we because this is easy going to work in one car he's in the flight deck I'm in the cabin do you ever like knock on the door and be like you're right up there and working hard back here but you just want auto pilots oh he watches us they we're they have cameras in the flight deck in like he's been looking at in the galley and he

rinkers he brings me up on the interphone says oh can you bring me in a cup of tea can you go get me a twix I can just imagine that and I can imagine it as my husband I'd be like yes okay just sat down you saw I just sat down yeah are you sitting down it's going to be like 30 years ago and then pretty sure they don't do any more but I asked to go in the the cockpit and I was allowed and I remember just flying over Istanbul and it was um night time and just these thousand thousand lights absolutely incredible experience what a what a job to see that when he was at school he's teacher told him off for looking out the window and now he says I get paid to the cabin window right let's jump back we go good ask you sorry let's go back to bad water as we said last five years your improvement over the last five years has been incredible this year finishing fifth and a sub 30 hours how was the race I mean we could talk all day we don't want to just um but there's so much to your CV that we can't just talk

about bad water but how was how was the race this year and what sort of was different to it than the other five years maybe that's seen the improvement was it just you've run the course now you're super experienced getting stronger you're put that 50 over this year it was it was so incredible I mean everything literally went to plan like nutrition hydration tactics physically mentally but it really was like a dream it couldn't have gone better we were you know my crew were absolutely amazing um we you know we had a plan we kind of stuck to it as much as it could and it was mega mega hot but I think it was I didn't sit down once I didn't sit I didn't lean I kept moving I think that's obviously where previously in the first year I was at bad water we even took we even took a sunbed with us so I didn't have a lot of my trail on the sunbed and I remember having two actual sleeps the first year when it I think I was just under 41 hours but the first year was different because it was just literally

yeah yeah like in the year three I was mega mega sick throughout the race I was sick about 50 60 times I couldn't hold down food or water so that was obviously a major you know no fuel in the tank was this year I wasn't sick once um so and there was also this year there's a 50k section from mile 90 which previously I've always really struggled on it's basically it's almost downhill as well and I've that section previous years I've been so slow it's been embarrassing you know and I was like faster walking than I am running and this year I was determined to be running this section and run I did it was weird because most of it was in daylight when previously I've done it in the dark it's really hard when you're on this monotonous straight route yeah oh my god I cannot see the end of it whereas this year at least I could see so that that again that just made up time how was it to talk me through because we have a lot of vomiting on our podcast Gary we have been in the vomiting crew much to talk us through what your nutrition plan was maybe what you did differently what

worked this time so I started using protein rebel um gels and their electrolytes because I think I realized that a lot of gels and not that would have been that good on gels to be honest but they can take multi-dextrin which cause GI issues so I just like to cut that out and I started trying personally but I found I really like the taste of them and also like when my crew James said to me don't just chug the gel back to sip it slowly really so I was like that I was savoring it exactly but it was someone who really had the tiniest sips and I think that made a difference I did have some pH carbon drink about the mild 60 I instantly felt a bit nauseous I said let's not have them have that and I mean I did have some random real food did spurs has some potato chips I had blueberry muffin a few mango popsicles a pectin more simple and towards the end I'm still having that Whitney I was still having the gels

how many gels then Laura do you think I mean I was trying to work it out and I think I had one at least every sort of 40 minutes it was a lot but gross really isn't everything so sugar and your tea your in your drink and company your in your drink we wouldn't think that was gross we'd be admired I'm curious of the like the actual race structure when I've done a race in the past maybe a checkpoint or a crew somewhere between seven and ten miles how does that then look on bad water how because if you do see if you see them very regular and you take a little bit too long at each time you see your crew then the multiplies over the course of the race could actually hemorrhage a lot of time what does it look like on this race you see your crew every one and a half to three miles and towards the end it's literally every one and a half to two even a mile every mile which like I said that could be they could stop eight to two hundred times and I would be dareable so you could be yeah stopping solvers so we were trying to be as slick as we could literally they'd run across the road two of them can come across the road they have the caddy they'd

swap out my water bottle at the beginning of the race I felt like I was eating too much because I was seeing them so much and they were every time I saw them they were trying to really eat something and then I said to them I felt like my tummy's had a bit of an onslaught I need to kind of rain in the food and yeah but also in that time when they come across you have got to be called down with water you've got to be sprayed with the water spray not a new ice band down at every time they spray with water and literally 30 seconds later you're dry again it's crazy we communicate on walking tour keys as well because there's no phone reception so when you can have a pacer after mile 42 of the race so although the pacer does have to go behind you which is slightly strange but really a pacer but they will like to carry the water spray spray but also the good thing is with the walkie-talkie they'll radio the car and then they'll say but Laura would like this and also whatever they need your pacer is misting you this is selling this race more more to Gary what are you thinking my deeper behavior can be exactly you like the diva likes

yeah you're spraying the water even more the diva can they mule your kids or could they carry your bottles too yeah they can carry yourself as well they can because there's a climb called the father Crowley climb which comes after panamit springs around mile 72 it's a 13 mile climb but there's only eight spots where the crew can actually park so that section you do need to have the pacer you know with you and we do take extra water so I carry like two bottles but they can carry anything for you it was what they're going to negotiate yeah the walkie-talkie the water spray bottle anything that I need how do you find the heat because that heat is to talk us to what was the temperature this year and that the hottest part well it's start like it was the car said it was 117 the hottest I think was about 53 degrees I mean it's a dry heat but it is like being an other with a hair dryer blowing your face that air burns you it's yeah it's a dry but it's funny because I did do a lot of heat so you have to heat train you're in Barbados what is one

that else going to do yeah exactly but then the funny thing about the race because it is a race of extreme when I finished it finishes eight and a half thousand feet at Ratwick, Deportal it was only 60 degrees of 16 because it was altitude so the crew had the heating on the car so it had gone from you know you're old and old buddy you're poor buddy that is an extreme isn't it I was still hot when I was climbing yeah when I had actually sat down after I finished I've got cold really quick. Chaffing is it I know that's an intimate question we've only just met but yes I manage with all that water spray everywhere and funny thing about bad water because it is such a dry heat the water does evaporate so quick I got really really badly changed at the keys 100 after showing some photos afterwards oh my it was all around my tummy it was I had basically I didn't know why I decided to wear a sports bra with a Salomon racepack over the top where the the pad is straight with a rare skin Laura Laura I had a I looked like I had 30 degree

burns that was gross actually on the flight home and then did it stick it's starting yeah yeah I suppose there is I was wondering if there's any like unique bits of kit that is essential for a race like bad water we see these races where like even like UTM being so fun to get what they're wearing the ice band down as I wonder if there's things like that would you would use a bad water but 100% you wouldn't use it the canal race. There's got a lot of rules about water for the crew for example they've all got to have these Class 3 high miss tops Class 3 I think is where you have the stripe across and I'll go down so then we may have to them and and forget the toilet you have to have these things called Biffy bags which I always call them adult nappies this is for number two basically you're not allowed to get the toilet in the desert I think that's a very good idea I actually think that should almost be a bit of mandatory kit on ultra at least big ultra races now anyway yeah bad water you've got like three or four places where there's an actual proper toilet okay yeah you know and when people are was we all know you are

using all this food and stuff like yeah yeah yeah you have to have the Biffy data like 10 Biffy bags but it's funny because James used one and Matthew you know because the trouble is what you've used it you know what do you have to do in the car so well yeah so then we like we don't put it in the car with all our phones you know so Matthew like to take it to the back of the car so they're doing fast and you know I always have months well done yeah but yeah so other that is yeah a lot of everything is water sprays ice bandanas ice because it's not bad ice in your bra that's a minute apparently where female bra tops so they can you know stuff ice down it ice in any orifice really that's what you a lot of cool boxes yes so when you went to do the leads Liverpool Canal race he must have been like well this is it well don't need any of that my gloves gloves and a waterproof fun enough we went to I think like Matthew he takes from very seriously so we're in our call box so we went to the Sainsbury and he bought a lot of ice and then we sent a

video of him with the ice to our crew and they're like you're in Liverpool why you buy ice yeah so try hopes yeah is it one of the risks to where we hear on some races where you have to wear yourself to monitor your fluid losses that's something that they keep an eye on during the race they wear you at the start yeah I think only because if you do become unwell they make as the how much weight you've lost you don't get weighed at the end or anything it's only literally only at the start they used to do that at Lakeland 50 garage they just do that and then they wrote right they wrote your weight on your weight on your wrist band all the way round you're like I can feel those extra cagey I don't think they do that anymore do they no I remember no what about your footwear like it's not a trail race like the lakeland 100 like you mentioned that kind of thing but it's literally all just down a road all time so I wore night alpha flyers this

year for the whole race because you have to get to the 50 mile mark by 10 am the next morning the master which of the three starts you're on so the first year I was really really nervous about getting to that car sort of but I wasn't so nervous but I did want you just want to get that done because once you know you've done the 50 miles you can relax a little bit then you know you've got so much time you know to finish the race but so yeah the alpha flyers seem to work I did have some hokobon and not hokobon does hokas skyward x is in the car which still got a little bit of carbon in but very cushions will comfy the alpha flyers seem to work really well no blisters from the water oh this is a bad water I didn't get one blister my crew around strict instructions not to spray my feet and I was always standing there like legs apart but the canal race are my feet in a terrible state I guess because of the rain I wore the hokas and I had a prized off two toenails on Tuesday morning for I went to work my big toe with this huge blister underneath it under the nail sorry so I popped that and then the nail was like half hanging off but yeah so I just literally tried to

prize it off and it was such a relief when it was gone those poor people that played thousands of pounds their flights didn't know that your trotters were exactly I know what was going on now I hear quite often also with this race stories of people frying eggs on the road is that a myth that is actually is it possible but not lucky to try it first he didn't work yeah he tried it the egg just sort of on the ground on it I think the egg just like yeah rolled it just no sadly I mean tar the heat of the tarmac is insanely hot it's yeah because if the air temper is safety to radiate the hottest part I'm sure the tarmac is just sitting or is it special tarmac I don't know can't see it melting because the melt our road in France used to melt when it got to a certain point and like when I used to have the pram it used to like the the tarmac used to stick in all the wheels but I guess it must it must be different must be otherwise you'd be like have it all over your trainers and everything the white line as well that's significantly cooler isn't it yeah they were saying to try and run on the white line I sent a focus on I guess for the

the miles and miles and how do you how do you cope with that mental focus at that requires when you're obviously very very good at it because you choose these races that require such she know there's no there's no lovely high-couple call and you are you are having to use a lot of your endurance power to focus when the brain must be like oh my god I've got to keep running is that something you just naturally good at something you've worked on do you have any strategies? definitely work to it I just break the race down well let's say there's any race we're probably all doing it because you can't really think I'm going to go ahead and run 135 miles and I just think right get you know first checkpoint on mile 17 or I just break down the marathon mark 50k mark the obvious eyes challenge it is sometimes you look up and you think oh my god I can't really see the end of this road but suppose with bad water because the crew are you seeing them so frequently but often you can actually see that if the road is straight you can see the support car up ahead even though it just never seems to get any close sometimes sometimes I prefer I'm not

too sure about you Eddie but sometimes prefer the night so I can't see the end or the summit you just get my head down and keep keep shuffling along so five times doing the same race Laura I don't think I've done the same race twice ever have I no Gary have you done the set you've done the use oh my god so how could I forget I'm the number one youtube subscriber um you've done you're a late one hundred so what what makes you keep going back to bad water Laura? obviously every time I've been invited back I've never taken it for granted it's everything it's from the whole process of I love that application to bad water it's a really lovely application you know there's not just about what you've done that about you know what you've given best for sport and other questions about what does bad water mean to you and um for honor of being invited on the face but live it's just amazing and then from that moment on when I've been invited like so I don't have much of a life for no life focuses on bad water everything the training the heat

training and then when you're actually there it's it's like a family people go back year after year you get people go back on cruise and support staff and we know more people out you know in low-piting but we do like where we live here and you know death valley and so humbling it's just such a spectacular place you know you feel kind of so small but it's just so beautiful even the most good death valley it's so hot and then you know they're really lovely things that are after the pizza party which is on the Wednesday after the race of the evening and Chris Costum and the race director invites all the um all the runners up to the front of the room everyone flaps it's just really and then you go to a few drinks in jakes saloon it's just the whole you're selling it to me if it wasn't the 47 degrees in the car I'd be I'd be saying up look just a quick question for we move on the heat training you mentioned Gary and I had a foray into heat training for a while which was super fun but the chaffing was pretty extreme and that too how do

you go about doing your heat training for this I live near Chichit University and they have an environmental chamber the heat chamber I go in there for like about 10 sessions prior prior to the race does evolve the rectal thermometer which uh to measure your core temperature so that's what I was saying I'm used to it now but yeah you have to have the rectal thermometer run on the treadmill they make the conditions the same as the event you're training for so I do it for the keys and then for um death valley in addition I've got a sauna at home and a small it for red one yeah I do other things this year I actually bought a corsuit so I was doing a lot of runs is like the he has mats suit as well more for the novelty value of people looking at me in our UK heatwave did you did you run outside in the corsuit in the heatwave that is next level oh yeah it was so it was fun yeah I did I'm I'm in the one round I was on the sea friendly bog to register this guy was quite cocky and he was like look for me and he's like you must be sweating

because the sun is so nice did you get do you get asked if you're a boxer a lot I used to get that quite a bit you training for boxing and I just be like I can't even speak I'm too hot yes I think you haven't even got time to explain or you wouldn't even believe me if I did I had to lie I had to lie to my neighbours that I was going abroad to do a race this hot race and I got embroiled in all sorts of that I was going to Costa Rica because I was like how do I even start to explain what I'm doing though I don't so I I think what I find crazy like you know women ladies people we don't have any money well I don't have any money from the sport yet I'm prepared to bury myself and do all of these like one percent of the train have a happy experience on the day it's crazy I was looking at the English England football scene for the World Cup and I was thinking did they keep train and they're like I'm sure they did something yeah wasn't there like talk that they hadn't really answered you train they hadn't really he trained and well I was like here we are yeah jogging around in these corsuits in my to do my corsi my corsi I still got one the first one

it was not it had to go it was it's like a hamster I'm looking for something from a hamster cage as well anyway let's move on incredible though we got rectal thermometer on the team to a bingo tick anyone's listening home and smells like a hamster who always get if we could rewind quite a lies boys yeah 230 marathon 200 plus 100 mile races how did it all start yeah what got you starting in 2002 I went up to watch the London marathon with my few friends and my friends grandad who run lots of rounds a few times and I got he was we were well 20 he was so passionate he was like clapping everyone he was like you're all heroes it was just adorable and I was like I was crying at the effort I could see people put again so that inspired me next year to run London marathon first time and thought I was one and done I thought right that's it don't want to run at them then 2005 I actually been Australia for a year and that was a year of too much cheese and wine and I came back I was like two three stone heavier than I am now so but I get running again and I was just doing like one

marathon every year London marathon it was until 2016 I discovered ultra's and I thought that sounds incredible I think I'd only done about 10 marathons at the time so I signed up for the London to Brighton 100k event and absolutely loved it I loved the thing out of the trails I loved aid stations that you know I mean at this point I was just doing it just to have fun then once I ran 100k that worked what else is out there 100 miles first attempt at 100 miles I'd do the finish just inch year in north down to 800 I mentally gave up I didn't know about the highs and lows of altars I didn't know about them marching you know and you know so every race I think you still learning something so yeah just gone on an answer to things like 12 rathons in 12 days 52 rathons at just two weeks I love the challenge and it never it never stops no matter what you do and there's like something for everyone like Eddie back on the spine race I'm going back to 100 miles within this sport of ultra running yeah there's something to satisfy everybody but yeah mention the spine race do you ever fancy gone that along that call or maybe something similar but

with a bit of heat involved total respect to you guys for the spine I just think that is a different different level I'm not so good at the cold I mean I don't see a 200 mile race it's hard it's next most of the world like trail but within America a lot of hope could do know and a lot of elevation that's not my thought I but I'd say never say never but I don't think the spine I'm not whole core in that I'm coming to the hard moves to 100 it's it's up and down but I wouldn't say it's like savage elevation and the trails they're not technical I think some of the spine race yeah you've got to watch where you're putting your feet what's come across in this podcast and just talking to you for an hour Laura is that you're amazing powers of recovery and now you're coping you're sort of being able to do bad water with very little GI distress which is Gary's and I dream can you tell us a little bit about your relationship with current now people might say what is this so um perhaps you could tell us a little bit about what the product is how do you use it and how you felt it's helped you the currents around New Zealand basically derived from New Zealand

black currents that have got really high um very high properties of antioxidants and I can never say the word amplory signings there are supplements and they are they've been researched by so many different people universities I think there's been over 60 like clinical studies on them yeah anyway they're meant to help with the GI issues they're meant to improve like stamina for me the recovery has been insane I met Flur who Flur's the founder of currents I met her at Chisholue in May 2025 before I was training for the keys 100 and finally I was in there with the rectal thermometer just concentrating on keeping that in they don't send people in to meet you when you don't do well yes but Matthew my husband was in there too so he was chatting with Flur and then after she's had all Flur you know you get the religious speaker Flur and she's offered to give you some per currents and that's well you know thank you that's really kind so I started taking them that was about two weeks before the keys 100 and at that rate I did like a nine hour P bet of a course now I don't know the two previous years what I was doing because I did 29 hours and then

this that year I did up 20 hours so I mean I wouldn't put it all down to the current but that was incredible and it was the it was the next day I was walking normally I remember normally you know after a hundred mile race sitting on the toilet for example or moving under the stairs can be quite challenging you know from quite stiff but I literally was moving so so well it was just like a miracle I've been taking them literally since the last year and a half and I've been myself up but I had like PB after PB like even my marathon PB I did 319 at Boston six days later I ran London I think and I was only 12 seconds slower I'd never broken 330 before I've done like my fastest 50k fastest 50 miles bad water this was over four hours quicker than year before leads Liverpool was three hours quicker and I know I'm probably I'm training smarter and I think it is a combo but for me the current is a beading and I don't want to stop taking them because I'm scared but you take so I mean it says on the instructions you can take one to two a day about an

hour or two as for exercise I'm doing six yeah well for the rest of the week before the week before the race I'll take four a day on the morning before the race I took another four and then every four hours I take two do you take them when you're racing yeah so take it and then afterwards just two a day so that'll be two a day just like you would take a multi-vit regularly every day you take two a day okay that's interesting Gary's buying shares in this country is it yeah they know I hate like well they're also they're meant to improve I can see what you might take them during a race as race as well as because they are meant to enhance your blood flow as well so not just helping to reduce the fatigue and recover as well but if you're looking for enhanced blood flow because I know Ruth Croft uses them as well and they're spoken very highly of them and you've helped do a study we're apparently sure we're not allowed to talk too much about it but a study about fueling in fat oxidation and they said you've got very good results oh no yes I spoke to Flo the other day and she did say I think in December they're going to be there's a conference

as the in Manchester about sports nutrition and they're going to be revealing revealing all them but yeah I've had a sneak peek at some of the young some of the graphs not like they understood them but yeah you just say I have a I know I do respond yeah well to the young you will like all these supplements you know like collagen and creatinine and things that we talk about quite a lot there are people that take them and go the difference is amazing and there's some people that take them and go I didn't actually feel any difference but we're all for we're all for like we'll try if you want to have a go at trying them you can use our link over on ex-mars and have a go by them I definitely don't think I might pop some in my shopping trolley now I've heard you speak so highly of them this is when you wish you had two versions of yourself you've had them one on currents and the one without seeing the difference well it's not something that you're taking that you're like as well it's such a natural product that you don't need to worry about taking it and going well you know what should I you know what is this having a what's this doing to my insides I mean we all could it's black currents so I thought it's the sort of thing we're trying to get

children to eat all the time I'm always scared to ask Laura if there's maybe a doing a race next week I'm not too sure but yeah what is the rest of uh 2026 look like fun enough not next week oh no it is it's the 19th September I'm running the self-transcendence 24 hour track race in London yeah because this this was actually planned the LCR has been a bit of a spanner in the works basically because things have been going quite well with running and I've only had done two track races back in 2021 and again wof all the first one crawly I quit at 100k I was bored the second one I did stay on the track for the whole 24 hours but only did 94 miles I know I'm capable of so much more and I just want to see if all goes I know it's a totally different base and it's going to be mentally you know there is literally to be no little bridges to walk up all there's it's going to be a very different challenge for me and knowing that Matthew will be there every 400 meters but I just want to give it my best and just see how far I could go if all well so

I've got that on the 19th September December I'm doing the Daytona 100 in Florida which is 100 bars Jacksonville to Daytona Beach yeah but I've done that race before it's beautiful incredibly flat so I've got my hunter well P.V. in January actually a race that's completely different from the the hurt 100 in Hawaii Laura for somebody that's so decision like trails and yeah that I think you got up would I mean I don't not like trails I'm just not so good at trails I think I'm so clumsy I just trip over all the time that looks spectacular we spoke to Gabe he did really well actually the hurt 100 super humid it's a looped course is that correct oh my goodness that gnarly trails Laura gnarly tree yeah tree growth I mean I don't know what I'm thinking of like I just I want to do it for a couple of years and I finally got it now oh god but I pay the entry fee now so yes it was great it was experience yeah you've got two different things I love it and then you'll be so happy to go back on that white line yeah we ask all our guests this Laura and I wonder

what you're I've seen you on Instagram I've seen you doing pellet and workout so I wonder if this might come one of your face from there but do you have a workout of the week that you love your go to you've come off a long haul flight the captain gave you a very bumpy landing pretty tired is there a workout your go to workout that you're like doing you think this is a good use of time love this one so yeah so funny you should have the house on I I love my tell us on trails so much I love that writing all the classes but so for me I think I've always got that long run on my legs so for me if I want to piece myself I'll go and choose a savage interval or interval class or something with intervals and incline I just love it and so I just feel like just get I if I'm feeling tired as a sluggish it makes me feel so much better afterwards but also I just feel like the training is so good for if I'm running outside I'm quite a lazy not lazy runner but I'll just applaud

along and unless I force myself to think right I'm gonna try and run a tempo run but on the tread there's no excuses I'll be there 5% incline at like running at a hard case for intervals and I just love that I feel like you get so much out of it and I definitely feel that's maybe a stronger better runner I can never find that I don't have paladin what do I have on my treadmill I fit and my little girl often does the workout she likes she follows people that run around cities and then the treadmill moves up and down I'm too much of a power control I'm like you don't tell me when I'm gonna go faster yeah that's interesting in the dude sort of choose like do would that be like a shorter workout or a longer workouts a lot of the classes need to say I like 45 minutes to 60 minute I go to hardcore instructors beckstentry please let me just tell you what I need to get loving yeah what's not a lot of you TV what's the 100k version she just did that I mean sometimes I might put two classes together to 30 minute classes so were they recorded or do you like

join them live or how does it work there's both so you've either got a ship so you've got the schedule so throughout the day there'll be various life classes at the point of New York or London but then there's everything is on the Martin's as well so last night for example it was actually my 500 peloton rams I wanted to do that during a life class because in case I got a shout out I didn't have any like so but other than that you know I think on in our you can read do classes there's a library of everything from high ex you know endurance runs tempo progression and can you see every I'm so interested in this can you see other people running at the same time or is it just you and the instructor or how does it work yeah you there is a little camera I've never actually used it so if a friend you and a friend would do the same class you could turn the camera on and look at each other but I've never done that but there's a leader board as well so you can if you're doing the live class you are literally on the live leader board but whereas if it's a class that's been in gone you'll just slot in so the leader board is like who's running

the fastest yes sorry yeah everyone in the class it would get me in trouble we got competitive Gary I would bury myself yeah it sounds a bit like the swift the swift the cycling version of swift and I have no self-control in that either so I better not delve into this either oh I love a treadmill workout yeah oh I get so much I definitely work the hardest I do want a treadmill than anywhere else there's something about it isn't it that you become that you become a different beast well I just program that speed yeah I just hold I hold onto it it's a simple thing nobody wants to touch that button down nobody quick five time all right Claudia Winkamans on the phone would you want to be a traitor or a fearful I've never actually watched traitors what I've never watched I've never watched I've never watched I still

I vaguely know what is the traitor the person who wins the traitor's the one I have to well you could either get in with the traitor has to I suppose undermine and sabotage it depends you could almost look at it as well as why if you were going into traitors what you wanted to get out of it if you want to become a celebrity person then you want to really be a traitor because you're going to get a lot of airtime basically if you're a faithful lesser time but you could end up being a bit more popular I don't know so you need to watch it Laura yeah I do I know it well when I was doing all my saunas for bad water I was constantly like getting my laptop I'm putting outside the sauna and just watching like stuff on Netflix the next time I'm doing the latest heat training so go celebrity traitors I think it's better okay yeah no no no no there was celebrities of their grubby mitts on everything just watch the regular well anyway you've got some good tea you've got some good tv view in the end yes yeah what's your favorite flight snack off the trolley I do like the cheese balls yeah for class of cheese cheese balls

we carry a naya like you don't eat the cheese ball what's this yeah we don't get that put a pringles or a do you got a hundred mile race and it's going to be a one mile loop where would that mile loop be you can create this read sorry yeah you could create this race yes I was on what I did a bit of a loop run yesterday just at home where I lived I was thinking actually if there was a lot it was each loop was just under a mile I thought actually if this was a matter like they did a marathon yeah a race radio I just think about the logistics of it I don't know that is a really good question we need a public toilet a cafe oh god yeah needs a madman in this do you know sometimes you run a mile and one mile can just take forever or another mile seems like a quick like where I live in the book book and the radius when I run on the c front the mile and mile is actually quite a that's not very exciting I don't think I'm like to run a book and the radius for a hundred a hundred miles yeah oh no I might have to I mean I do love so the for a decade I love the keys you know a little bit of one of the keys out there because yeah you

guaranteed the weather too beautiful yes it's going to get the weather as much as we love the UK your Marley if they never headwind the whole way it's got to be some of the best people watching out there too oh yeah yeah all sorts so then oh yeah you've got to think about your Marley haven't you don't want to you don't want to have any alone time also different fashion people wondering around in speedos and yeah I'm there I'm on that is there a bucket list race that's on your radar I would love to kind of love to leave legville that'll be on my list what else there's one like a route 66 ultra in the states as well I do love American races route 66 that is pretty flat yeah concrete tarmac and there's a couple of others in Florida which one's was face pirate it's just like a Florida coastline flat flat run so there's sort of all my there on my list but I mean I would like I haven't got qualified for western states this year but

you know of course that would be another race I would love to love to do all these races you know they just want to close my eyes and when I first got into trail run and and read and said maybe Dean Connassas's book these are the races that I visualise or yeah they were definitely going to be on my book at list that'd be good they sound great I've got a couple of questions actually more by water I don't know if we talked about this do you know how much you from start to finish I spoke maybe even your crew too I'm just wondering how much how much fluid how much did you drink over the whole race it was so much I think before I've been in the race in that with these like five gallon bottles yeah five of five of them and they were all gone by the end of the embrace but then some of that water has gone into the water spray guns every time I saw the crew I have a new handheld I think there was 300 there 350 mills or 500 mills and not I wasn't finishing them all but because they were getting hot but it was like a least I reckon I was also a liter an hour because

that's what I was sweating I was sweating like a liter an hour which sounds like a hell of a lot no no it's probably not is it yeah sounds like a lot but it probably isn't and is it is it should have asked these earlier sorry but I visualise like I think you mentioned there was one that one section where you literally used to see and the road was just going on for miles and miles and miles is there anything on the road is there like a service station is there a village is there a town or is it just miles and nothing so you've got mile 17 is basically furnace creek where there's a hotel and a general store and the famous thermometer where everyone likes to go and have the photo with the hottest time of the day that's mile 17 the mile 42 is Stoke pipe wells which again has got a gas tiny little motel and a shop mile 72 panamins for engines say same set up gas station little hotel and restaurant mile 122 a lone pine is a small town it's the foothills of Mount Whitney so we've got these opportunities to buy the gas the ice any few supplies you might we might need but

say for mile from panamins to lone pine that's a 50 mile stretch of nothing just there's a drush to retreat is yes and obviously there's people who live there can you imagine making that life choice to live somewhere for hostiles that I know I think that people like say they go to panamins springs because they've got staff that work there all to get to hide because why you know I remember when we we were chatting to the hotel manager at furnace creek because it's quite a big hotel there there's a golf course but he's up in it's stunning but he said he really struggles to get staff like one I've made a friend like a friend there and Susan she works at the executive office she lives in a place called Parabakh which is about I reckon that 50 miles from furnace creek it's in Nevada so she can be it she lives there Monday to Friday goes home a weekend like lone pine it's that is a town but it's small and like one of the girls that works in the place we get for breakfast so lovely but she's never been on an aeroplane never been out of the portfolio yeah

you just take it for granted like travel so I think especially if there's a job that I do but yes forget these people this is there yeah yeah yeah I feel that with the stair saw I did some backpacking years and years and years ago and we did meet people who never maybe not so much such as extreme as that that they've never been outside of their state but they hadn't been overseas and I was initially thought wow it sounds pretty wild to me is a brick but you literally got everything in America so maybe you don't have to go and search out mountains or deserts or gorgeous beaches all there oh yeah exactly they've got everything from the city and every place in America is so different you know like from yeah San Francisco to Miami to like up in Seattle and yeah it's such a vast country what's the the cost the entry cost because sometimes like say with like a Barclay Marathons it's cheap to enter but obviously there's a huge cost to get over there and all that kind of stuff but what we're looking at to enter the race so the entry fee is about $1,500 US dollars for the race so that's that is it isn't it is obviously quite expensive but

for us because we get our staff travel that's one of the reasons I've been able to keep going back because yeah yeah we get standby to so we fly a standby so we only have to make the tax for the the airfare and we can put out a crew on the staff travel so that is a huge yeah you know I mean it is then you've got the hotels that can be obviously add up the final fishing rule you're meant to pay for the runners meant to pay for the crew unless you pre pre-arranged we have one year we had a guy said I won't pay for myself because he's just desperate to come out and so and then food obviously food as well so you can't but now you know you know we learn pine they've got airbnb's the trouble if they do seems like the prices do go up and go bad water because it's like anything isn't it when a big event going on the you know you understand the hope there's there's not actually that many hotels and they're more like the motels but I mean I said we don't have children and I was saying there's no problem living a tree so I said to my parents and Matthew I said I don't ever want a Christmas or birthday present again bad water is the life is all my presents yeah there's races

for everybody yeah $1,500 it sounds like a quite an expensive headline figure but I imagine if you went and had a chat with the wrist director where that money goes there would be every dollar will be spent wisely yeah there's a lot of fees and permits to hold it in you know in death valley except but obviously there's a big race race staff but I think in America like when I was in New York there if there was Boston I'm sure the entry fee for that was over three hundred dollars that was just a marathon yeah I think Lincoln 50 just then to the hydrogen that my wife did that was like a hundred and ninety quid for a fifty mile list if you want it to save out on the trails you want an infrastructure you want support points you want volunteer like you know a peer for all the food nutrition the vans to come and collect the runners of DNF at all the checkpoints the buses to bus you to deal in it all adds up yeah Instagram story music time Laurie every week on the podcast we share a story and we share a post a what are they called a post in the story you get to

choose the song that we put to that post what's it going to be this year at Badelter because I was say I'm so focused on the on the climb I'm out with the I literally played this song for the last hour of the race on repeat and it's actually called the climb by my list Cyrus but I really got me going I love for it will only be diminished by Gary's hatred for the song but it's not I did that from no it's a classic altering song yeah it just was yeah it was my like anthem when I was sorry Gary no no we love a bit of my it's a gilly plumber I got told off to visit the week I said about some fender on my friends room a DMC and I'm a closet joy nothing wrong my list Cyrus space for everyone in our community we haven't had a bit of my
