Thank you so much for joining us. Make sure you hit the like and the thumbs up. It affects
the algorithm. More people become aware of our channel here and our conversation. And we're
going to have a good one today because the world has gone mad. And I think I'm not saying this. I'm
not I'm not being hyperbolic, but I feel like Donald Trump can get us killed with what is
happening right now. Donald Trump tweeted this out this weekend. And he said Tuesday will be power
plant day and bridge day all wrapped up into one in Iran. There will be nothing like it. Open the
air thing. Well, he said fucking straight fucking straight. He said, you crazy bastards. Or you'll be
living in hell. Just watch. Praise be to Allah. President Donald J Trump. And again, this was on
one of the holiest days of the year in the Christian faith which is Easter Sunday. Okay? And then
representative Yasmin. I'm sorry tweeted this out. So you said the president of the United States is
extremely mentally ill and it's putting all of our lives at risk. The 25th amendment exists for
a reason we need to invoke it immediately. And then she put in to the a note to the White House.
Okay. Joining me now is that Congresswoman Yasminin. Sorry, she served Arizona's third
congressional districts in 2025 and she happens to be the first Iranian American Democrat in Congress
and she serves on the House Oversight Committee. Representative, thank you very much for joining.
Thank you for having me. Thank you for having me.
People who agree with you. Why did you why did you fill the need to tweak them?
Don I have not been able to sleep at night for days on end now. The war that Donald Trump has
embarked upon in Iran, I believe it's been 28 days since it began and his escalating rhetoric
over the last week, over the last 48 hours, and even this morning, when his statement got
even worse during his press conference today, he said that by tomorrow night, he could destroy
the entirety of the country of Iran. He's talking about a country of 90 million people.
I don't know how anybody in this administration, no matter how much of, you know, how sick
of fantic they are about Donald Trump, how they are not invoking the 25th amendment, how they
are not doing everything in their power to take him, you know, to remove him from office, or do
anything to even restrain him in the slightest. I mean, he is normalizing language that is essentially
preparing us either, as he said yesterday, for destroying power plants, which are a war crime,
but the language today sounds like he's normalizing the use of nuclear weapons to me.
And I am so alarmed. I am so terrified. I am just in, I'm feeling things I've never felt before,
and even as an American congresswoman, I feel so powerless because it doesn't seem that any
Republicans are stepping up to do anything to stop this madman. He did say this. I'm going to play
it for you when he said about blowing the entire country up. This was at the beginning of his
press briefing today. Here it is. A well at a level that nobody's ever seen before.
The entire country can be taken out in one night, and that night might be tomorrow night.
And then he said, as you said, they're going to focus on power plants and bridges and whatever,
which is a war crime. He was asked about that. I'll play that later on in the show, but he was
asked about that, and he didn't really have a good answer for it.
He doesn't care. I mean, they have normalized the use of war crimes.
The first day of this war, they bombed a school, and over 160 children were killed,
and we are basically have brushed over it like nothing has happened. I led over a hundred
of my colleagues in asking questions of the Department of War about this and got some nonsense
three sentence response completely dismissing it. I mean, that happened on day one.
They have already knocked out bridges. Last night, they bombed a university that is
equivalent to the MIT of Iran. They are, they've killed thousands of civilians. The impacts across
the region have been immense. We know that over a million people in Lebanon have been displaced.
Israel continues to illegally bomb Lebanon as well and destroy villages and kill thousands of
people. We are on such a devastating trajectory, and this week has the potential to be catastrophic if
Donald Trump is not held back and restrained immediately. When he when speaking of the soldier who,
by the way, I believe that they're using him as a prop in this press conference, because I thought
there was going to be some sort of information in this briefing about their strategy for the war
and how long it was going to go on. And perhaps there were some negotiations going on. None of
that. It was just, I think, a sort of wag the dog press briefing to try to get the American
sentiment to turn to a war hero's story, rather than many innocent people losing their lives. I'm
glad that the soldiers find. I'm glad that they carried out this operation, which we do all the time
and for some reason they're making this a big deal. But the American military carries out these
sort of clandestine operations, rescue operations all the time. But so my question is here,
that what what is the point of of this press conference today, which is supposed to give some sort
of, you know, strategy about the war, but nothing except for except for justice thing about the
soldier. And then, you know, denying every single thing that he said, he said, the soldier was
in dangerous territory, lots of firepower, lots of, you know, military, whatever. And then he says,
but we've decimated all of that. How can the how can both of those be real?
That's been the case with everything. I mean, to that exact point, what is still the objective of
this war? Today, I also heard him say that Iran can never have a nuclear weapon. I think everybody in
the world agrees with that. We were told last June that the Iranian nuclear program was put on
quote, obliterated. Last time I checked that press release was still on the White House website,
making this claim that the Iranian nuclear program was obliterated. So, you know, I've seen some
really good timelines of, you know, the statements day by day. This is, again, why I call for the
25th Amendment. Donald Trump is mentally unfit. He says a different thing within the same breath.
And, you know, when it's when you're talking about, you know, maybe some domestic issues,
perhaps we can let it slide, but we're talking about life and death here for not thousands of people,
potentially millions of people at this point. This man has the nuclear codes of this country.
He is, he does like the callousness, the lack of regard for human life. Everybody should be
alarmed. I just really hope that some Republicans within Congress join us to stop this war that people
in the cabinet, people like JD Vance, who campaigned on no more wars. People like Tulsi Gabbard,
who used to sell shirts. That's a no war with Iran. Where are these people in the administration
trying to hold back this madman? I want to hear from them. What are they saying? What are they doing?
Are they doing like they should be sounding the alarm to the American people. They should be
holding back Donald Trump. He said a deadline of tomorrow night. I don't think there's been any
real negotiations at all. It sounds like there's some intermediaries passing, you know,
laundry lists of outrageous demands from each side back and forth. That's never going to happen,
but there needs to be real, real, real negotiations. And just given my heritage, I have to speak to
the repression that Iranians have faced, what they don't understand and like what I don't think
this administration understands and what they're doing, they're not hurting the regime by hitting
power plants and schools and universities. In fact, they are giving a very brutal, murderous regime
propaganda tools to be able to further build support for themselves in the country. They are
going to cause further repression with this. Like all this is doing is hurting civilian populations
and hurting Americans. Thank goodness this American service member was rescued, but why was
he ever put in this place to begin with? We've never been given a real credible case. We have to
end this for as soon as possible. I am very alarmed at what is happening, especially in the last 48
hours. Do you have family members still there? I do. I have quite a bit of extended family.
Actually this morning I spoke with a 25 year old doctor in the northern part of the country.
He had reached out to me through like very difficult channels through reporters. He used a VPN.
He says 99% of people don't have access to internet, internet right now. He used a VPN that
connects to Starlink to talk to me. I can't tell you how much this conversation has impacted me.
I mean, he talked through the horrifying massacres in January and then how devastating the war
has been and how scared people are. And just this point, exactly do not hit civilian infrastructure
that is only going to harm the people of the country and further entrench the regime. It's not
there are ideologues, right? Like they are religious fanatics who run this country who have no other
choice but survival. So threatening them by murdering civilians is not going to have the
impact that I think Donald Trump maybe thinks it's going to have.
I thought very similar thing and I'm not even in the country. I thought first of all he sounded
desperate and that doesn't sound like someone who has his capacities and has the capacity to do
what he said he says he's going to do. But I don't think these, I don't think
Iranians are going to give up like Donald Trump thinks they're going to give up and especially
they're not opening the straight of hormones. That is just not happening because that's their only
real leverage. Don't you think? And I think I mean from what I've seen from these alleged
negotiations, you know, the US is promising a temporary ceasefire in exchange for opening the
straight when what happened over the last couple of months is that we were in the middle of
negotiations with the regime and then we started bombing the country. So of course the regime is
not going to give up and as I was saying before, they want to survive. Like they for to them,
they're such religious fanatics that to them dying for this, they are martyrs and living,
they've lived to see another day. So it's just the population that is suffering at the end of all
of this. And look, I mean, I always say like the war in Iraq was a horrific mistake in that war.
At least our stated intent was democracy. Like we at least were pretending like we had good intentions
and like cared about people. In this situation, we're not even doing that. We are just outright
bombing left and right civilian infrastructure. And like there's just no, I don't see how we're doing
anything to win hearts in mind. It's devastating. I'm sorry. I'm rambling a little bit because it's very
emotional. I'm at a loss for words to when I talk about this was happening with this war. I'm
often at a loss for words because I can't believe, you know, there's just no justification for it.
I'm not sure as you said what the objective is. And and I just think that again, I don't think
Iran is going to give up, especially with, I don't think the bluster is going to work.
What did you, what did you think of the praise B to Allah part?
Crazy. I mean, I, I, I, it's hard not to think back to like imagine if a Barack Obama had said
that on Easter Sunday. I mean, what the hell is going on here? But you know, he's, he's
insane. It's, it's a, I think what's most surprised me sometimes is how I can still be shocked by
the things that he says. Yeah. But the last 24 hours have just been so egregious and, and so
apocalyptic. Do you think that there's a will in among lawmakers to do what you suggested the
25th Amendment? Because I haven't really heard shockingly. I thought I would hear more outrage from
both Democrats and Republicans about this. And it's, to me, the silence is deafening.
I agree with you. No. And the 25th Amendment requires the cabinet. So the cabinet needs to,
and the vice president, JD Vance, who allegedly wants to run for president in 2028. If I was him,
and I had serious aspirations to try to have any shot at a Republican winning the presidency in
2028, if we even, if we even live until that time, I would separate myself immediately from
Donald Trump. Like this could be JD Vance's hero moment to say, this is a madman. He's clearly
lost control. He clearly is putting, he's a national security risk of the United States and to the
rest of the world. And we should remove him. And he should be calling all of the other cabinet
officials. And he should be making that happen. And I actually think that would be a good political
and strategic move for him on a purely selfish level on his end. If he wants to have a future. But
I don't know what all of these people are scared of, whether there's blackmail on them or
what it is, they are just sick of fans and they are truly putting every single one of us in danger.
Well, I'm glad you said that because I wonder we're putting our thumbs, our thumbnail together
for the show and what we were going to name the show. And I said, we should just say what we're
saying, which is he's going to get us all killed. I don't, do you think that that's too far?
I don't think it's too far. I think if he carries out his strikes on power plans and bridges and
real civilian infrastructure in Iran, I think Iran will retaliate, hit the Gulf countries.
Much of the Gulf will come unlivable. You're breeding terrorists. You're, you know,
there's no reason why, you know, attacks couldn't happen here on American soil,
or Russia could get involved. I mean, we are essentially in a World War III scenario right now.
Like, I don't think it is exaggerated to say we are in the middle of a World War III S scenario.
It looks a little different than it used to, but that's what's happening right now. And
the saddest part is, it's really the United States against the majority of the world. We are the
ones causing this. Representative Yasemin, I'm sorry. Thank you so much. I read Yasemin, I'm sorry.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. She is a sort of congressional district, a third
congressional district in Arizona since 2025. And the first happens to be the first Iranian-American
Democrat in Congress. Thank you so much. I appreciate. Thank you. This episode is sponsored by

Do you think that the folks know? Do you think that they know that where we are right now?
I'm just wondering that. Hold on. I can't. Sorry about that.
Okay. Do you think that people know where we are? Do they really understand this moment that we're
in? Do you think that the folks in Washington understand this? They have to know that something is
up with this president. And I don't take those words lightly. You guys know how I feel about taking
the stigma off of mental health. But I do think Donald Trump is suffering from something. I don't
know exactly what it is. I'm not quite exactly sure what to call it. But it is disturbing.
And I don't know really how you celebrated your Easter. Maybe you went to church. Some folks
didn't went to church. I didn't get a chance to go because I was stuck in an airplane.
Maybe you spent time with your family. Maybe you took a break from the chaos for one day. I'm not
sure how you spent it. But the president of United States spent Easter threatening to blow up a foreign
country. Now we remember everyone remembers what Christianity is about. He's supposed to be a
Christian. This is the holiest of days for the Christian faith. And instead of asking for peace,
praying for peace, he's saying, I'm going to blow you to fucking smithereens is basically what he's
saying. He spent this day threatening to blow up a foreign country on Easter Sunday. This is what
he posted Tuesday will be power plant day and bridge day all wrapped into one in Iran. There will
be nothing like it. Open the fucking straight. You crazy bastards or you'll be living in hell. Just
watch. Praise be to Allah. President Donald J Trump. Now let me just say someone who really
means that and someone who that that's that's a sign right there of someone obviously who's
mentally unstable, but a sign of someone who is desperate, who has no leverage, who has been lying
about negotiations, who has been speaking to his imaginary friends about negotiations, non-existent
negotiations, by the way. That's why I said imaginary friends. So obviously that post had markets
reeling, panicking and allies upset. So what was the follow up from the White House? What was the
follow up watch? It's a great honor to be with you and happy Easter. We had a great Easter. This
is one of our better Easter's I think in a lot of different ways. I can say militarily. It's been
one of the best. So good afternoon. We have quite a bit to discuss. We're going to
detail. So Donald Trump called it one of our better Easter's militarily. That's how he's framing
this. After a post it openly threatens attacks on civilian infrastructure, which is a war crime.
And of course this comes after years of Donald Trump wrapping himself in Christianity, claiming
two Corinthians and holding a Bible upside down claiming to be the person who represents the
teachings of Jesus. And that's how he spent Easter. Not to mention the Islamophobic sign off,
praise be to Allah. And here's how he responded to whether this threat amounted to war crimes,
which it really is watch. Deliberate attacks on civilian infrastructure by way of the
jivni eviction of conventions and interruption law. Who are you with? I'm with the New York Times,
Zolan from New York Times. Are you failing? Are you circulation way down at the New York Times?
Are you going to serve that your threat to bomb power plants and bridges amounted to war crimes?
No, no, no, no, no. I hope I don't have to do it. But again, I just said, 47 years they've
been negotiating with these people. They're great negotiators. And because they're not going to have
a nuclear weapon. And if somebody that takes my place someday is weak and ineffective, which possibly
that will happen, because we had numerous presents, so we're weak, ineffective, and afraid of
Iran, we're never going to let Iran have a nuclear weapon. And if you think it's okay for people that
are sick of mind, that are tough, smart, and sick, really sick, ideal, from a policy standpoint,
from a stamp, any way you want to say mentally, these are disturbed people. If you think I'm going
to allow them, and powerful and rich, to have a nuclear weapon, you can tell your friends at the
New York Times not going to happen. Okay, so let's pause there. So ideological, or ideologically,
is what I think he was trying to say. Was that the end of it, Andy? Is that the end of it?
There's 30 more seconds. Okay, so that's the word that he couldn't, you know, remember,
or couldn't pronounce. But he never answered the question about whether it's a war crime.
He just said, if that's what you think, saying that, I guess, because they can't have
a nuclear weapon, that that justifies the war crime. It's the same thing that he says about everything
that it is their actions that justifies criminal action from me, or unconstitutional,
unlawful action from me. Every single time he does that, let's roll the rest of it. I don't
want to hear what he says.
You no longer have credibility than the New York Times, because the New York Times said,
oh, Trump won't win the election. I know one in a landslide. I won every swing state. New
York Times said, oh, Trump won the election. New York Times says no credibility. The credibility
they have is it used to be all the news that spit to print. A great, the old gray lady, it was great,
but they're running on past fumes, and you can't keep doing that. You have to be able to give
the correct news. And people like you who I know are fake, you're fake.
Now he's speaking of fake, fake, and talking and criticizing a newspaper and what they do and
what they print. This is a guy that pretended reportedly to be his own PR person. Remember,
his name is John Barron, then he would call in to do to get a good press about himself.
And he is a nerve to talk about what reporters or what news organizations are credible.
And he's like a child. The New York Times reported that I could not win the election like a kid.
You told Tommy, you said this and now I'm going to get you back. It is this man is a lunatic.
And then he took it even further when he asked whether there were any civilian targets that were
off limits. He floated the complete demolition of Iran's infrastructure.
You said that very little is off limits in Iran as far as the target, including power plants,
bridges, you've mentioned those very little is off. Are there certain kinds of civilian targets,
though? I'm thinking I don't want to tell you that we have we have a plan
because of the power of our military where every bridge in Iran will be decimated
by 12 o'clock tomorrow night where every power plant in Iran will be out of business
burning, exploding and never to be used again. I mean complete demolition by 12 o'clock.
And it'll happen over a period of four hours if we wanted to. We don't want that to happen.
We may even get involved with helping them rebuild their nation.
And you know what? If that's the case, the last thing we want to do is start with power plants,
which are among the most expensive thing and bridges.
Now the reporter just they've been saying hey, hey, hey, it did. This is a war crime. You
was saying it out loud. Again, not military targets infrastructure. And after all that,
after the threats, after the rhetoric, after the panic, he was asked a very simple question,
are we escalating or are we de-escalating?
We're messaging on the war has moved from the war is coming to an end. The war going to be
bombing Iran to the stone ages and we've heard a range of those certain messages. So which is it?
Are you winding this down? I can't tell you. I don't know. I can't tell. It depends what they do.
This is a critical period. They have a period of well till tomorrow at eight o'clock.
Did he sound like he was slurring there at tomorrow at eight o'clock? He says he doesn't know.
The president of the United States is threatening to level a country and admits he doesn't know if
we're escalating or de-escalating. Wasn't at the point of this whole press conference,
it was supposed to be about an update on the war. Instead, let me tell you what got me about this
press conference. I'll tell you, let me just go on with this. He can't tell us whether it's escalating
or de-escalating. At least he's being honest here, though. At least he's being honest about that.
So let me tell you about this press conference is supposed to update the American people, give some
sort of rational, give us some sort of rational information about the justification for this war.
What are the objectives? How long is it going to last? What are we expecting to do? It has a
regime changed. Any of those things, you said you were going to blow them up. What is happening
with the negotiations? And then you said we're negotiating and it's great and negotiations are
going really well. But so then what is it? None of that happened. Instead, they spent
this man spent maybe almost two hours with him, the head of the CIA, the head of the joint
chiefs, the defense secretary, taking us through, walking us step by step by step about an
operation to save an American soldier, which I am great. Thank goodness. I'm so happy for him and
his family. And he is a hero. He is a war hero. Okay? Into story. Stop, print it right there. But
they were using him as a prop to try to change America's sentiment about this war to pull at the
heartstrings of Americans. This poor soldier was lost in whatever in the woods and in the
in behind enemy lines and the enemy was creeping up and he was hiding in the American military
from 40 miles away could see him. And then I, I, I, I gave the go ahead for the operation. I went
and I did it as if he was wearing combat boots and went into the whatever territory desert jungle
land wherever it was that the soldier was mountain was a mountainous region. And he got and he
went and retrieved the soldier himself. That's what this was about. And so that the American
people could go, oh my gosh, look how great America is the best fighting military men in the world.
In the meantime, this is supposed to be about updating us on the war and when Americans can see
some relief and when we're going to stop killing innocent people. And why are we here in the first
place? The American military and especially our special operations units do these type of
rescues all the time. This is nothing new. We're very proud that they do it. But to use them as a
prop to change public sentiment is just beyond disgusting. And maybe you didn't see that as you
were watching it. This was all stage craft from this president and this administration.
The, I'm sure the directive was get out there. Tell the story. We have something that we can go with.
We rescued this American, this soldier from behind enemy lines. Everybody get their best rescue
story about this soldier in the American military together. And we're going to go out there. And
that's what we're going to tell the American people because we want to win them over to our side.
And this will get them over on our side. That's what happened. And they did it. And I'm sure some
people are going to fall for it. Maybe you did. Maybe you didn't. I didn't fall for it.
But to say tomorrow night, maybe the night that they blow this country to smithereens.
It's just crazy by targeting by targeting infrastructure, which is a war crime.
Now, this next story that Donald Trump is going to tell you tell me if you think this is real
or if it's like big guy came up to me and said, you know, I just, it sounds like one of those stories
to me. Watch.
Mr. President, you've said Iranians would be mad if you stopped these attacks. But why would they
want you to blow up their infrastructure to cut off their power? Wouldn't that be punishing
Iranians for the actions of the regime? They would be willing just, they would be willing.
And it's suffering. They would be willing to suffer that in order to have freedom.
The Iranians have, you know, we've had numerous intercepts. Please keep bombing.
Bombs that are dropping near their homes. Please keep bombing. Do it. And these are people
that are living where the bombs are exploding. And when we leave and we're not
hitting those areas, they're saying, please come back, come back, come back. These are the people.
I don't know what they do. All I can tell you is they want freedom.
Do you all believe that? Does anybody believe that? And you know, when he's like, when he does
that voice, but he said, please come back. You know what that is. Never happened.
Representative Ansari's family never said she didn't say that that her family was one
and more bombs, more bombing. She said the exact opposite. She's on the oversight committee.
People on the intelligence committee say we were negotiating with Iran. She said the same thing.
And then we started bombing the country. And then on this holiest of holy days, Donald Trump
yesterday tweeting out a message saying he's going to blow a country to smithereens and then
insults the people of Iran and Muslims by saying praise be to Allah. But he is God to answer to
and he thinks he knows exactly what God wants. At least that's what he said during the press conference.
You said glory be to God in this conflict. Do you believe like God supports the United States
actions? I do because God is good because God is good. And God wants to see people
taking care of God. Doesn't like what's happening. I don't like what's happening. Everyone says I
enjoy. I don't enjoy this. I don't enjoy it. These two guys don't enjoy it. You know, people say,
oh boy, they're so tough. They don't want they don't like. I don't like seeing people kill.
I've ended eight wars. Nobody's ever done it. The person who won the Nobel Prize came to me and said,
you deserve the Nobel Prize. She announced that when they announced they said,
it goes to Maria. She's a great person. Really a good person. She said, no, no, no. This is ridiculous.
They gave me the Nobel Prize. President Trump aimed at eight wars. I could go over every one of them,
including India and Pakistan.
I know. I'm sorry. It hurts to hear. What?
I'm telling you something's wrong with this man. I've been saying that for a while. I just hate
to keep saying it over and over, but something is up with this man. Now, we're still fighting this
war. But he's saying that we already won the war. We've blown them to smithereens. All of the
things except we're still there. And the Iranian people are still there. Their infrastructure seems
to still be there. They're still lobbying. They still look. It looks like they have some munitions.
According to him, the soldier was in behind enemy lines and there was lots of firepower and
endanger. But how is that possible when you blown all of that away and you were supposed to do that
last summer? And then you say you're negotiating with them, but yet you cannot communicate with them
because you've blown away all of their communications. Like, it just doesn't make sense, watch.
The biggest problem we have in our negotiation is that they can't communicate. They said,
to Steve, what are they saying? Sir, they can't communicate. They have no method of communication.
So we're doing, we're communicating like they used to communicate 2,000 years ago with children
bringing a note back and forth. They have no communication. Okay, y'all look.
How do I say this? So we're, Donald Trump does this so much where he just acts like a lunatic
that it has become normal. And just think about in any other time that we've lived in,
let's think about Barack Obama being president. This is just somebody of the two most recent
presidents other than him. If they had gotten up and they had done some sort of performance like this,
like what on earth would we be saying right now? Be like, oh my god. Did you, honey, did you hear that?
Has Barack lost his mind? What has gotten into Barack? Something's going on.
Michelle needs to take him to the hospital or have a talk with him. Like you'd be saying something
and Republicans, we'd be calling for impeachment in the 25th Amendment.
But this man gets in front of cameras at the biggest, the biggest pulpit in the world, he's got
the bully pulpit. The biggest microphone in the world from the briefing room, he gets up there
and he just rattles on and on about bullshit, non sequiturs,
admits that he wants to do war crimes, threatens war crimes.
And then he talked about in this press briefing about Venezuela and they used it. He and Pete
Hegg said, use it as an example to show the might of America and how we carried out these missions
and how they got Maduro, except they haven't been able to do it with Iran.
But they use those as examples and he said, you know, that was, well, that was the thing that he
thought would happen. He thought that he could go in like Venezuela and then boom, it would be over
and but he's got another thing coming. In the Iranian people were like, you got another thing coming
mister, we're not going to let it happen. But since he used that example, he said because it's so
great what he did, by the way, he didn't stop eight wars. That was a, that's a bull fucking
bullface line. He floated that he could learn, if he could learn Spanish, that he could run for
president of Venezuela. But to the victor belong this well. So we haven't heard, we haven't heard
that in I think maybe hundreds of years now with Venezuela and we just say, you understand,
the people of Venezuela, they say if I ran for president of Venezuela, I'm pulling higher than
anybody has ever pulled in Venezuela. So after I'm finished with this, I can go to Venezuela.
I will quickly learn Spanish. It won't take too long. I'm good at language and I will go to
Venezuela. I'm going to run for president. We're very happy with you. Please pause it. Did he say
I'm good at language? I'm missed. I mean, he is funny. I was saying he should take that on the
road, but he doesn't have to, because he can just call a press briefing. But that's just funny.
He knows language. He's good at language. Come on, man. Keep going.
Select that we have right now. The, the, the people that are running it, if you remember Bush
with Iraq, they fired the generals, they fired the police, they fired the people that worked in
their equivalent of the White House, they fired everybody. And you know what they had? They had a
mess. And you know what happened? ISIS formed. Those generals and those soldiers got together.
The police got together. They all got together. They formed ISIS. Not going to happen with us.
So Venezuela has been an incredible, it's been an incredible situation. We went in. We were
very successful, military power like nobody's ever seen. The general, Venezuela in general said,
I was on that site. I said, I've never seen ferocity like that. I've been doing this for 40 years.
He said, I've never seen it. They, they hit us from 17 different. It was, they were all set.
They saw that big, beautiful aircraft carrier, the Ford in their case. And planes were pouring
off at one o'clock in the morning. So typically when you see that late at night, you know, you could
be in trouble, right? And we were all ready. They had their equipment. It was Russian and they had
Chinese equipment. It was all set. They were going to give us a fight. He said, and then they came,
and they came at speeds like we've never seen. And they came at 17 different angles. The general
and his people, that was a lot of angles. They hit him from every angle. He said, we knew it was over
in three minutes. We were waiting for him. Their equipment didn't work. And there's a reason it
didn't work. Some day we'll explain that to people. They pressed the button. Nothing happened.
They pressed it again and again. Nothing happened. Is this sources and methods?
Donald Trump is giving away sources and methods. Yeah, they jammed them. I mean, you know that,
but do you want to say that out loud? And I think that was some, I think one of the, I think it
was General Kane, the chairman of the joint. She was like, I would like not to give that information
away, sir, because that would be sources and methods. And I think he gave some of that away now.
He goes, and they were jamming them. And they were, they could, they pressed the button and
nothing happens. Yeah. That's the same way that they were opening people's car doors in Minnesota.
What do you think were dumb? It's the same way that you block the internet at the White House.
You can block the internet from someone's home. We know that you can do that.
You're not supposed to be doing it, but you do it. People aren't stupid.
They know what's going on. But to be bragging about it and giving it away and a press briefing is
just being, this man should not be president of the United States. I'm sorry. He is dumb.
Dumb. And then he has the nerve to, to he slammed South Korea. He slammed Japan. But guess who he
praises? Kim Jong-un, North Korea. Think of it. It's not just NATO. You know,
we'll still help us. South Korea didn't help us. You know, we'll still help us. Australia didn't
help us. You know, we'll still help us. Japan. We've got 50,000 soldiers in Japan to protect them
from North Korea. We have 45,000 soldiers in South Korea to protect us from Kim Jong-un,
who I get along with very well, as you know. Do you notice? He said very nice things about me.
He used to call Joe Biden a mentally retarded person, okay? So don't tell me about your stuff.
Joe Biden, he said he's a mentally retarded person. He was so nasty to Joe Biden. He was terrible.
But to me, he likes Trump. And you notice how nice things are with North Korea. It's very nice.
I'm going to say it again. As someone said in the thing, what the, I mean, do I really need to say
anything? This man is nuts. And they have to know he's, they have to. If someone in your family
was like that, you would take their car keys away at the very minimum.
It's crazy. North Korea is positioning to align more with the U.S. rather than Iran. Watch.
North Korea appears to be quietly pulling back from longtime partner Iran,
while keeping its options open with the United States. That's according to South Korean lawmakers
on Monday after they were briefed by the country's intelligence agency. Seoul's National Intelligence
Service, or NIS, said Pyongyang hasn't sent weapons or supplies to Iran since the war began
in late February. And as stayed notably silent, after Iran's supreme leader Ayatoll Ali Kamene was
killed in airstrikes. North Korea also did not congratulate Kamene's son after he was named Iran's
new leader. While China and Russia have spoken out repeatedly on the conflict, Pyongyang has
issued just two tone-down statements so far and has avoided direct criticism of U.S. President Donald
Trump. The NIS believes that restraint is deliberate, aimed at preserving diplomatic space ahead
of the summit between Chinese President Xi Jinping and Trump in May. At the same time, South Korean
intelligence says the war is adding to pressure on North Korea's economy, forcing Pyongyang to
look beyond Iran for support. Park Sun-wan is a member of the South Korean Parliament's Intelligence
Committee. North Korea is also facing significant economic difficulties due to the war in the Middle
East. They are experiencing setbacks in securing industrial supplies, rising prices, and soaring
exchange rates. And with these circumstances, they are making moves to secure additional oil
from Russia. Intelligence officials say Kim Jong-un's recent comments about getting along
with the U.S. point to a calculated move, positioning North Korea for talks with Washington.
Once the Middle East conflict calms down.
Support comes from Sundays for dogs. Look at my dog back there. If you're like me, you care about
what you feed your dog. You want it to be real food, not a bunch of stuff you can't pronounce.
But the problem is, fresh food usually means a lot of work, and that's why I like Sundays. It's
real, air-dried dog food made with meat, fruits, and vegetables, no fillers, no weird ingredients,
and it's created by a vet who wanted something better. And the part that I really like,
it's easy. You just scoop and serve, no fridge, no prep, and you actually notice a difference,
more energy, better coat, just healthier overall. Your dog deserves that. So go to
Sundaysfordogs.com slash Don 50. And get 50% off of your first order. You get it? That's
Sundaysfordogs.com slash Don 50. Right, boomer? See? He agrees. Support comes from 120
life. There's a health issue. A lot of people don't even realize they have high blood pressure.
Now, I've been paying more attention to my own numbers lately because you don't really feel it
until it becomes serious. Half of all adults haven't, a lot don't know it. That's the problem.
So here's a simple move. You check your numbers. Stop guessing, okay? That's why I like 120
life. It is a once a day drink made with super fruit juices that help support healthy blood pressure.
It's not a pill. It's not chalky. It's easy to make part of your routine and consistency really,
really matters. Try it for two weeks. Measure before and after. You have to get a home monitoring test.
Measure before and after. See the difference for yourself. Go to 120LIFE.com and use the code Don
for 20% off. That's 120 life.com and use the code Don for 20% off. Now I need to tell you
the statements have not been approved by the FDA. Always, always, always check with your doctor
and thank you to our sponsors. Thank you so much to our sponsors. They keep this show powered. Okay,
so back to the lunacy of this afternoon. It's just of the last two years. Maybe it's the last 10
years, but something's got to give here because Donald Trump, again, is reiterating what he has been
saying. That he's just going to get rid of the country and he's going to blow the country
back to the Stone Ages. Okay. But we're giving them, we're giving them to tomorrow,
eight o'clock Eastern time and after that, they're going to have no bridges. They're going to have
no power plants. Stone ages, yeah. I mean, again, do I really need to say anything?
You know who I don't, I don't understand anything because the reporter asked him dead on. I was
shocked, but I was happy. They asked about his mental health and should his mental health be
examined. Yesterday in your truth social, you called the Iranians crazy bastards.
What is your response to critics who say that is your mental health that should perhaps be
examined as this war continued? I haven't heard that, but if that's the case, you're going to have
to have more people like me because our country was being ripped off on trade or everything
for many years until I came along. So if that's the case, you're going to have to have more
people die. She got it. Someone finally asked him and then he did it by saying, hey,
look, if they're crazy, then they're just going to have to be crazy like me or crazier.
Now, you know how Donald Trump, like how he feels about the press, right? He doesn't like the press,
you know, with this administration is doing to reporters and journalists, right? You know,
what they're doing to media organizations, you know, that they're arresting reporters for doing
their jobs. Trump floats jailing whoever leaked information about the down planes,
whoever leaked it, meaning a news organization that they're going to try to prosecute them,
or I think he says, do it or go to jail. Here it is. But these two extraordinary rescues,
because it was too. And as you probably know, we didn't talk about the first one for an hour.
Then somebody leaked something, which will hopefully find that leaker. We're looking very hard
to find that leaker and talked about there's somebody missing. They basically said that
we have one in this somebody missing. Well, they didn't know there was somebody missing until
this leaker gave the information. So whoever it was, we think we'll be able to find it out,
because we're going to go to the media company that released it. And we're going to say,
National Security, give it up or go to jail. And we know who, and you know who we're talking about,
because some things you can't do, because when they did that, all of a sudden,
the entire country of Iran knew that there was a pilot that was somewhere on their land
that was fighting for his life. And it also made it much more difficult for the pilots and for
the people going in to search for him. All of a sudden, they know that there's somebody out there
that see all these planes coming in. It became a much more difficult operation.
Because a leaker leaked that we have one, we've rescued one, but there's another one out there
that we're trying to get. So actually, the country, Iran, put out a major notice, you all saw it,
offering a very big award for anybody that captures the pilot. So in addition to a hostile,
very talented, very good, very evil military, we had millions of people trying to get an award. So
when you add that to it, but we have to find that leaker, because that's a sick person.
Probably didn't realize the extent of how bad it was. I can't imagine that person did,
but we're going to find out it's national security. And the person that did the story
will go to jail if he doesn't say, and that doesn't last long. And I think everybody would understand
that they put this mission at great risk. They put that man at great risk, and they put the hundreds
of people that went in looking for him, because everyone now knows that we're going in.
That says a lot about the mentality of this administration.
That they feel that there's nothing that they should not be able to do,
that they can use the Justice Department to be able to do whatever they want, whether it is lawful
or not, whether it breaks the law or tradition or any of that. And they will try. They will try.
And the news organizations are so nervous about being sued by Donald Trump about lawsuits.
That they will, whatever they need to do, they may, they may give up that reporter,
they may give up the information, even though it is the American people need to know, we have a free
press here. We have a free press in this country. That's what separates us from Iran.
The question should be, why was this man in harm's way for an unjustified unlawful war?
And the press is not, did not, would not put that man in harm's way. The press did not
threaten to take that man's life. That happened because you sent him to war, Donald Trump,
that you cannot even rationalize or justify.
But Donald Trump says, you know, God is watching all of us, and God was watching him,
and God knows all these things. Now, Donald Trump claims to know what God knows. I don't know.
God knows why he thinks that he knows what God knows.
helicopters, when you look at the amount of bullets and everything else that they took,
when you go into these areas, you don't come out like we came out. God was watching us.
Well, it was the Easter, we were in an Easter territory, I guess, but God was watching us.
Amazing. God said, yeah, so God was watching us. We were in Easter territory. God was watching us.
Well, Donald Trump isn't the only one talking about the war. First lady is talking about the war.
At an Easter egg roll, claiming that this war is for children, the children of Iran.
But you blew up two schools.
Do you blew up two schools? You blew up a school, but I think there was one school,
and then there was like a girl school, and they both happened on the same day. But you're protecting kids.
Yeah, yeah, that's where we are right now. That's where we are in this country right now.
Well, I don't know what to say to y'all. Seriously, I'm in a loss for words over this,
and we mean it. I think we mean it. I think we that this man is going to get us all killed
to justify his own unjustifiable war or any of his actions. We're in a very, very, very, very,
very dangerous time. Because as I told you guys from the beginning, when this started,
of this wag the dog, when we went into it, when we bombed Iran, I said, war is the last thing.
That's the last stop on the train to a obliteration bill. The last stop on the train to
annihilation, world annihilation. Because after that, what more can you do?
To get the cameras to turn away from the obscene files and your flagging poll numbers and
your the price of things that you promised, like all of the lies that you
have said and all the things that you promised and that you lied about, that you're not capable of
doing. When you go to war, when you try to wag the dog, and then that doesn't work, what's the next thing?
