Let go of and particularly, I would suggest you do whatever you like, but I would suggest

something that does not serve you, something that doesn't support you, help you be at your

best, something that is weighing you down.

In some way, shape or form, whether that's something physical, maybe it's a belief, a

thought, I don't know, whatever that thing is, release it and let it go fully, truly from

not only the thing itself, but from your heart, from your mind, how many times do we hold

on to those things that don't serve us?

And even though we might let them go, we cancel that appointment, we take that off our

plate, while it's not physically there anymore, we hold on to it emotionally.

And if you are letting go of something emotional or mental those thoughts and words like,

You can mourn a little bit.

You can take some time, but then totally let it go, release it, because all that was

doing was holding you down.

And if you even stay connected to it, even in the light way, those emotional ties, I'm

not judging you, I'm not saying necessarily that it's good or bad, but what I've noticed

is that they hold us back.

And I've done this, I've struggled with it at times, or I've taken things off my schedule

or removed things from my life, and I'm still emotionally connected to it.

And even though I know that I've let it go, I still struggle with it.

So it's a work of progress, right?

It takes time, takes effort, but I'll tell you, once you fully let go, you fully release

it, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, whatever, all the ways you release it.

It's so incredibly freeing, and it's like the tethers that hold down that hot air balloon.

Finally let go, and then the hot air balloon can rise.

Well, the same thing happens in our life when we release and let go of those things that

do not serve us any longer, well, we start to rise, because we let go of those weights.

So what's something you are going to release today?

Something you can let go of today, and going forward.

The choice is yours.

So take some time, evaluate, look at what's going on in your life, with your calendar, with

your mind, and you know, mindset, the thoughts, the words, and beliefs, all those things.

And just pick one thing, don't pick 20, don't pick five, don't even pick two.

Let's just keep it simple, and pick one.

Pick one thing to release.

Free yourself from that weight.

All right, so I'll give you a couple of seconds here, and think it over, and if you need

more time, you can hit pause, you can think about it afterwards, that's fine.

But I'm going to give you a couple of seconds, see if you could pick one thing to release.

All right, I'll give you about 10 seconds or so, okay, it's about 10 seconds.

Hopefully you're able to pick one thing now, I invite you to take that thing, visualize

it in your mind, and then as you visualize it, place it in your hand in front of you.

Take it, crumple it up, like you're making a fist, and just crumple it up, and throw

it on the ground, and then visualize, imagine yourself walking away from it, release it.

It does not serve you.

So go forth throughout the day, being free of it, do whatever you need to do, canceling

it, taking off your calendar, whatever you need to do to totally remove it, but let it

And if it ever comes back, what should it happen at times when I come back, like, oh,

Nope, nope, we're done with you, I appreciate you, I appreciate the reminder, but we're

Nope, this isn't, not me, I'm not focusing on that, this is what I'm focusing on.

And keep moving forward, you will see and feel a positive shift, I could promise you,

if you do that and you fully release it, you will see and feel a positive shift, it's
