messenger today is Sunday Sunday Sunday Sunday Sunday. Sunday, baby. Listen, we're going to get

down with it and I am going to get up with it. How about that? How about that? Listen, y'all. It is

Sunday Sunday Sunday Sunday. We're going to level up. It is January, January, January. It's still the

top of January, y'all. It is January 11, 2026. It is Sunday all night long. It is 7 p.m. on the

center standard time zone and 8 p.m. on the eastern standard time zone. Y'all know what I'm going to

say? The eastern standard time zone is the time zone. There are rocks, my socks, I'll run it.

You got to push it up to the ATL to my own team. Listen, listen, listen. Y'all know I got a

life that's a hold on. You know, keep your shoes and your socks on. Hold on, hold on, hold on.

Listen, y'all. It's time to level up. It is time to level up. It is level up Sunday. A lot of

times people talk about leveling up and they don't know how to level up. So they do everything they

possibly can to try and level up. So listen, you guys not been talking about make your go,

you don't make your go. And then you got to set your go and make your go. And so that's what I've

been talking about is setting your goal. But it's not really life is not about just making goals and

make it goals. You know, writing down on the paper or having a vision board. That is not what it's

about. It is about taking your time. I believe in taking time. I know a lot of people like to push and

hurry. They got to hurry up and try to make something happen. You know, and when you try and make

something happen, you're going to get a big fat mess. You need to take your time. Take your time.

Take your time. So listen, the life lesson is this for 2026. We're going to write down our goals.

I want you to write down your goals as well. You're going to set your goals and we're going to make

our goals, right? So we've got January, then we got 11 more months. That's a nice time. Depending

on what your goal is. So my goals, I have a few goals of my own. I am looking currently looking for

some funding, some funding to take a few classes. I'm a very transparent. So that's my goal. That's

my goal for this year to find funding to finish my program. So that's that's my goal. And I'm very

excited. I'm very excited about very excited about. So listen, listen, you guys. So that is a

life lesson, very easy, simple to the point 123. We're leveling up. We're going to level up. We're

not going to look behind us. We're going to look in front of us and we're going to set our goals

and we're going to make our goal. So what is your goal? You know, just having a mind, you know,

think it over. Think on something that you've been thinking about doing, but you have not done.

Sometimes those goals are the easiest to try to reach first. It's something you've been thinking

about doing, but you haven't set out to do it. Let's start with that one. Let's start with that one.

Let's start with that goal. Something you've had on your mind. You've been thinking about doing it

maybe for a couple of months or maybe for the past year, maybe you thought about something

all of 2025, but you never really set out to do it. So let's set out to do it this year.

Set out to do it this year. So what's that one thing? Start with one. Don't make a whole bunch of

goals. Just one. One at a time. One at a time. Make one goal, one goal, one goal, one goal, one goal,

one goal. And then you got to write down the steps of what it's going to take you to accomplish that

goal. Okay. So listen, I got some really great music. I got some great level up music, y'all.

I reached back a little bit and got some old songs that I haven't heard or played in a while,

and I'm going to play them right now. Some really great songs. I said, hmm, I haven't played Mr.

Pope Pain in a while. I'm addicted. Y'all know, I always got a story. I got a little

throw irritation if I don't sound as jazzed up or as energized. That's why that's why. So

the song I was like you know I remember I don't know maybe some of you guys have had a

relationship where you felt just so addicted to this person and I was thinking about this

one individual and I normally y'all know very transparent I say that all the time all the

time because I'm an open book and got no secrets so listen I was working for a

Mary Tech way back in the day y'all remember that company a Mary Tech I was working

for a Mary Tech anyway anyway I was a temp and I had been working it for a while and

there was another young man that they brought in was a temp and I'm telling you a

Mary Tech was a very messy company I can tell you that much very messy a lot of bills it

was just horrible it was very horrible and so we were in the conference room and we were

getting the bills together we had everyone had five states to work on remember I was

working on state of Ohio Ohio and so was he and then we had all these bills for state

of Ohio and we were talking and talking and talking and anyway make a long story short

we got entangled with one another and y'all know what I mean we got entangled we started

going out to lunch he'd be like oh are you ready to go lunch I'm ready to go lunch y'all

know how to start you're just going to lunch just going to lunch so me and my best girlfriend

Kathy with the three of us would all go out to lunch it was me and Kathy and Derek we

go out to lunch not Derek his name was Mark we would go out to lunch every day and so

we got this little thing going and listen one day they put him from they took him off of the

bills and they put him in the computer room so one day comes out of the computer room he's an

agent come on in the computer room goes in the computer room we get this shit check long story short

we got really entangled I mean like movie on the movies on the film entangled I mean it was

it wasn't really really wow so listen but it was fun it was a lot of fun it had a lot of fun with

him it was great a lot of fun and Kathy would always say would you guys just just stop it just stop it

we didn't care we'd be out driving around we'd just be into it she said what's it guys just stop

I don't know if you guys have ever experienced that will you just like chemistry when you're

around that person it's just like you're just all in I don't know if you ever experienced it's really

it was a lot of fun so anyway I got some more great music for you I'm not going to keep you on

this Sunday evening that that mark was something else and let me take this he had he didn't have the

nerve he didn't have he was living way out and I think it was country club hills I think it was

country club hills and I was in the city on the west side he couldn't he couldn't get up the nerve

he wanted us to live together and so he sent our we had a friend in common Kim that worked at

a merit tech too he sent her and Kim says Adrian she comes around to the dash this is I got to talk

to you I mean watch out just tell me right here she's like no let's let's go out out of the office

it's just I got to ask you something I said I'm like what what's going on it's just says well

Mark wants to know if he can move in with you for a little while I'm like what I just what I

says how no he can't live with me you know what I mean it's one thing to be in tango with somebody

and work but that gets kind of messy you know that would be real messy but no he can't live with me

no no no no so so that was the end of that that was the end of that so listen got another great song
