So when those immigrants come to America, they are told commanded by crackers in America to hate black Americans,

Do not allow those black Africans from the continent of Africa to come here, ally ship with the hot knights and then disrespect back black Americans. You will hear some of those black Africans say, oh, the Nigerians are smarter than black Americans they are more prosperous than black Americans more successful than black Americans. Then what about the Nigerians in the country of Nigeria?

It isn't true what these immigrants are saying about black Americans. They are replicating, repeating stuff that crackers have told them, taught them to do because crackers cannot change.
