A Moment with Joni Eareckson Tada — Little Josiah's Heart. Machine-transcribed; use the interactive transcript above to jump the player to any line.
Hi, I'm Johnny Erickson Tata. It's amazing what a child with great faith can do. Second Kings tells of young Josiah who was only eight years old when he became King of Israel. The people had drifted from God's commands, but it was little Josiah's heart for the God's word that led to religious reformation in Israel. The people of God were now on a new path of obedience. Well, I recently heard of a preschool boy in Texas who wanted to collect wheelchairs for our wheels for the world outreach, quite a goal for a four-year-old, but get this. With the help of their parents in just one month, 15 preschoolers in the class collected enough for 176 wheelchairs. Wow. Like Josiah, this boy's faith encouraged others to do good works, so never underestimate the faith of a child. See you later at johnnyradio.org again. That's johnnyradio.org.
