It’s the penultimate episode of the Inside Data Centre Podcast from Datacloud Global Congress 2025,Cannes!

Hosts Andy Davis and Rory Flashman are joined by Lizzy McDowell, Marketing Director at Kao Data, and Libby Milne, Project Manager at Buro Four, to discuss their latest partnership in launching the ‘Critical Careers’ campaign, highlighting stories, experiences and contributions from women across the digital infrastructure sector.

It’s all about the community and diversity of women. This episode is all about sharing knowledge, creating equal opportunities, and creating more role models for the women in the industry to express their passion and support for enhancing the data centre market, and to be proud of being amongst others who can inspire and help you thrive.
