Yeah, how did how did you know your vision of how training camp would go and proceed to go compared to how it actually went It was solid You know you have the ups and downs of camps obviously But I think overall you look from start to finish If I made a lot of progression in the areas that I was looking to Just got to keep keep pushing on that early in the season. Yeah, I think when we talked you said you put on some weight and and run defense Set in the edge was a big focus point for you. Did you see that actually show up on the field? Yeah, yeah, I definitely felt a lot more comfortable in the run game Just getting used to more like the NFL schemes like knowing the looks knowing What's about to come and then just obviously fundamentals and technique? So I mean last year is rookie you guys had a lot of young edges like hanging around like Jamie and Jared and others guys aren't here, and so it's a little bit different than it was last year. How does that feel? Yeah, it's it's a bittersweet

1:07You know, obviously you get to see guys like Ivy go get opportunity in Atlanta. So that's awesome You know, I was gonna go out there and do his thing. It's weird. It's it's a weird business. You see guys come in and out You know you have relationships with those guys Just some CM leaves tough but also for some of them they're good opportunities So you're happy for them at the same time. So what are you most looking forward to as this season kind of gets underway? Yeah, I think just just being a lot more comfortable this year kind of know it's coming Just kind of go out there and play free and just play football ultimately If you could go back and talk to Conno Toul from a year ago and give him one piece of advice. What would it be? Yeah, just yeah, I saw that Just slow down just slow down and go play fast. Don't worry about so many things just you know It's just like one thing you got to worry about and just fly around Just take a breath relax and just go play fast. All right congrats, man. Thank you.
