Prisons are used to keep dangerous people away from society. When someone commits a crime and they’re deemed a danger to others, we have to house them somewhere so they don’t have access to the general population. Of course, now you have a large building full of only the worst people on the planet and things can get a bit dicey. Most of the time, prisons have adequate security in order to keep the criminals at bay. Sometimes though, the animals break free of their cages.
