People start next Thursday governor says 400 New York school districts will offer thousands of new pre K seats as part of the state's multi year expansion. Small business administration head Kelly Laffler was in Queens yesterday meeting with Bodega owners. We've gone to court now in a bid to stop the city-owned stores. They worry that the competition from the city could threaten their businesses.

11:13We've reached out to city hall for a response. The city has previously said that its five stores won't put other neighborhood stores out of business, but they seem to feel differently about that. Well after yet another incident involving a carriage horse in Central Park, animal advocates are once again asking, what is somebody going to do something about this? The horse is okay after a trip and fell. The carriage union says it became antsy and impatient. In the video, you can see the horse when he does get up, it's in a very unnatural, painful way.
