Man's Body Found in Stillwater Pond, Investigation Underway
A man's body turned up and still waterpons state park in Torrenton on Friday.
Firefighters fished it out of the water around 7.30 pm, and state officials jumped right
on it.
The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection confirmed the details through their spokesperson.
Their environmental conservation police kicked off an investigation into the death right
away.
Torrenton police chipped in to help with the recovery effort.
No word yet on who the man was since they're waiting to notify his family first.
