Manitoba man charged with murder in deaths of common-law partner, children and teen

Tragedy has struck a small Manitoba community with the deaths of five people. A woman, a teen girl and three small children were all killed over the weekend, and the partner of the woman and father of the three kids has been charged in their deaths.
