This is the Tom Harbin program. Tom Trump is promising revenge against Kristen Walcker. How dare she on Meet the Press. On the Meet the Press she said that Trump has failed in recent weeks following a string of primary losses. What she was talking about was that four of the people that he endorsed for governor lost their primaries and two that he had backed for Congress lost their primaries. Trump on the other hand goes to his Nazi infested social media scam site and says, how can anybody be allowed to say this working for freely given public airwaves results are attached because of this purposefully inaccuracy she will be reported to the FCC for rebuke or punishment.

I mean, you can just see spit flying from his lips as he's dictating this to Natalie while she's leaning against his chest no doubt. He goes out to say, unfortunately she's not the only one. The radical left uses going out of their way to harass demean and libel anything Trump. Yeah. This is really pathetic. And now, you know, he's got just a complete Craven licks battle at the FCC, Brendan Carr, this guy who is the chief guy at the FCC. We're going to need to wait a day or three to see, you know, if he jumps into action, there we go again. Meanwhile, Google Maps goes along with Trump's name change. The billionaires who own Google have decided to cave into Trump as billionaires generally do. Apple, interestingly, has not renamed Lake Ontario to Lake America. Ontario, by the way, is the is the windat word, the windat part of the Howden,

OC Confederacy, the earthquake Confederacy, is the windat word for beautiful or large lake, a large, beautiful lake. And on on Terry, uh oh, is the actual windat word. So people are going on social media. Why does he just start naming everything after his friends? I mean, if the billionaires at Google will go along with it, you know, somebody says, so Lake Ontario, that's gone. Lake America, though, this is Trump, he said it in TikTok. He says, so now we have the lake, now we have the golf, because we have the golf America, now we have Latin America without the OV. Thank you very much, everybody. Enjoy Lake America. MapQuest says, now we're not going to go along with this. And Apple so far has not yet come in. And then Trump releases this weird video with Donald Duck, Canada Geese with Trump Air and machine guns. I think the guy is losing. You're listening to the Tom Hartman program, although many would argue he lost a long

ago. What's say you, I'll pick up the calls on the other side of the break, stick around. And welcome back, Alfredo and Mountain View, California, hell, Fredo, what's on your mind today? Hi Tom, good morning. Yes, the Democrats stick the house. How about Congress passing a bill that will force or make Trump pay for building this ballroom? Because he promised that not taxpayer money was going to be used to build this. And then he flip up, took all the money that was donated by his body billionaires, pocketed and then he is stiffing the taxpayers with building this. So what do you think about that? You can call it the Make Trump Keep His Promises Act of 2026 or 2027. He's coming in for a lot. Which he's been convicted of on more than one occasion, his university, his real estate

empire. Yeah, yeah. No, I get it. I don't think it's a terrible idea. I think it's a great idea, Alfredo. Yeah, thank you for your thoughts. Sure. I appreciate it. Okay, good time, Eddie. Thanks for the call. You know, Augustine Florida, Bill, what's on your mind today? Hi, Tom. How are you? I'm great, but I'll get better. How about you? I'm okay. I have three simple questions to ask you. I saw on a YouTube channel the other day that the United States government holds either 24 or 27 trillion dollars of stocks and bonds. Why can't we use the dividends and selling off these stocks to pay down the national debt exclusively for the national debt? That's first question. Well, hang on, hang on. Just let's just take these one at a time. We don't hold stocks. I mean, the Fed sometimes buys stocks, but that's like a whole separate thing. What we hold are bonds and we don't hold the bonds.

Actually, the bonds are held mostly by billionaires in other countries and other countries, not in other countries. And those are called treasuries. So we issue the bonds. And their IOUs, we issue the IOUs. We don't own them. So whoever said that was mistaken. Okay. I was hoping that it was true. Second question. Why does the King Jeffries have to be, if we win the elections, why would he have to be the Speaker of the House when we have Rokhan and Mark Polkhan, Jermino and I, J.I.P.O., or Jamie Raskin, who would be better speakers of the House? Yeah. I agree. I don't, he doesn't have to be. There will be an election. There will be probably some politicking around the election. But the institutional Democratic Party is fully behind him. And the billionaires who, and the big corporations who fund the corporate wing of the Democratic Party, which is about half of our elected Democrats, are solidly behind him.

So I think the odds are really, really high that Hickim Jeffries will be the Speaker. And I also think there's a good chance he'll do a very good job. I mean, he was, this is a guy who was tutored by Nancy Pelosi, who did an excellent job as Speaker of the House, even though she was also a corporate funded Democrat. So I'm not, you know, I'm not a fan of Hickim Jeffries in that regard. I think he's an okay guy. He represents this district well. And that's up to the people in this district. But I would much rather see a Speaker of the House who is a real fighter. But I think Bill, it's also possible that he'll turn himself into one, you know, the guy, everybody's capable of reinvention these days. So let's just hang on and see how it plays out. Bill, thanks for the, you know, this is a great conversation for us to have next December, you know, if we take the House. Bill, thanks for the call. We'll be back in just a moment. Stay with us.

Sex, money, and revenge. That's where the road begins and ends. Take the power, feed the rage, turn a country to a cage. Sex, money, and revenge. Break the rules and punish friends when the nation serves one man. That's how democracy is in. Prosecutors turn to knives, billionaires buy better lives. Silence those who won't obey. Steel tomorrow while we pay. You've gotten to burn. Russia learned power taking bridges burned America don't look away. What we lose may choose to stay. Sex, money, and revenge. Power without consequence. Not his country. Not his throne America is not his own sex, money, and revenge.

This is where we make our stand no more kings no more lies. Democracy survives. John and Pendleton Oregon, hey John, what's on your mind today? Since we're having a little bit of word fight with Canada, Canada can really do a sucker punch on this if they really want to, obviously, with electricity and some extreme northern parts of the United States gets some of their power from Canada. Here in the Pacific Northwest they can mess with the Columbia River, which originates in British Columbia. That's right. Columbia Lake is what's called and they could mess with that. And the snake river from Alberta. Yes, very good. But the whole thing, I don't know if they will do that, but if they did, I think the

Columbia broadcasting company should blast the song, Who's Sorry Now by Connie Francis. Except the CBS is owned by a Apple baby billionaire. Yeah, but I don't know why that got through my brain, but it's just a little bit like we can do this. You can't do anything to us, but we can do it to you. It's pathetic. It's just pathetic. This is our second largest trading partner in the world behind China. I understand, man. You know, if foot mate, bullet, I mean, he's just shooting himself in the foot. He's shooting us to the foot. I mean, he doesn't care. He's worth $6 billion now of ill gotten gains, most of which he worked on from his peeps and the rest of which he got from shakes in the Middle East. Well, the most depressing part, we still have about 19 months of this of him.

I know. I know. I know. I know. I know everybody's probably. Yeah, it can't go away. I just thought, you know, that would be a, you know, like an interesting thing that Canada could do. You know, on that just blurred out. Well, they've got it. Yeah, they've kind of suggested that they, I mean, you know, yes, they could mess with our rivers here even more easily. They could just cut off electricity or tear off the electricity going to the five or six northeastern states that rely very, very heavily on Canadian power. So there's a lot of damage they could do if they really wanted to play hardball. John, thanks for the call. Barry in Long Island, New York, hey, Barry, what's on your mind today? Hey, Tom, I'm just calling to see if the most incredible thing rattled your cage. The most incredible thing. Oh, yeah. I thought it was interesting. I don't recall all the details now, but I did look it up. Well, I'd refresh my memory here. Yeah, it's about a most avillian in this story, commits an outrageous act of destruction.

And to me, that act of destruction was a metaphor for what we're calling the American dream. He destroyed everything that was really cherished by everybody. And he got to, and he was rewarded. And my whole message to you is this metaphor. It's not a cute story about some idiot's wardrobe. All right, this is serious stuff. Yeah, this was a Hans Christian Anderson short story. It was a very short, short story by the way. Well, yeah, well, but I mean, I got caught up this week before I could tell you that what we really need is a way to go back there and have everybody who's trying to activate people who are not involved and think that they're isolated and they can't do anything. And everybody has to do anything. A whole majority has to get involved. It's not all of us, Barry. I agree. Thank you.

I said no thanks, Donald. We won't let you inside. We used to share maple and trust across the line. Now you're riding us like Alaska in 59. Mark Carney stepped up with a bankers grin. No trade deals with fascists. We won't let you win. We won the crowd with a voice so clear. America wants our forests, our water, our beer. Oh, Canada, our friends so true. We used to play fan. Now we're ghost in you. You sent the syrup. We sent you smock, but Trump came along. You took the fog. Now you're locking your borders and shutting your gate.

Guess being neighbors ain't the same when your boys full of hate in here. Canada, Ontario, Canada. Hey, Canada, what's up? Hey, Tom, how are you doing? Good. That's any mine? Hey, I was calling with a comment about Trump in personalization. I guess you called it personal personal. You? Do you remember? Yeah. Do you remember last year when he one morning he was walking around on the roof of the White House? Do you remember that? Yeah, I do. I don't remember the details of it, but I do remember he did that once. Well, I think it was, I think it was on the East Wing before they tore it down. But my point is a reporter called up a question to him, said, what are you doing up there? And his response was, I'm looking for ways to spend more of my money. Which goes really what you were saying. He sees the US government as his own personal position. He said, I'm looking for ways to spend more of my money.

Oh, yeah. No, he thinks he's king. Look up that clip. He thinks he's king and he's behaving like Matt King Ludwig. I mean, you know, when I lived in Germany, I saw there is all of this in Bavaria, you know, he built some beautiful castles. But a lot of people starved. And by the way, also where I live in Ontario, in Niagara Falls, Ontario is in between two of the great lakes, the ones in the South, being Lake Erie. And of course, the ones in the North being Lake Ontario. Right. Right. And you guys have the electricity that, you know, Vermont and New Hampshire and New York and I don't know who else is getting at what Maine and maybe Ohio. There's like five or six states that are buying power from Ontario. And the only way to get chipping, by the way, between those two lakes, between Lake Ontario and Lake Erie is through the well in canal, which is entirely in Canada. That's right. And it's got one million dollars of commerce flow through that canal every year. That's right. And it's like the Panama Canal. It's got five or six locks in it and it's all controlled by the Canadian government.

It's all on Canadian property. And if that lock was closed, you know, basically all of our trade with Africa and Europe would just cease because it all comes in through the, you know, you couldn't get anything out to the Atlantic Ocean. No, I mean, it's wild. Trump is pissing and moaning and squealing and calling names and doing videos of ducks with Donald Trump hairdoes with machine guns coming to blow up Ontario or Montreal specifically. And in the meantime, Mark Carney, your premier or prime minister, could easily, you know, cut off our trade with the, you know, all the Atlantic-based nations by closing those locks. He could, he could brown out the cities of five states by cutting off our power, you know, your power. And, and, you know, if he really wanted to play hardball, he could cut off the tar sands oil that's flowing through the XL key line. So Keystone XL pipeline. So amazing, amazing.

Yeah. Ken, thank you. Well said. Nobody in Canada wants any of that. No, I get it. Thank you. I never forget that. Yeah. Canadians are being good, good citizens and God bless you. Ken, thank you. John in Harlem, New York. Hey, John, what's on your mind today? Well, the theme of the topic for today is about Ontario and Canada and such. And I like the fact that the music that you're white doesn't want to judge yet, that's all Canada. But I tell you, the Canada original term was cantata and the native term, meaning the whole land, the whole land masses, and thinking of it from Alaska all the way down to Africa, they're all flago as being the whole land, cantata. And thinking about that, we have this term America and America, the spooky never-fetched foot in the Eastern whole America. We should all be called cantotanians or something like that. I hear the first on theater song, God bless, Fist, Pucci Land. That's right.

And there's a whole issue which I'm greatly involved with reparations and such and there's a fight for reparations for Lake Arlandaga. But again, New York and that and so and so it's about reparations for this. So the thing of it is that we need to stop the labeling, the maniacal labeling of Trump and he take away his crayons or something else. You know what he's talking about? You know, there's something really ironic about this, John, because Canadians are Americans too. We all live in North America. Exactly. Exactly. He should have named it Lake Donald if he really wanted to. What do you say about renaming the Atlantic Ocean? You know, the Atlantic Ocean is the Max. But the other thing that's interesting is that the folks who are like Miss Zula and such and that and that and this whole interesting thing about all the nature peoples in this side part of the world and that they were all talking about floods and the flooding, they're all happy flood stories and about the emptying out of the glaciers in the end of

the whole. Because they were here. They were here. That is 13,000 years ago. And it is related to, I think it's all related to go back to Tuffy that there was this whole thing of the ending of the whole thing. I mean, the ice age into the whole thing. So we need to think about original history. There you go. There you go. And now we've moved from the Holocene into the Anthropocene where now the climate is determined by us rather than nature, which is pretty damn dangerous stuff. John, thank you. Excellent call. Florindo in Fairfield, Iowa. Hey, Florindo, what's on your mind today? Hi, Tom. Thanks for taking my call. As you know, I'm calling from the capital of the age of enlightenment here in Fairfield, corn country. It's, I know you took Transcendental Meditation a long time ago and I'm still doing it. How do you?

I still meditate. I don't do it as regularly as I used to, but I still meditate. And now I'm increasingly I'm using a little muse headband and EEG headband, but I still do my mantra. Yeah, that sounds cool. It is. I called today to, if you can let me squeeze in a couple of reasons. Sure. For you and your listeners, the first one is this article yesterday's times, D-Portee's recount harrowing journeys to Africa. Oh, yeah. Yeah, I read that. About the interview 10, I guess the Latin Americans mostly were deported to Liberia against their will. They have no ties or connections there. Yeah. It describes violence and. Yeah, this is law punishment. This is the, you know, Adams were, you know, when he said the cruelty is the point, he

was absolutely correct. Well, along the lines in terms of the upcoming election, I just want to mention two other things quickly. One is organization signs of justice, which you can find signs of justice.com. They will fit you with a list of voters, the voted democratic and the presidential, but miss the last midterm. And then sell you postcards to mail them to remind them to vote in the midterm. Oh, sweet. Hi, what's their website? Signs of justice.com. Okay. SI GNS of justice.com. Okay. That's it. Thank you for getting the word out on that. The other one is five calls to we all. Yeah, that's an out. Yeah. Yeah. In the app store. Yeah, they've outfit you with a script to call your representatives about the issues.

And one of the issues on the app right now that you can get the script for is stop a cruelty. So it fits in with this story yesterday. It's a live issue. And your, your representative can read the article in the Times if they're in so inclined and you can talk them into it. Right. But the last thing I wanted to mention as you know is this, this is fantastic book. I stumbled upon in a library sale by Alan Brinkley, who's a historian who wrote this in the 90s called the End of Reform. It's about to change in liberalism from the beginning to the end of the New Deal. You would find it interesting, Tom, because he talks in the beginning about how liberalism was a laissez faire issue in the late 1800s and early 1900s about leaves the government

out of business. All right. That was the liberal interesting now. This was into a physical. It's called the end of reform is the book. Florenda. Yeah. Okay. Florenda, I got to run, but thank you for the call. I appreciate it. It was a great to hear from you. Fascinating stuff. The young man drowns in college bills. The rent goes up. The paycheck dies while fortunes climb into the sky.

They bought the quotes. They bought the laws. They bought the men who got the doors and called it freedom while they stole. The middle class from working souls, but there comes a point when enough is enough. When people remember the country belongs to us. We need a new deal rising like thunder through this land. A living wage, a fighting union. And power in working hands. Robbert in Austin, Texas. Hey, Robert, what's on your mind? I ran into a guy that told me that that down on the border Texas here, I refurbished

him a plant to grow a screwworm flies that are sterile. That's correct. And then they're going to put them in the Mexico with big fans. Yep. No, seriously, that's correct. I don't know about the big fans, but they're good. I don't doubt it's correct. I'm not doubting it's correct. I just thought it was screwy. No, anyway, good joke. I thought I got a letter from the center of voters information, which had all my voters information on it, what party I vote and all this. And they had one little box on it said that I needed to fill out. And they gave me four little squares to put my driver's license number on it. So, do not do that. Just look at it. Well, what I did is I put my last four digits because that was all that gave me room for and sent it back in and immediately got a card back. This is a 501 organization. I get a card back, a printed index card or postcard from them.

And they say go to this website and put my full driver's license number on it. Which I'm not going to do, but this sounds like an identity theft operation. Well, it's, you know, it sounded like to me they're looking for reason to not mail me on the delivery. I'm going to spend a lot of your drivers license numbers if they're fixing a steal your bank account. I'm serious. I'm serious, Robert. You're looking at some kind of a scam here. This is some kind of scam. Robert, I've got to run, but thanks for the call. Wow, that's amazing. Hey, thanks for being with us today. We'll be back tomorrow. Same time, same place in the meantime. Don't forget democracy is not a spectator's sport. It requires all of us. And that's, that's why it's called democracy. So get out there, get active taggy or we need your help. We have a lot of work to do here between now and November. And over the third of the days. So in the meantime, you know, stay healthy. Be good to yourself and the folks around you. Eat your veggies, get your exercise and get ready.

It's a lot coming down over. I'll see you tomorrow. You've been listening to Tom Hartman for audio and video archives. Visit Tom Hartman.com.
