Hey friends, welcome to the Marriage Minute on the Naked Marriage Podcast.
Every Friday, we're dropping a new, short episode to give you a quick
jolt of encouragement for your marriage. This also serves as a sneak preview
for this coming Monday's brand new episode.
We hope you enjoyed today's Marriage Minute.
Forgiveness and trust are two different things.
Yes.
So you don't, it's not reasonable to just automatically give trust
when untrustworthy behavior keeps happening.
You can give forgiveness automatically because grace is not earned.
It's given freely. God models this for us by giving us His grace.
When we're at our worst, Jesus died for us, paid the price.
So we receive that grace and we give that grace to one another.
But trust is something that is different.
It has to be earned.
It has to be earned through consistency and action.
Thank you for tuning in to today's Marriage Minute.
I hope it was an encouragement to you.
Don't forget to come back on Monday for a brand new full
link episode of the Naked Marriage Podcast.
We'll see you then.
