Max Blumenthal, ADC sue the US gov't for seizing journalist's phones

The Grayzone's Max Blumenthal is joined by his legal counsel, American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) President Jenin Younes, to explain why they're suing DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin over the seizure of Blumenthal's phones after he returned from reporting in Iran.

Younes explains why the US government not only violated the Fourth Amendment and several federal court decisions by attempting an advanced search of Blumenthal's phones; she explains how it violated his First Amendment rights by apparently following marching orders from Laura Loomer, who boasted of lobbying key Trump officials to jail Blumenthal for his reporting.
