What's up, everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
David Boyz, lawyer for Virginia Roberts and Annie Farmer, has given his first interview
since Colleen Maxwell has been sentenced. And in this interview with the independent, he talks
about how the other people who were involved in all of this. And as we all know, there were a lot
of other people involved in all of this, how they should be held responsible. Now that Maxwell
has been. And for me, there is no other way that this should go. When you have as many people
involved on a day to day basis, as we had involved with Jeffrey Epstein and Colleen Maxwell,
there is no way anyone can convince, can convince me that this isn't a rico case.
And that there aren't other people who shouldn't be brought in. Now we have all of the names
Virginia has given us already. And David Boyz and company, they've handed all of that information
over to the feds. They did that in 2015. So it's not like the feds didn't have this information,
like they were waiting for somebody to come forward and clue them in on what happened. We all know
what happened. And the FBI dropped the ball like it has many, many times before when it comes to
severe, serious sexual assault investigations. Just take a look at how they're on the hook right now
when it comes to Larry Nasser. This is something that has been pervasive within the FBI.
They might not want to address it, but it's very clear for everybody else who's paying attention
that the FBI really has dropped the ball time and time again here. And if they don't go after this
the way they should and they don't go after all these other people, well, it's just another
fumble, isn't it? All right, today our article is from the independent and the author of this article
is Bevin Hurley headline Virginia Roberts lawyer on prosecuting powerful abusers.
There are many people involved in this beyond Maxwell and Epstein. Virginia Roberts attorney
tells Bevin Hurley the rich and powerful implicated in the Epstein Maxwell Maxwell sex trafficking
ring deserve to be brought to justice 100% and if there isn't a grand jury panel in panel right
now, then I don't know what they're doing because there's as much circumstantial evidence out there
to arrest people like Indyke and Khan and Sarah Kellen Vickers as there was to bring in Maxwell.
So what are they waiting for? And why have they waited this long?
When powerhouse attorney David Boyes received the news that Galen Maxwell had been sentenced to
20 years in federal prison for child sex trafficking last week, he allowed himself a rye smile.
It was very satisfying. Mr. Boyes told the independent and his first interview since the sentencing.
This was an important step. There's no doubt this was an important step. A huge a huge step
it sends a message too, right? But it only matters if the follow through continues.
What do you think whoever's out there engaging in human trafficking right now is going to see the
sentence that Galen Maxwell got or that R Kelly got and say to themselves, oh, well, this isn't
worth it. We're just going to we're going to stop because that's not going to happen no matter how harsh
the sentence is. This needs to be a message to the people who were involved and the only way that
this message can truly be sent like they say they want to send it is if they bring in the rest of
these people. But he also felt the lingering sense of unfinished business about the many wealthy
and powerful figures who have not had to answer for their roles in Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell's
decades-long pyramid scheme of abuse. I get it. I understand. Now obviously I'm nowhere near as
close to all of this as David Boises. Dude's been in the trenches fighting against Epstein
and Maxwell for years now. But I understand what he means with the unfinished business part
because I feel the same way here on this podcast. There's a lot of unfinished business.
And all of these people like Indyke and Khan and and Vickers especially, they definitely need to
be brought in. Because if not, then what has really been accomplished besides, you know, bringing
Maxwell to justice, which is great. Don't get me wrong. As I've said a million times, definitely a
huge part of fixing the problem. But it takes a little bit of the shine and the lacquer off of it
if you don't follow through with the next step. Mr. Boises has for decades been one of America's
best-known litigants, famously but unsuccessfully, representing the Democratic Party candidate Al Gore
in a case against George W. Bush to settle the contested 2000 presidential election.
The 81-year-old represented any farmer and Virginia Roberts in civil lawsuits against Epstein
and Maxwell. I remember when all of that was going on in 2000 and you had the whole battle royale
about the hanging chat and the armies of lawyers and the lawsuits and all of the days it took to
get the election locked in. And still, there's a lot of people who don't even believe that those
election results were what they are. In 2015, he handed over their entire civil file to the Justice
Department in the hopes they would investigate and prosecute Epstein, Maxwell, and some of the
dozens of other rich and powerful associates named and identified by Miss Roberts. And this should
happen back then. All of those people who were directly implicated by Virginia Roberts, especially
considering she went on record and stated those names, those people should all be looked at
under the world's largest microscope. Every one of them should be brought in, put under oath,
and they should all have to testify about their relationship with Epstein. And that includes guys
like Bill Richardson. Because everything we've heard from Virginia leading up to this point has been
at least some of the foundational basis for these convictions. And we've seen what's happened to
people when there's been defamation lawsuits as well. Those people end up getting charged afterwards.
She has shown that she's to be believed, at least in my opinion. So when she's pointing her finger
at these other people, why should I believe that they weren't involved, especially considering that
you can put the receipts together and the paperwork to put them in Epstein's presence a whole bunch of
times. So all of those people, every last one of them should be brought in. And if this was a
rico case, like it should have been, they all would have been brought in. But so far, only three
people have been held criminally liable. They are Epstein, who died by suicide in prison in 2019,
allegedly, age 66, while awaiting trial for sex trafficking. His close friend, Jean-Luc Brunel,
76, who in February hanged himself in a Paris jail, where he had been held for a year on suspicion
of rape of minors and trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation. And Maxwell convicted in New
York on five sex trafficking counts in late December and jailed for 20 years at her sentencing on
June 28th. But you know, it's just a coincidence that Brunel and Epstein both suffered the same
fate, huh? Now with Brunel, it doesn't seem as odd, the matter of his death. Again, I'm not an
expert on French lockups or French prisons. So I'm certainly not somebody who would sit here and
tell you with any confidence one way or the other. Oh, I'm certain that XXX or X occurred in that
French jail. I have no idea. Looks to me like Brunel probably killed himself. Now is that 100
percent certain? Man, is anything 100 percent certain in this case besides the fact that these
people are scumbags. But with Epstein, boy, oh boy, they're sure as a lot there. The cameras,
Dartaglioni, I won't be a dead horse, but you get my drift. There are many people who are involved
in this beyond Maxwell and Epstein and Brunel. Mr. Boyz told the independent sex trafficking could
not have gone on remotely at the scale at which it went on or for the duration that it went on
without the collaboration and cooperation of a lot of additional people. These people too should
be brought to justice, but as time goes on and the prosecutors don't do anything, I think the
chances that actually happens diminishes. Look, he's not wrong. He's not wrong. He's just given
you the truth. We all want to hope and pray that the prosecutors are going to move forward and that
the co-conspirators are going to be brought to justice. But we also know that the reality that we live in,
there's little of that to be had. Many of the famous names who flew on Epstein so-called Lolita Express
Private Jet have come out during civil litigation and that Maxwell's trial. They include Bill Clinton,
Donald Trump, and Prince Andrew. The two former U.S. presidents have adamantly denied any knowledge
of Epstein's crimes while Prince Andrew settled a civil sexual assault case with Ms. Roberts
for a reported 17 million in February. They say 14 million here. That's not the right number.
But there are many names who have remained out of the public eye. Their identities hidden and sealed
files at the Justice Department. A lot of the materials from our 2015-16 civil actions,
which the government got, are still sealed to the public, Mr. Boyz said. These kinds of records
should not be sealed. He is 100% correct about that, especially in this case. If there is any
elected official or anyone who's taking or has taken public money involved in any lists such as
this, they should be outed right away. They generally fall into two categories, Mr. Boyz says.
They are Epstein and Maxwell lieutenants who were involved in recruiting, grooming,
and supervising the survivors that were trafficked. And then there were, there are the other people
who the survivors were trafficked too, which include a lot of rich and powerful people around the
world, Mr. Boyz added. They're all heavily protected by cadres of lawyers and PR consultants
and political consultants. And you've got to have a prosecutor who is really committed to the
cause of sex trafficking that is prepared to take that group on. Well, if there's any prosecutor
out there who has that courage, you better believe that there are plenty of us who are ready to take
the fight to these people. And if you have any kind of interest and later on political office,
this is a surefire way to get yourself elected. You go after people like Epstein's associates.
You are definitely going to get the attention of people who are paying attention.
And those votes, boy, they'll sure pour in. Imagine that campaign. I'm the man or woman
who put away Jeffrey Epstein or Epstein's associates. I mean, I continued the case when no one
else wanted to do it. My career could have been ended, you know, yada, yada, yada, yada.
But there's no one out there that wants to do it. Why? What are all of these prosecutors so scared of?
Again, it comes back to the SDNY, right? Like I always say, the folks over at the SDNY, they run
around and they talk about how they're the greatest at this. They're the greatest at that. They
bring in all these convictions. Well, where they at? They bring in convictions. If it's, you know,
people like maybe Khalif Browder or your cousin, but when it comes to these rich and powerful people
like Glenn Dubin, like Les Wexner, like Alan Dershowitz, these people don't get brought to justice.
That's only for peons, right? The children have never liked us.
Mr. Boyz said many of the survivors were easy to ignore as Epstein and Maxwell deliberately
sought out vulnerable girls, often from single-parent households and difficult financial
circumstances. Some had already suffered sexual abuse. More names are coming out all the time.
The question is whether that results in people being brought to justice. I'm a little pessimistic
at this point. Yeah, he's not the only one and he has all rights to be because it is a cause
for pessimism. You would think that when they had the chance here with Maxwell, they would have
really extended the scope of what they were going for, but they didn't do it.
And at the time, I've said a million times, it's very concerning to see the small scope
of what their charges are. And then come time for sentencing and the trial. People are all shocked
that a bunch of names weren't named. Well, if you were paying attention, you knew that this case
was crafted in that manner. But now that Maxwell has been hemmed up and they've had a successful
prosecution here. You would think that they'd smell some blood in the water and they'd go harder
in the paint, but that is not the case. During Tuesday sentencing, Judge Allison Nathan named
former Epstein associate Sarah Kellan as a knowing participant in the criminal conspiracy.
The judge says this. And you mean to tell me there's no prosecutors sitting around right now,
stuffing their face full of expensive lunch food from Manhattan in the SDNY that wants to go
after these people or after Sarah Kellan vickers? Why is that? Ms. Kellan was identified by survivors
at Maxwell's trial as having booked them for massages with Epstein at his Palm Beach mansion.
The defendant, Maxwell, was Epstein's number two and Lady of the House Judge Nathan said during
the sentencing. At some point, Kellan took over some of the defendant's duties, but even after
that time, the defendant retained her leadership position as evidenced by Carolyn's testimony.
Yeah, that's how it broke down. She was the number two. I always break it down in terms like
the mafia. You have Epstein. He's the boss. You have Maxwell, the under boss and John Luke
Brunel. Well, that was the consigliary and underneath all of them are the capos. And Sarah Kellan
vickers is as much of a capo as Mike Francisse was.
Carolyn was one of the four survivors who testified at Maxwell's trial and was only identified by
her first name. Miss Roberts has claimed she was trafficked to have sex with Harvard University
law professor Alan Dershowitz. The allegation has not been proven and professor Dershowitz
adamantly denies it or any knowledge of other offending. And he's not the only one, right?
Dershowitz certainly isn't the only one, but he's certainly one that had had the finger pointed
at him, but has that affected him? No, of course not. We saw Mr. I kept my underpants on. Has he
lost any status or prestige? Has anyone kicked in his door stole his cell phone so they can go through
records? None of that happened. Instead, the naked volleyball player of Martha's Vineyard finds
himself in the spotlight. Once again, defending Donald Trump this time. So another person who has
been credibly accused here has not had to answer any kind of serious questions from people in
authority when it comes to what they're being accused of. In 2019, Miss Roberts sued
professor Dershowitz for defamation and emotional distress. And he since countersuited the case
is ongoing. Professor Dershowitz told the independent in an interview he had visited Epstein's
home in Palm Beach and his private island, Little St. James, and never seen any younger naked women.
It was a deep dark secret. Everything he did in part in a part of the house which was off
limits to anybody he said. Nobody knew any of this. Nobody would have associated with Epstein if we
had known any of this. Bro, shut up. You're over there getting massages by who the hell knows who
at his house. Mr. I kept my underpants on Dershowitz. And we all know what massage was synonymous for
over in the world of Epstein. So Dershowitz is another one. And I'm glad he's going to get out
it here in this defamation case. Dershowitz said he saw pictures on the walls of the Palm Beach
mansion of the billionaire with famous people, including Bill Clinton and Fidel Castro. Oh,
a man accused of sexual crimes and the dictator. Fantastic company.
He had me on the wall. I was one of the famous people and believe me, I was fully dressed. You know,
he makes a joke of it like anyone thinks he's funny. Like his old ass is a comedian or something.
Bro, the only thing funny is that you think people actually believe you. That's what's funny.
He said he believed Maxwell's sentence and conviction was unjust. Of course he did.
Birds of a feather and all right. Mr. Boyz claimed it was stretching cred- cred- credulity for anyone
in Epstein's orbit to maintain. They couldn't have known what was going on. Everybody who was
associated with the survivors has heard reams of testimony about how obvious it was what Epstein
was doing. Survivor, after survivor and law enforcement officers have testified how there were
all these topless girls at the swimming pool and naked pictures of girls around the house. It was
not something that people could miss. No, it wasn't. He had pieces of chess pieces carved into the
likeness of his employees naked and shit. He had pictures of gross ass, stank ass, galane,
Maxwell's busted ass all over the walls naked and shit. What do you mean you missed it?
Mr. Boyz chairman and managing partner at Boyz Schiller Flexner typically charges up to $2,000
an hour for his services. But he and fellow managing partner Sigrid McCauley represented Miss
Roberts free of charge throughout their pursuit of Maxwell and Epstein. And that's great,
that's good that they did that. But in reality, we know that they also did it to help their own
profile. They know that moving forward, this is good for them. They win this case against these
people. Bang, they're going to make a ton of dough. And the same goes for a prosecutor. And that's
why it's so crazy to me that not one of these prosecutors, even a junior prosecutor, hasn't
stepped up to the plate and said, look, give me that whole entire caseload and let me slam these
fools. In court on Tuesday, Miss McCauley read a survivor impact statement from Miss Roberts,
which she described Maxwell as a wolf in sheep's clothing. You could have put an end to the rapes,
the molestations, the sickening manipulations that you arranged, witnessed, and even took part in.
You could have called the authorities and reported that you were part of something awful. And she
didn't, right? And if you don't do that, then what? You're complicit. Oh, I was scared. I was held
against my will. Okay, well, what happens when Epstein is gone from your life and you still have
not come forward. Speculation that Maxwell could flip on her former associates in order to receive a
reduced sentence has never eventuated. Her brother, Ian Maxwell, told the Sunday Times in January
that she had no plans to pursue a plea deal or offer up information about who else was involved.
Maxwell has maintained her innocence and plans to appeal the verdict and the sentence.
The independent contacted the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York
to ask if it plans to prosecute anyone else in relation to the conspiracy. And if not,
whether it would unseal any records related to the case. Public affairs chief,
Nicholas Biosi declined to comment. Oh, of course, that's what they'll say. Oh, it's an ongoing
investigation. You can't have any of these files. You know, you the taxpayer. So if this is not
an ongoing investigation, still, and they're not going after the co-conspirators, they need to turn
over and unseal every file that they have. And then let's see what's what? My guess is, unfortunately,
folks, they won't do either. All right, that's going to do it. If you'd like to contact me,
you can do that at Bobby Capucci at protonmel.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmel.com.

On today's episode, we're going to hear from David Boyz, who represented Virginia Roberts
and who's talking about how strong the evidence was against the joaxotic of the Windsor family.
Now, we all know that Prince Andrew has made this huge push lately about the picture
and how the picture is not real. Well, we also know that all of the receipts have been piled up
against him and disclaims. And when the only person you have out here talking about how innocent you
are is some beat up ass old socialite, you know that you're running out of road.
And if Prince Andrew and his team really thought that this picture of Virginia Roberts and
Prince Andrew was fake, do you really think they would have settled?
Forget all of the noise about how Prince Andrew was forced to settle,
how it had to do with the Jubilee. Forget all of that. And ask yourself, if it was you
and you had evidence that that picture was fake, would you even entertain cutting a deal?
I know I wouldn't. If somebody made these accusations against me, I would fight tooth and nail
to prove that I didn't do what they're saying I did. I certainly wouldn't settle out of court
if I thought that I had evidence that would prove my innocence. And let's not forget that Prince
Andrew had probably the best lawyer in the business when it comes to this sort of case. And
that's Andrew Brettler. So it's not like his counsel was terrible. It's not like he was getting
bad advice. The fact is the evidence was so strong against him. Him and his lawyers took a look at
it and said, you know what? It's in our best interest to just settle. So all this other garbage
we're hearing after the fact is laughable at best. You had your chance to prove your innocence
and you avoided it. And when you cut through all the bullshit, the proof is right there in the pudding.
And that proof is Prince Andrew decided to settle instead of defending himself in open court.
And for me, that tells us the whole story.
Today's article is from the Daily Mail headline. I think the evidence was too strong.
Lawyer for Prince Andrew's sex abuse accuser Virginia Roberts claims Duke of York avoided
going to trial because of that photo of them together. This article was authored by Madeline Ross.
The lawyer representing Prince Andrew's sex abuse accuser Virginia Roberts last night said
there was strong evidence in the case. David Boyz said if US prosecutors had wanted to,
they could have brought more charges against the Duke of York. And there's no doubt that the
prosecutors had the goods on Prince Andrew as well as many other people who were involved with
Jeffrey Epstein, but they chose not to act on it. How many times have we seen it? We have seen
damning evidence come out surrounding people involved with Jeffrey Epstein. And we never see those
people ever get held to account. The lawyer said he thought Andrew avoided court because the photo
of him with the then 17 year old Miss Roberts made him look less credible as a witness as he
maintains that they never met. And that's a fact, right? If they went to court and a jury saw this
picture and an expert came in and looked at the picture, examined it, the experts going to tell
the jury that it's a real picture. And that is the only reason why Prince Andrew decided to
settle your folks. What other reason could there be? And if the picture is fake like Prince Andrew
and his surrogates contend, well, where are the receipts to prove to us that that's the truth?
Should we just take your word for it? All of a sudden you and your friends, the busted up
socialite and the others are photography experts and I should take their word on what's Photoshop
than what's not. Meanwhile, on the flip side of that, we have heard from actual experts who have
told us the picture is authentic and real. So why would I believe anything that the joe exotic of
the Windsor family is yapping about? He paid a rumored 10 million pound settlement to Miss Roberts
last year in a civil case brought against him in the US without accepting liability and maintaining
his innocence and is reportedly trying to challenge the ruling. That would be the biggest mistake
Prince Andrew ever made. Remember, he is still not spoken with the FBI yet. And the FBI has been
pretty adamant that they'd like to speak with Prince Andrew in regards to his relationship
with Jeffrey Epstein and what he might have seen while he was hanging out with Epstein.
But Prince Andrew can't be bothered to come forward and talk about that because, you know, why should he?
Andrew was forced to step away from royal duties in 2019 and is unlikely to take on a formal role
at his brother's coronation as a result of the scandal. All poor Prince Andrew, he can't go out and
play dress up in his little military outfit. Mr. Boyz told Pierce Morgan in an interview on Talk TV
that the controversial photograph of the two together made it clear that he could not say he never
met her credibly. The son reported Mr. Boyz suggested that once a jury had decided that the
Prince's claim that he had never met Miss Roberts was not credible. It would be difficult for them
to believe they had not had sex. And that's a fact. If you're lying about ever meeting somebody
and then a picture is provided that says that you actually did meet, well, what does that do for
your credibility in front of the jury? It absolutely tramples it. You have her testimony and you have
his complete denial. The question is, is he credible or not? The lawyer said he had been disappointed by
the way the case had been handled and suggested that if the Duke of York had been ordinary, more charges
would have been brought against him. 100%. If all of these people who were involved with Jeffrey
Epstein were just run of the mill folks, forget it. They all would have been arrested. All of their
assets would have been seized and the government would have laughed all the way to the bank. But since
it's Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein was rolling around with all those bankers and scumbags
from the financial sector, well, we all know who pays the bills for the politicians.
He could have been prosecuted criminally if prosecutors either had the jurisdiction over him
or wanted to. I think one of the things that was disappointing, how lightly the British prosecutors
and authorities treated this. I don't know whether it was because he was a member of the royal
family or whether he was just wealthy and could afford good lawyers. I'm going to say it's a little
bit of both. And the way that this case was treated in the UK is an absolute embarrassment.
Our justice system in the United States, as well as our justice system in the United Kingdom,
greatly favors people who are well represented. And that's the truth, right? Especially here in
America, it certainly paid a play. And if you have a high power lawyer who has all of those
connections behind the scenes, you're going to have a better chance of getting away with whatever
crime you committed or being found innocent of a crime you're accused of. I think if he had been
an ordinary chap who had done what he did, the prosecutors would have looked at him differently.
When asked if he thought criminal charges would have been brought, the lawyer replied,
it was a distinct possibility. I don't want to say that he would have been charged because
I think you've got to look at what all of the evidence is. I haven't seen enough evidence to
know about criminal charges. Prince Andrew was reportedly assembled, an eight million dollar
war chest to fight the settlement that was agreed with Miss Roberts last year to resolve a civil case.
The disgraced prince is understood to be plotting a comeback that will restore his tarnish
reputation, including possible legal action against his sex abuse accuser Virginia Roberts.
So I'd love to see it, right? If Prince Andrew has the goods, let's see it. All I'm interested in
is the truth. And if Prince Andrew has evidence that proves that he didn't do this,
well, let's see it. But for all of these years and for all of the hubris and all of the big talk,
we have seen no evidence to prove what he is saying. He is also reputed to be searching for new staff
to build up his team as he is a move to America. Boy, that would be hilarious. If Prince Andrew
moves to America, that will be the biggest mistake he has ever made. The furor surrounding the case
led him to being stripped of his honorary military titles and any returns of public life seems
improbable. According to insiders, the Duke of York 62 has been watching Prince Harry and Meghan
Markle's progress across the US very closely. The 62-year-old was stripped of his royal titles
and roles last year, but insiders claim he is less bothered about the situation than people believe.
Oh, I thought he was crying. I thought he was broken up about it. You see, they can't even get
their story straight. So I don't believe anything that has to do with insiders in Prince Andrew's
circle because those insiders are Prince Andrew, Fergie, and like four other people.
A source close to Andrew told the Sun that he has been following the Sussex's journey as he
considers a way to forge a new career. Andrew is seemingly impressed at how Harry and Meghan
were able to set up a new working life away from the royal family in California,
friend said, well, here's the thing. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are an accused of
dittling people or hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein. Their big crime is, I know this is real
rough to hear, but they didn't want to stay in England. I know that's a terrible crime to commit
and certainly worth all of the headlines that we see on a regular basis. Now flip the script to
Prince Andrew and you tell me that people in America are going to be accepting of that zero chance.
He has a better chance of moving to fucking Mars.
The insider claim he is very interested in business and charity, but unlike his nephew,
would be shying away from the Netflix style projects. The royal is also reportedly reassembling
a team of his own. He has understood to have recently lost his communications officer
of two years. Prince Andrew has reportedly assembled $8 million
war chest to fight the settlement he agreed to with Ms. Roberts last year.
The news comes as it's reported that the prince might be forced to move from the 30 million
pound winds or home. As he tells friends, he cannot afford the upkeep. Aw, poor guy has to move
out of his 30 million pound home because he can't afford the upkeep. You see this right here,
that's me playing the world's smallest violin for him. The Duke said he will effectively be forced
out of royal lodge in April when his annual 249,000 pound grant is slashed. So the dude has a
10 million pound war chest to fight a losing battle over a settlement that he already agreed to.
But meanwhile, he can't afford 249,000 pounds to pay for the royal lodge. Something doesn't compute.
It is understood that the royal lodge where the prince 63 lives with his ex-wife Sarah,
Duchess of York, also 63, requires extensive work. The Duke has told friends he feels he is being
singled out as his other only annual income is a small navy pension. One friend said it feels
as though his brother wishes to evict him. But last night, a source told The Daily Mail,
the claim seems to be based on fears, not full facts. It is understood the king will not leave
him homeless or penniless, but wants Andrew to use his own money to pay for things. I mean,
imagine a grown-ass man 63 years old has to be told to use his own money to pay for things.
Must be nice to just ride the coattails of mommy and your brother for all of these years.
The king is expected to support his brother if he wishes with fears of the Duke being left without
somewhere to live or any money unfounded. He is believed to have guaranteed Andrew an income,
a bit reduced, and the home and is understood to have agreed to pay privately for the Duke's security
estimated at three million pounds a year after the home office acts to Scotland yard protection
officers. Mel online has approached Andrew's representatives for comment. It's interesting here
to see David Boyz talk about that picture and about how the picture was the deciding factor.
That's something I've been saying for quite some time and when you have that kind of evidence,
right, if the evidence is real, if it's solid, that's the kind of evidence that ends these kinds of
cases. Because if the jury takes a look at it and they realize that you've been lying this whole
time, meaning Prince Andrew, your credibility is absolutely shot. And once your credibility is
shot in the courtroom with the jurors, forget it. The game is over and you're going to lose.
Prince Andrew knew that. Andrew Brettler knew that and now that all is said and done. Andrew's
trying to engage in some revisionist history and he's trying to rewrite what happened. Unfortunately
for him, there's a whole lot of us who have been paying attention. All right, folks, that's going
to do it for this one. All of the information that goes with the episode can be found in the
description box.
