Because it maximizes their potential of wealth. It maximizes how much money they're going to make off of their clients as we try as they try to navigate

And the fact that she would be defending Gilein Maxwell and crying from the rooftops that Gilein Maxwell is not really an evil person that Gilein Maxwell is really just being used as

The headline alone for people like us who know about this case, who have been following this case, and especially the survivors, what you think the survivors don't see a headline like this and and and feel sick to their stomachs. After all, that's been brought forward. After all of the evidence that has been

But get ready, for people to criticize that defense, get ready for people to pick it apart. And for somebody who claims to be a great lawyer, somebody with a radio show, somebody who's on TV, you sure are taking up an indefensible position. So either your strategy is bad or you don't really believe this and you're just trying to get clicks on your article. I'm going to have to go probably with number one though, because from what I've seen from the contributors of Newsmax, this is an absolute dumpster fire clown show. 7:23let's jump into this article by John Spillbore. Gilaean Maxwell is gearing up for a second bite at the bail apple. This time should be the charm. Now this article was authored and published on December 21st. So it was before the second bail hearing, right? Before Judge Nathan smacked Gilaean Maxwell down and told her as they would say in German. Nine. So this is Spillbore pushing for Gilaean Maxwell to get bail before the actual hearing with Nathan. Since July, Maxwell, the bipedal serpent, has been sequestered at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, facing allegations stemming from her prior association with the late finance ear turned convicted sex offender pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The bulk of which accused Maxwell of recruiting and she has it in quotes. Underage women to satisfy Epstein's apparent sexual

8:28proclivity for the same. And right off the bat, John Spillbore is showing that she has no idea about the true essence of this case. You're a high profile lawyer. Again, you're right up there with your boy, Ellen Wood, obviously. Are you guys all having some brecky with Bigfoot this morning? What an absolute load of hooi air quotes around recruiting. Yeah, because that never happened. What are you opining for the job, Jonas Spillbore? Are you trying to get yourself on to the bipedal serpent's team? Sure seems like that's where you're pointing because anyone who is defending Guillaan Maxwell at this point is truly showing their own true colors. Maxwell's original bid for bail was rejected by US District Judge Alison J. Nathan, who posited that Maxwell's risk of flight was so great, even the most restrictive conditions of release would be insufficient to ensure her

9:34return to court. This decision was surprising to most legal scholars because it signaled an unquestioned acceptance of the prosecution's proffers while ignoring history, justice, and law. That's the same way I feel here. Nobody cares about the history. I don't care that a bunch of rich people have gotten off in the past or have made bail. That's what this is all about. This is about changing all of that. And Jonas Spillbore is just let's go along to get along. I'm part of the problem. I'm part of the board. So what does she do? She takes up the position of defending somebody like Gilae and Maxwell because really what she's doing here and what she's trying to get

10:36across the point she's trying to get across is that she loves the way this system is set up because it maximizes her potential income point blank period, Jonas Spillbore. In its July 14th decision, the court erroneously concluded that Maxwell's financial means and foreign citizenships would afford her the ability to flee the country despite being tethered to the southern district of New York by a GPS tracking device. Nathan's obtuse reasoning would have one believing for Maxwell escaping a global positioning device a fix to her ankle would be as easy as slipping out of a Cartier cuff. Yeah, it would be okay. The judge certainly doesn't agree. The public doesn't agree. Prosecution doesn't agree. And all we have is her word about any of this, including the treatment within the jail. Nobody has come out and corroborated that.

16:57Judge Nathan certainly hasn't said that her living conditions are atrocious. In fact, Judge Nathan stated the opposite. And as far as COVID goes, she is not at risk with any and any morbidities, comorbidities or any sort of ailments. From all accounts, she's a healthy and non-sick person. So guess what? Like the rest of us, what? We don't have the risk of catching the vid when we have to go to the store or go to work or whatever the hell we do. Guess what? Part of life, we chose not to hang out with Jeffrey Epstein and abuse people. She chose to do the opposite. Guess what? Major bed, lying it. And if you want, make a little bit of room so Jonah Spillbork can come in there and you can cry on her shoulder. Some would say overkill. There was no sound reason for her bail to be denied before and even less of one now. Hmm, flight risk, an abuser, sealed indictment still coming, part of a conspiracy, great means to escape, close to the Canadian border.

Maxwell's latest request for bail literally pulls out all the stops addressing each point on Judge Nathan's seemingly preordained list of reasons to deny the original request in a manner so copious. No, if she didn't abuse girls with Jeffrey Epstein, she wouldn't have been part, she wouldn't have been under this assault of criticism. And contempt, how about you have a little bit of contempt for her or Jeffrey Epstein's Spielbore? Sure seems like what you're doing here is protecting them. In any case like this one, with old, unsupported, and differing versions of events, the credibility of the accusers will be called into question. It is an inevitable, inalienable right to confront once accusers. Yet to date, the government continues to hide their identities. Ironic, to say the least, when the accusers have all but out of themselves on Twitter, Netflix, and anywhere social justice is sold, so she's victim

And what she's forgetting is the all the hundreds of unnamed girls that are still too scared to come forward and be out in the public. Were you guys at a naked volleyball game? And acquiring minds want to know, Miss Spielbore? While some may wish to paint the case against Maxwell, as one involving minor victims, the accusers

32:50are not kids. They are adults. The allegations are decades old and highly contested. Both the court and prosecution agree Maxwell is not a threat or danger to society. The point was made repeatedly by Judge Nathan in her prior decision. Maybe not a threat to society as in she's going to go out and shoot people. But she's certainly a threat to society. What, she's above threatening these girls? She's done it already. How about taking a passport from a girl and then threatening that the only way for her to get away is to swim from an island through shark-infested water back to America? Yeah, not a threat to society. Judge Nathan needs to show to the bar to the American public indeed the world, regardless of the defendant and regardless of the charges that her court is a place of reason and the rule of law and not a vehicle for unsupported sensational accusations.

When all of these girls come forward and point directly at Maxwell and say this is who abused me, this is who ruined my life. Maxwell up until a rather precipitous arrest on July 2nd at her new Hampshire home on a number of charges filed earlier that week in the southern district of New York was perhaps best known for her relationship to and with finance here pedophile turned convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. This sure sounds like a lady that has no idea what she's talking about or maybe she's looking to grab a gig on Gilein Maxwell's defense team. That might be what she's pining for here, huh? Because if she thinks that Gilein Maxwell is getting treated unfairly, then she should probably go and check out some of the inner city jails and see how some people without any money are being treated.

So I don't want to hear about how she's being treated unfairly. She is being treated the same way anybody else in that prison would be treated under the same circumstances. And facing charges alleged to have occurred as far back as 1994, Maxwell was ordered, held without bond at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. She remains incarcerated there under unusually restrictive, if not punitive conditions. And that's that's lawyer speak for,

1:05:57we need a technicality and a loophole. It's not that she's innocent. It's just that she's being held in these conditions that are unseemly, that are unacceptable, that are violating her human rights. No, they're not. Where was John, John, a spillboard when El Chapo was in jail at the MCC? Where, where, where was John, John, a spillboard when insert any other major criminal was in one of these facilities? Was she out here pining for them to be out on bail? Was she pining for them? Not to sit in prison and sit in jail as she awaits her trial? I'm sure she wasn't. But like most people who really aren't hip to this case and want to interject and interject and talk out of the side of their neck, she just makes herself look foolish. To act like Elaine Maxwell wasn't a threat to anybody and to act like the survivors should have to go to sleep at night knowing that lady is on the loose is just absurd. Absolutely absurd.

As a lawyer who was analyzed written extensively about and provided commentary on a national skill for many high profile cases, oh yeah, well, in that case, you're just, we need to bow down to what you have to say. Including those with serious sex crime components, Michael Jackson, Kobe Bryant, the Duke LaCrosse case, Bill Cosby, and most recently, and Harvey Weinstein. This harsher than most handling of Maxwell's case immediately struck me as beyond odd. Well, that's because you're not reading between the lines. You're not seeing the picture as the giant puzzle that it is. These are hold-em charges, Miss Billbore? I would think that a seasoned lawyer who has covered all of these high profile cases before would be all over that, would be able to see what's going on

1:08:06here, would be able to see that there's an end game. Do they use the word conspiracy if it's a crime of one? No, they don't. So while I'm sure Miss Billbore is a fantastic lawyer, and I'm sure she knows her shit, right? I'm not going to sit here and act like I know the legal system better than her. That, I'm sure is not the case. But when it comes to this specific situation that we're talking about here, I'm pretty sure that I'm more well versed on the ins and outs than Miss Billbore. In an era where we witness routinely a veritable parade of high profile defendants marching into their arrangements with lawyers on their arms after breakfast and marching out with GPS monitors on their ankles before lunch, why is Miss Maxwell not being afforded the same constitutional difference as so many of her famous predecessors? Well, I'll tell you what, they shouldn't have been either. But what? We're just going to keep doing it. At one, at what point do we stop? At what point do

Perhaps the most glaring and not, anomaly in this case is the judge's decision to lock up Maxwell, lock up Maxwell, pretrial with no opportunity for pretrial release as if her guilt is a foregone

Or perhaps just maybe, just maybe, judge Allison Nathan read all of the documents of all of the cases previously, went through them and understands what sort of monster we're dealing with here. Did that ever strike you as something that might have occurred? I know as a lawyer, as a defense attorney, it's your job to defend bipedal serpents like this, but Miss Billbore, come on. Do you really think anyone's buying this that she's being treated any differently than anyone else would be? Sure, she might be being treated than those other famous people, but hey, she's not famous. Let's be real and be her crimes are absolutely heinous and they include children. Do we not draw the line there? A dangerous proposition for anyone who appreciates the presumption of innocence. I know I do. You should

That doesn't mean she should be released to a maybe threaten these other survivors that came forward against her. B, who knows she might flee? I don't care about an ankle monitor. At an initial bail hearing on July 14th, U.S. District Judge Alison Nathan ordered Maxwell jailed pending trial stating the significant financial resources, international ties, an extraordinary capacity to avoid detection made the risk of flight simply too great to allow Maxwell to remain free, holding that no set of conditions could guarantee she wouldn't flee.

All she has to do is sneak across the border. Then it's a wrap. What do you mean she's not a flight risk? What are you talking about?
