Ro: Zăpada se așezase ca un covor alb peste curtea liceului.
En: The snow had settled like a white carpet over the curtea of the high school.
Ro: Fulgii de nea cădeau încet, aducând cu ei un strop de magie în aer.
En: Snowflakes were falling slowly, bringing a touch of magic to the air.
Ro: Era sfârșitul lunii ianuarie și toți elevii erau într-o stare de febrilitate așteptând concertul de Ziua Unirii Principatelor Române.
En: It was the end of January, and all the students were in a state of excitement waiting for the concert on the Day of the Unirea Principatelor Române.
Ro: În sala de festivități a liceului, decorurile tricolore erau peste tot: steaguri, baloane și luminile care sclipeau vesel pe scenă.
En: In the school's auditorium, tricolor decorations were everywhere: flags, balloons, and lights twinkling merrily on the stage.
