Memphis Crew Charged in Gucci Mane Robbery Plot

On April 2nd, nine Memphis connected folks, including rappers Poo Sheasty and Big 30,

just got hit with federal charges in a wild robbery and kidnapping plot, targeting Gucci

Maine down in Dallas, Texas. They rode up to a studio session pretending it was stray business,

Prosecutors in the Northern District of Texas dropped the details on April 2nd,

saying the crew traveled from Memphis to pull off the ambush. Poo Sheasty,

whose real name is Launtro Williams, was fresh out of prison last year and supposed to be

on home detention, but there he was in the... mix. Sheasty's own father pitched in by renting

the getaway car, while some of the others hopped a greyhound bus from Memphis on what sounds like
