Meta settles with Utah and 46 states, Curtis breaks with Trump on beef imports

Utah Governor Spencer Cox and other state leaders are celebrating a multi-billion dollar settlement with Meta as a big win. That fund will bring hundreds of millions of dollars into Utah that they're planning to put into programs to offset the harms of social media. It comes after years of claims that the social media giant built apps that intentionally addicted children to intentionally harmful content. Panelists Leah Murray and Adam Gardiner join Lindsay to assess whether this settlement is the first step in addressing the harms and what the government's role here ought to be. Plus, Senator John Curtis joins the bipartisan criticism of President Trump's plans to import beef to address high prices.
