That idea is what first attracted Ryan Gibson to real estate.

And the deals were working.

But over time, Ryan realized something important:

The return on his life was not where it needed to be. ⏳

Between chasing property managers, finding new properties, and managing the moving pieces, the time commitment started to outweigh the benefit — especially as a high-income professional still actively flying.

That realization shaped a bigger mission. ✈️

Ryan saw that many pilots and high-income professionals wanted real estate in their portfolio, but did not want the workload that often came with owning properties directly.

So he became passionate about helping investors access real estate more passively, supported by due diligence and execution. 🧠

This conversation is a reminder that the goal is not just to make money.
