Thank you for listening to today's morning glory devotion.
0:27
We are pasta and dignified skills in from the Harvest Shuffle International Denyame Komatsu,
0:34
and we are excited to come your way once again with another episode of our morning glory devotion.
0:41
Let us kindly share a word of prayer.
0:45
Dear Father, we are grateful for the blessing of today. Please nourish our lives with your
0:51
word in Jesus mighty name. Amen. Amen. Let us kindly take our confession for today from
1:00
Joshua chapter 1 verse 8. This book of the Lord shall not depart from my mouth,
1:09
but I shall meditate the next day and night that I may observe to do according to all that is written
1:16
in it, but then I will make my way prosperous and then I will have good success. Amen.
1:26
Today's message is titled Finding Relevance, Finding Relevance.
1:34
Our future reading shall be taken from Luke chapter 19, the verse 28 to 38,
1:41
I will be reading from the New Living Translation.
1:52
Jesus is trying to find entry. After telling this story, Jesus went on tour to Salem walking ahead
2:01
of his disciples. As he came to the towns of Bedvage and Bethany on the Mount of Olives,
2:09
he sent to disciples ahead. Go into that village over there, he told them,
2:16
as you enter it, you will see a young donkey tied there, no one has ever ridden.
2:22
Untiet and bring it here. If anyone asks, why are you untying that cold? Just say the Lord needs it.
2:34
So the winds have found the colds, just as Jesus had said, and sure enough, as they were
2:42
untying it, the Ones asked them, why are you untying that colds? And the disciples simply replied,
2:51
the Lord needs it. So they brought the colds to Jesus and threw their garments right for him to
2:58
ride on. As he rode along, the crowds spread out their garments on the road ahead of him.
3:05
When he reached the place where the road started down the Mount of Olives, all of his disciples
3:11
become chiseled and sent as they walked along, raising God for all the wonderful miracles they had
3:18
seen. Blessings on the Cane who comes in the name of the Lord, peace in heaven and glory in
3:26
highest heaven. The Lord art his blessings to the reading and hearing of his word.
3:33
Thou speak God. Amen.
3:39
Find in relevance. Find in relevance. You should have been there yesterday.
3:47
That is how the story might begin, if the young colds could speak.
3:52
They cheered for me, crowds gathered on every side.
3:57
Gammons were laid in my path, branches waved in the air, and songs filled the streets.
4:06
I was treated like royalty. I had never seen anything like it, for a moment I felt like I was
4:14
the center of it all. But then comes the quiet truth. It was only a cold,
4:21
an untrained, ordinary young donkey. The honor it received was never because of what it was,
4:31
but because of who rode on it. And there lies the lesson. Our relevance in life is not found in our
4:41
own strength, skill or status, but in who we carry. When Jesus rode into Jerusalem,
4:51
even the most ordinary creature became part of a divine moment.
4:57
In the same way, when Christ is enthroned in our hearts, our lives take on meaning beyond what
5:05
we could ever produce on our own. The colds had no experience, no preparation, no reputation,
5:14
yet it yielded. And in that surrender, it became useful.
5:21
God is not limited by our lack of skill. He is only looking for yielded hearts.
5:28
Like Joseph, David, Moses and Paul, he shapes those who make themselves available,
5:36
leading them through paths that prepare them for his purpose. As we approach Easter,
5:43
the cold remains the same. Jesus still seeks entry, not into a city now, but into hearts.
5:52
He still desires vessels through which his message will travel.
5:58
Will you let him lead? Will you carry him into your world, into your conversations, your spaces,
6:05
your daily life? For it is only when he writes with us that our lives find true relevance.
6:14
Today, let him take his place, and you will find yours.
6:19
God richly bless you.
6:24
Let us kindly take our memory verse for today. Our memory verse is taken from Acts chapter 17,
6:31
the verse 28A. Acts 17, the verse 28A. I will be reading from the new international version.
6:41
For in him will live and move and have our being. For in him will live and move and have our being. Amen.
6:55
Let us kindly share word of prayer, our Heavenly Father. Thank you for teaching us how to find
7:04
relevance. We receive grace to make ourselves always available for your use and your purposes.
7:14
For their lives to relevance in Jesus's mighty name. Amen. Amen.
7:23
God richly bless you for staying all through today's morning glory devotion.
7:29
We hope to have you join us again tomorrow morning by God's grace at the same time.
