Shalom to you all, our wonderful listeners and partners, God bless you for always tuning

devotion and facilitating today's devotion, our pastor and Mrs. Boafu. We believe that God is doing
something in our midst. God is writing history even through these devotions and I pray that He will
touch your life again today for us to all be better people in Jesus mighty name. Amen and
beloved, let's share what our prayer together. Father, we are grateful to you today for giving us
the grace and the strength, for giving us another opportunity to all look into the perfect love
liberty together. We pray that even as we continually do this, we will be transformed, we will be
changed in the name of Jesus. Father, we give you praise and Jesus mighty name we have prayed. Amen.
Beloved, we want to take our holy confession together from Joshua chapter 1, verse 8.
This book of the Lord shall not depart out of my mouth, but I shall meditate in it day and night
that I may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then I will make my way prosperous
and then I will have good success. Amen. Beloved, the thing for today's devotion is God will finish it.
God will finish it and we'll be taking two blocks of text run from Exodus chapter 3, the verse 7
through 8 and the second from Joshua chapter 21, the verse 43 through 45. We will be reading from the
new English translation, Exodus chapter 3, the 7 and 8. The Lord said, I have surely seen the
affliction of my people who are in Egypt. I have heard they are cry because of their task masters.
For I know they are souls. I have come down to deliver them from the hand of the Egyptians and to
bring them up from that land, to a land that is both good and specials, to a land flowing with milk
and honey, to the region of the Kennenites, Hittites, Amorites, Parisites, Hivites and Jebusites.
Please let's take the second block from Joshua chapter 21, the verse 43 through 45.
So the Lord gave Israel or the land he had solemnly promised to their ancestors and they
conquered it and lived in it. The Lord made them secure in fulfillment of all he had solemnly
promised their ancestors. None of their enemies could resist them. Not one of the Lord's faithful
promises to the family of Israel was left unfulfilled. Everyone was realized.
Beloved, this is the reading of the word of the Lord. Thanks be to God.
God will finish it. God will finish it. Beloved, have you ever wondered why pregnant women
are called expectant mothers? Well, let us look at the journey of a pregnant woman.
Pregnancy is an amazing journey of hope or expectancy. Trust in God and trust in process.
I am reminiscing my pregnant days. When I discovered I was pregnant, one thing was obvious.
I was expecting and in wait that by the end of 40 weeks I would go into labor and give best to a baby.
Why? Because a fetus had been formed in my womb and it was a matter of time before it made
its way into the world. A wonderful and adorable bundle of joy. With such expectation,
I started shopping for things that were to be needed for delivery and afterwards a home.
You name it babycourt, diapers, wipes, tiny lovely baby dresses, combs, hearts, socks, toys, baby
baths, etc. Though the baby was not yet born, I knew a process had begun in my womb and hopefully
by the end of the process I was going to give best to a baby. Beloved, dream pregnancy till delivery,
anything could have happened. But I stayed expectant and hoped in God to bring the process
to a successful end. So I went ahead doing all the shopping I could think of.
Dear one, let us also consider the opening scripture. God had promised the Israelites a land filled
with milk and honey. He started the process by working on head of miracles to get them out of Egypt
in their own worst journey to the promised land. The journey which could have been done in just a few days
ended up taking 14 long years. I believe the Israelites still kept as the journey because of hope.
There was the hope and belief that no matter how long it took, they would end up in the promised land.
While waiting to get there, they were collaborating with God taking one day at a time,
fighting one battle after the other all geared towards attaining the end result.
The new very well, the God who began the good work with them, was going to continue until it was
finally finished. Therefore, they kept the expectation alive till they finally made it to the promised
land. In the same way, dear one, in our Christian journey, we need to be hopeful of the end. Our journey
has already begun with our born again experiences and we hope for a joyful end. An end where we spend
eternity with God, no more sorrow, pain, death, suffering but only bliss. Till that end, we like an
expectant mother or the Israelites need to make all the necessary preparation and collaborate with God
to do all He bits us to this end. Dear one, we must know that once God does something with us,
it is His character to finish it. Yes, things do happen in life. Some hopes are dashed along the way,
but ultimately, that should not prevent us from building expectation when God starts with us.
Beloved, if God has started a good work with you, such as your Christian life,
your marriage, your pregnancy, your job, your ministry, please stay expectant for a glorious outcome,
regardless of how long it may take to see the desired outcome. If he started with you,
he will end it awesomely well. Do not look at people seemingly filled attempts or your own falls
in the journey towards the end. Look to Jesus, the author and finisher, the beginning and the end,
like the journey of a pregnant woman and that of the Israelites, the journey may not be all
rosy, but there is an expectation of a glorious and happy ending and so keep hope alive.
There is definitely one ultimate sure hope that will never disappoint. The hope of glory at the end
of one's journey here on earth. Prepare like an expectant mother. Do all you need to do and be
fully prepared for this end. God will bless you. Amen.
Beloved, indeed, we must know that it is God's character to finish whatever he starts
because he is ever faithful. And so no matter how the road may seem, it may not be rosy,
but we must do all we can to keep hope alive, to keep our expectations alive and God will definitely
see us to an able completion. God will bless you. Today's memory verse will be taken from Philippians
chapter 1, the verse 6. Philippians chapter 1, the 6. And I am certain that God who began the good
work within you will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus
retains. I take it again. Philippians chapter 1, the 6. And I am certain that God who began the good
work within you will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus
retains. Beloved, let's share a word of prayer. Father, we thank you in the name of Jesus
for your wealth of assurance that whatever you have begun in us, you will definitely watch
it to an able completion. We ask for the grace to keep hoping, we ask for the grace to keep our
expectations alive in the name of Jesus that no matter what comes our way will stay through with you
even on today end. In Jesus mighty name we have prayed. Amen and amen. Amen.
Beloved God bless you for staying tuned. Please don't shut your radio. There are still a lot of
spirit-filled content that I've been shared on this radio throughout the day and make sure you stay
