It tested every ounce of my resilience and every spiritual tool I've ever preached about. It was the kind of month that makes you question if the universe has a personal vendetta against you. Grief, fear, and raw survival instincts hit me all at once.

Here's what I've discovered: in most cases, it's not about rising above or avoiding certain experiences, but instead, radically changing how you experience them. Instead of spiraling in the storm, you dance in the rain.
