It is Thursday night. A week from today, the Lions will play a Buffalo. But the highest, the buy-in price just to get in the building is $396. So you can go to the game in Buffalo and get in for $396. Prices will vary as the market fluctuates. The price at Cosm to watch that game is $605. So ultimately between driving and you might gas, any food you get, any beers you get,

1:07driving to Buffalo and seeing the game live from a buy-in-level seat, which is not going to be good or watch it at Cosm. It's probably about the same price when you work in the total cost of the trip. But the Cosm experience, I want to know if it's that good. Right? I want a good test run on like going to some lesser college game that's going to cost you $30 to go check. Yeah, I mean, $30, absolutely would pay that. Get a beer from JB, the buy-in tender out there. But there's nothing like being in a game. Well, I mean, yes and no. I don't love going to games live. Okay. But I think my favorite thing to do now, as an adult, on the top of the list, near the top of the list, is go to the game and sit in the stands. It is so much more fun and carefree and I see why it's funny how when you're in the press box forever,

2:12you go sit in the stands and you're like, what am I supposed to do? But I love it. I just love it. So this is where I'm curious about it, right? Because the screen is massive. It's this curved, spherical screen like you would get at the Spirin Vegas, many version of that. So you feel like you're kind of there, even though you know you're not, right? But the sound has to be ridiculous, ridiculously good. The seats, I mean, that's the difference right there. Is that the seats are better seats than you'll ever get at a stadium sitting in the crowd. The seat, they look amazing. So that makes it, okay, check plus in that column. And then the fact that you can just, you've got the bathrooms right there as opposed to, now I got to go up 50 flights of steps to get to and wait in line and a journal trough or whatever it is. You got your beer, your drinks are right there. They imagine their service and all this. I bet you it's pretty sweet. I have to imagine for it to sell out, like they would $605 for the dome for the Lions Bills game a week from tonight.

And I think they're doing a good job because if you look at what's available, there's not much available, even at the high prices for the dome. So the one I brought up with was the bills game, where it's the lines, there's only three seats available. So there, it's not for everybody. Clearly, the price. Right. But it is for certain amount of people in a certain market and they're paying. You know, one of the things that the non, I always pitch about non-conference college football scheduling, but one of the things that they, the games against directional opponents provide sometimes great drama. But also they provide cheaper ticket alternatives for people who can't afford to just go see a big game. But you know, to be able to go to some of the cheaper stuff is, is good. And there are cheaper, cheaper alternatives here for people who want to utilize it. But not a surprise, most expensive events are indeed the most popular events.
