What over do you say over nothing is over until we decided it is we have a blockade going into effect
That'll be ten o'clock tomorrow other nations are working so that Iran will not be able to sell oil
I want you to put the word up here. We back up understand
Live from the Bernat less lethal pistol studio. It's how we car
Welcome to the how we car show eight four four five hundred forty two forty two eight four four five hundred forty two
forty two the straight of four mooses open these stock markets up the oil prices are down and
Regime controlled media is in deep morning
Visiting hours two to four and seven than nine
If they're not at the wake they're sitting Shiva
They're rending their garments
They're pouring ash on their heads. They're donning black arm bands
grief counselors
Are being dispatched to newsrooms up and down the east and west coasts
They're so sad
Eight four four five hundred forty two forty two
That's the that's the funeral music that that's that that we will really really need so yesterday
We were talking to a lawyer Michael Mahoney who represents the estate of the
poor guy who was killed a
Disabled paraplegic who was killed in an automobile accident when he was hit by a state cop and
The state police in the Middlesex County DA somehow
Managed to cover up the accident
For more than two years it happened in December of 2023 and there was no mention of the fact that this guy was allegedly driving drunk and speeding
When he crossed a double yellow line in Wuburn and killed this guy no mention of it until January
2026 or more than two years
And so now they're admitting it. There's been a special prosecutor has been appointed because of the corruption in the Middlesex County DA's office the accident happened in Middlesex County
And so the special prosecutor from from Boston from Suffolk County
filed the Commonwealth Statement of the case we talked about it yesterday and Michael Mahoney the lawyer for the the family in the civil case who actually
Pride out the information about the drunk driving
He he told us yesterday that this document had been printed and there had been
Filed and we got it and I
I I tweeted it out this morning and you really should check it out. I the the a herald should be posting a story
Fairly soon about it
But it's a commonwealth statement of the case commonwealth versus Scott Quigley. He's the the state trooper who killed
Who killed the guy well allegedly driving drunk and
Then was promoted immediately promoted to sergeant
It's it's it's a fact. It's a fact
Quigley at the time I'm reading now from the report. I want to read the report, but again
I'd suggest if you're if you're interested in this case if you're interested in state police corruption
This is this is really worth reading
this is a lot more
more
Honest report than the one by the retired judge who used to be a law partner of a felon
Feneron who was convicted of a
obstructing justice in the circuit first circuit court of appeals a few years back and
I was a witness to the grievous crime. I'm still in therapy seeking closure
Maybe I'll get it someday
Quigley he's the cop at the time was a Massachusetts state police sergeant assigned to the middle-sex district attorneys office detective unit
On the day of the crash. This was just before Christmas. It was a Tuesday, by the way
Quigley left the DA's office in Wilburn shortly after 3 p.m
Again, not a he didn't take a slide on a Friday. This is a Tuesday
He left shortly after 3 p.m
And joined a fellow state police detective at a restaurant bar nearby bar was named
Theresa's
The other cop was named Tino
Constantine owed the guise and he is now on restricted duty since the story broke
The two detectives I'm reading now the two detectives ordered light food and six drinks between them
No mention of whether it was distilled spirits or near beer or you know the big difference between
various adult beverages obviously
They left separately after 4.30 p.m. and headed home in their respective unmarked state police vehicles must be nice to have a free car
Be able to take a slide and go down to start boozing it up at three o'clock
on a Tuesday afternoon
right before Christmas and
While you're making a hundred and fifty two hundred two hundred three hundred thousand a year
Electronic data from the Ford escape SUV assigned to Quigley showed that while driving on Lexington Street in Wilburn
He accelerated to 59 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone
And they covered this up for it. They covered all this up for more than two years
At the same time a wheelchair van carrying
Angelo scatino a paraplegic with developmental challenges was traveling below the speed limit in the opposite direction
The van driver was taking scatino from an appointment back to the group home in Lynn where he lived
Quigley's SUV crossed the central line and smashed again. He's a state trooper who's been drinking
Second generation state trooper his father's on a pension
Quigley's SUV crossed the center line and smashed head on into the van at 4.56 p.m.
The van driver reduced her break-tard and reduced her speed from 27 to 6 miles an hour that this action may have saved Quigley's life
And prevented serious injury to the van driver, but ultimately could not save scatino
So the van driver who would who would not been drinking
Slowed slowed down tried to stop the car when she saw this unmarked state police cruiser driven by a drunk cop
heading towards her
The van driver's ample watch automatically called 911 after the crash
Wuburn police fire and EMT is arrived and found Quigley the cop disoriented and bleeding
Outside the vehicle
Skatino had no visible injuries. That's the paraplegic from his the collision
But his condition deteriorated over time due to internal injuries
He passed away on January 13th, 2024 a
State medical examiner concluded skatino's death was caused by complications from blunt force trauma sustained in the crash
Yet despite the fact that he killed this guy in a crash drunker otherwise and the blood alcohol level in katsy was drunk
He killed somebody
He didn't even get a
Motor vehicle violation. He got a warning from his fellow state cop
Laboratory testing of blood drawn from Quigley at 6 p.m. Just an hour over the crash showed an alcohol reading of
114 nanograms per this
Dissellator which a state police taxologist later translated to a blood alcohol level of 0.095 to 0.10 percent
When a hospital staffer discussed the lab result with Quigley several days later Quigley said he was surprised by it because he could add consumed one drink
That's in quotes one drink. Yeah, right
Yeah, right
State police sergeant Jennifer Penton. She's now a lute. She was promoted to lieutenant by the way
And has now been indicted for perjury and involuntary manslaughter and a different scandal
She responded to the collage to investigate the collision
She went to the scene and then to both hospitals involved but was directed by a lieutenant in Quigley's unit not to question him that night
Perend parenthetically they say the lieutenant later stated that this was due to Quigley's medical condition not to protect it
Here's the but here's the last the last graph that I think is most significant at this point
Although evidence this on page three final final paragraph of the commonwealth's statement
Although evidence indicates that certain other members of Quigley's detective unit knew by the next day
certain other members this is plural
New by the next day that he was drinking at the restaurant before the crash
There is no record that this information was disclosed in a timely way to anyone outside the unit
The unit I dare say everybody in the DA's office knew about this or a large number of them did
or that Penton
The investigating officer now under indictment for perjury and involuntary manslaughter herself in a different scandal
Ever asked Quigley about alcohol consumption the overall early handling of the matter by law enforcement remains under investigation at this writing
So
That's the report
There's going to be a lot more coming out on this, but this is though
This is the latest update and you can you can read the entire report go go to at how we car show at how we car show
We tweeted it out this morning
And it's it's all right there
844 540 this is a major scandal major scandal
978 MSP didn't find the other driver at fault. I am really shocked at this talk
609 says it was only one drink, but it had a bad ice cube
That's probably his explanation now that's his alibi
I got a I got a bad ice cube
As Roger Kipling says
Sad there comes a night when the best get tight
I'm not sure Quigley was the best, but there was a night when he got tight and he ended up killing somebody
844 542 617 Quigley was assigned a Ford escape holy cow imagine what would have happened if he were in an explorer F-150 or Chevy truck
That's from JD
It's pretty nice though, you know, you're you're just again. You're you're in a detective unit
You know, you probably got like a gd
And you know, you're making like a two hundred thousand bucks a year
You're not doing anything you got a big pension coming you're gonna retire at age 55
And you can you could take a slide at three o'clock on the Tuesday afternoon and start getting hammered
It's pretty nice
Pretty nice most of us are still working at 3 p.m
And we we have to pay for our own vehicles
And and if we kill somebody we're not going to get a warning
In the halls of justice the only justice is in the halls
You've been hearing me talk about all family pharmacy you know they carry Iver Mechden, Mabendazole, Hydroxychloric, when methylene blue the medications that are hard to find anywhere else

Jared what's the poll question? What are the results thus far today's poll question?
Which you can vote in at how a car show dot com is which democrat agit prop outlet is most devastated
By the straight-of-hormose reopening falling oil prices and a rising stock market
CNN
MS-13 DNC New York Times Wall Street Journal or Washington Post
I'm an ink stained wretch. I'm still voting for the New York Times
The New York Times is up to 23% now 34% for MS-13 DNC
33% for CNN six percent close it is very close
Six percent for the Wall Street Journal four percent for the Washington Post the audience between
MS-13 DNC and CNN is not that close MS-13 DNC is way ahead as
I was gonna say as you might expect, but I don't really I can't tell much difference. They're both just you know
Just agit prop as I said
844 five hundred forty two forty two neck your next with how we car go ahead neck
Hey, how we politically
Regarding the Pope who by the way
forgot about
Pope Leo IV who had to build walls around the Vatican because of Muslim terrorists at the time rise anyway
when it comes to
2028 election
I'm thinking it's going to be
Newsom and or Harris
As a team they'll be schmoozing with the Pope why
She was brought to the Cisco friends with Cisco
DA's office for a reason will he brown brought in when he was one of them's gonna have to move
You can't have two people running from the same state one of them has to move but if the buy it
I don't know if if that if that were to happen go ahead though
Okay, so what happens here is she was brought into the one thing abstract justice the DA who she undermined
Had tons of evidence for about 1100 at least 1100 cases of pedophilia
Committed by the Catholic Church in for frisco diocese
She never released that the
Information investigative materials accumulated by that guy she ran and she got the job. She said it would hurt the victims
Well
Of course boy brown's gone
Newsom comes in immediately between the two of them right they saved the Catholic Church
Big time along with the big contributors like the getty foundation stuff like that
She needs to answer for that and so it doesn't he if they get into any any debates as to what happened
But I believe that the Pope will be siding with them for that particular reason. What do you think Ali?
I don't know I
They as one of the earlier callers said the Pope is a politician. That's what I mean that's that's the reality
I mean you can you know you can be a quote-unquote the vowed Catholic as much as you want but
They they rise through politics just like a speaker of the u.s. House or a or you know
a state house and
That's that's the way it is they they go along to get along they have to round up the votes in the
College of Cardinals or the or the ways and means committee and it's
So I you know, I don't I don't take I don't take it anybody that seriously and you know
And I and certainly if it comes down to a battle in in politics between the Pope
And Donald Trump who is not a Catholic. I'm with the guy who's not a Catholic even though I am a Catholic
Or I was raised a Catholic anyway eight four four five hundred forty two forty two
I'm not gonna tell you I'm about Catholic
I'm how I'm
You
Live from the Berna less lethal pistol studio. It's how we car
Eight four four five hundred forty two forty two they were so angry about that stuff that
Trump posted with him in the
Looking like Jesus and you know that but you know what he did
but
919 reminded me of something I'd all I'd forgotten about I think Trump's art was better than
Jesus than Christ in a jar of piss that was known as piss Christ remember that
They put the crucifix in a jar of urine and they they sent it around as like it was some kind of work of art
remember that
While the people that are offended by by Trump's postings this week were they offended by piss Christ
I'm yeah
You'd forgotten about it. I'd forgotten about it
But there there it is, you know, they didn't care
Just they're not they're not offended by the sisters of perpetual indulgence
The ones I talked about that were Dodger Stadium and they're all over the place. They're always dancing around doing these
Doing these I would call them blasphemous skits
Very sacrilegious if you don't prove if you think blasphemous is too strong award
But you know, they're offending Catholics. They don't and they and oh that's the first amendment. What's wrong with you?
844-542-42 John you're next with highway car. Go ahead John
Hey, howdy
Up here in Maine a couple days ago on the morning news. They were talking about a
Anemigo, I mean a person here on a work visa getting arrested by ICE and that they have a lawsuit against you know immigration
But they said that he had he was here on a work visa
but
He also has a real ID
So I'm just wondering how
Somebody on a work visa gets a real ID because he's supposed to be American citizen to that
Isn't that ironic? I
You know, they everything is all screwed up John. You know that. I mean
It's just it's ridiculous. They they they're having hearings in in Minnesota right now
About how there's they give out drivers licenses to illegal aliens
But and so the Republicans wanted to know. Okay, you're given drivers licenses to illegal aliens
Do you do you ask somebody about their citizenship when they registered a vote? No
All you have to do is produce a driver's license
So you know what flart is gonna do John? They just the legislature just passed the legislation the last day or so
They're gonna start putting your
Nationality on a Florida driver's license. Isn't that probably the way to go?
I think so
Yeah, but it's we need to dance is up here mean that
Yeah, I
I know that's why I wanted to keep that seat in Republican hands that legislative seat because I want the Republicans to keep a super majority in Tallahassee
So we can get legislation like that to prevent the illegal
In this case illegal aliens from voting
But the Democrats don't want that kind of legislation because they want illegal aliens voting
Thanks for the call John
George you're next with how we car. Go ahead George
All right, how we and the Catholic Church is one of the main plays of sending third world is into America
I just want to tell everybody the 11 congressional district in New Jersey had a special election on Thursday
Probably nobody even knew about it the hot left lunatic won
And was bad about that the 11th congressional district is Mars County, New Jersey
And almost in the country doesn't know, but it was a very conservative area
Maybe the one of the most conservative areas outside ocean county in Jersey. It's amazing
But the candidates from bump these guys stayed here because they had their general election again in
In november, but the thing I just wanted to bring up is about the I really called the Persian Gulf. There's traits of our moves
They made that up people should know in 1988 right Reagan and the U.S. Navy
sunk N.A.F. for a sunk half of iranian
Iranian
Navy back then and because they were mining the Persian Gulf and they couldn't get the oil tankers through that
They were flagging the tankers with American flags. They said you touch them
You hit an American asset and then basically they had to give in in the American mines
We've just cleaned out the whole area except one Navy ship to get. Hey now people have to realize to
Countries like I ran in North Korea
Their their arms and their all their military assets are basically old stuff. It's old. They have F4 phantom
Well, I know that's why that's why they didn't that that's why they couldn't put up much of a fight
They they were taken out almost from day one. Thanks for the call George eight eight four four five hundred
42
42
The
You know that that race in New Jersey
The progressives win
They the got the for the now governor. She's a far leftist. She's the one who was
You know went to went to one of the
Military academies and then she couldn't go up to pick up her diploma because she was involved in a cheating scandal
And she's a far left Democrat and so they had two leftist Democrats and the the one that's further to the left than the other one
One the primary and so they're making it out like you know like they took a Republican seat in Alabama
It's it's all it's more bs
eight four four five hundred forty two forty two
Five oh eight, but the lips lose their mind when Glenn back put an Obama bubble had an amason jar of yellow liquid
Well, that's because he is the he is the dear leader. He is the he's the real Messiah. You know that five oh eight
Mr. Garcia. You're dexed with how we start. Go ahead Mr. Garcia
Hey, we're having a comic through the afternoon. I want to ask you question
Why do we democratic people vote? You see all the politician rape and
Great people whatever is still vote and the Republican many million
Million people we probably oh no because
Republican right now. I'm not going to go and
Waste what the hell going on?
You know, I think oh mr. Garcia. I think a lot of people
You know have become a little
complacent since Trump won and
You know, they just say while the the emergency is over. We're okay. I mean, you know that people are buying less
Emergency provisions. They're buying fewer guns because they're they're not as worried as they were when the Democrats were
Running amok and it's it's you know, we're we're only one election away from going back to the debt
Disastrous days of Joe Biden, right? Do you agree?
Yeah, go right
You I want to ask you question
I go to the religion who you like a
Top
I like John Paul John Paul
And that was the great the Polish guy. Yeah, I mean that that see that was a guy who understood communism
You know there were it you had a you had a pretty good
Triumvirate there when you had Ronald Reagan as president of the US Maggie Thatcher as Prime Minister of Great Britain and and
John Paul the second as as Pope I mean those were those were three people who understood
Totalitarianism in a in an up close and personal way, you know, I mean
Reagan was was involved in the in the union movement screen actors guild when they were having all the problems with communist infiltration of Hollywood and
Maggie Thatcher had it was a was a reaction to the labor party in trying to destroy
Destroying the the British society now it has been destroyed sadly now that she's got dead
And you had the pope. I mean you yeah, you're right. He's the best pope of my lifetime
I don't think there's any question about that mr. Garcia
Thanks for the call thank you. Okay eight four four five hundred forty two forty two
Did you see this about Gavin Newsom's best-selling memoir all books are best-selling right
Well
It's you know, it's this ghost written book where he says I'm dyslexic
They 60 years older thereabouts and you never say was dyslexic until his book came out
And Eddie it's it debuted very high up on the best on the USA today
I don't know about the New York Times, but on USA today's bestseller list number five
And he said I'm humbled and grateful to everyone who picked up the book
It engaged with this deeply personal story of discovery
grief growth and pain
Braille cream a little devil do you
There were no chapters on how I make the decision every morning between
bril cream
vitalis or wild route
But anyway
so
You know as as a as a politician
He has to file
His campaign finance report so now he's running for president
So he has to file with the federal elections commission FEC
And you know what do you not much money has packed spent to buy and distribute copies of the book
Basically to give him away
One million five hundred and sixty two thousand dollars
So they've sold they've sold
91,000 copies of the book
And of the 91,000 copies that have been quote-unquote sold 67,000
were bought
By his own pack
So he's given him away
And all the the only reason they they they put out a book anyway is to isn't it that that gives him an excuse to be booked on a new show
You know as oh
The the governor or the senator or the mayor has got a new book out so we're going to put him on the show
And they can do a bunch of campaign events disguised as a book tour
So
So but of course all the all the fake news media said boy, this is a great book and it's it's selling like the proverbial hot cakes
But of course you know what it really wasn't selling like
hot cakes
