And the only one that was fully endorsed by an evidence-based physician-led consensus driven organization

AAPS has been around since 1943 representing physicians

And they have a journal, and I want to share this with you as the journal of American Physician Insurgents

And it has really key print and online contributions

And the first paper in this issue is by first author, Andrew Zouik

And I am listed as the third author as well as Nicholas Holescher from the McCullough Foundation

But also includes Aaron Carriotti, formerly at the University of California, Dr. Paul Merrick, formerly at the University of East Virginia

Dr. James Thorpe, Marivick Villa, Child Rixie, Lieutenant Edward Macy, and Abraxus Hudson

And the title of the paper is, let me get to it here

But this is a very important news, it was a multi-author effort

And it is extensively referenced

And it's available online as well, you can get to the journal online free of charge

But the title of the journal article you can see here is,

COVID-19 injections, harms and damages, a non-exhaustive conclusion

Meaning, it's still open for additional examination

But this explores the origins of SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV-2 modified messenger RNA,

Biologics or vaccines pointing out that the vaccines are, in a sense, an amplification of the laboratory derived SARS-CoV-2 spike protein

That was generated in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and that the messenger RNA is fully pseudo-yura-denated, making it synthetic

And that it has properties far beyond that of a vaccine antigen

That the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein causes myocarditis, brain damage, hemorrhage, blood clots, auto-immunity, and lowers our defenses against cancer

Also lowers our immunity, has some homology to the HIV, like a protein insert

The second section of the paper is suppression of information and early vaccine development

And that was a big part of my involvement here is the suppression of the macolor protocol, most widely utilized protocol in the world

That's despite government efforts to suppress the innovation, macolor protocols being credited with saving tens of millions of lives

And sparing hundreds of millions of hospitalizations because it conceptually gave a protocol in steps

And it started out with getting fresh air, nasal sprays, and gargles, neutrosuticles, and supplements and went through the entire protocol

There was no outpatient treatment protocol that was that organized, that comprehensive, it could be used on the first day of illness all the way through hospitalization

In fact, it was in some places across the world

The next section is defense, medical epidemiology, database abnormalities, or DMED

And that was our military colleague contributions after that is autoimmune and immunological dysfunction

That is very well described in those who've taken the vaccine, hypersensitivity, and cytokine storm

That is the tremendous immune response that develops in individuals, some developing horrific rashes, lymphatic, nopathy, overwhelming immune reactions, some of which are fatal

Cardiovascular adverse events, I contributed to that section, which includes proven fatal COVID-19 vaccine, mild paracarditis, blood clots, acceleration of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease

Reproductive and pregnancy-related risks, including the vaccines causing disruption of menstrual cycles, and by that mechanism alone, decreases fertility, preclinical data suggesting the vaccines damage the reserve of eggs in the female uterus

The vaccine has been found in the ejaculate, and reduces sperm motility and count at least transiently

And then a vital work by Dr. Vibaka Manichee demonstrating really a fertility collapse once young people started taking the vaccine

The reproductive risks and pregnancy risks include fetal abnormalities, fetal and maternal hemorrhage, and sadly to this day ongoing increases in fetal loss

That is a miscarriage in the first trimester, stillbirth in the second trimester, and then premature delivery in the third trimester

The next section is various safety signals and vaccine contamination concerns, multiple studies showing the COVID-19 vaccines are contaminated with SV-40, semianvirus-40, which is a known proto-oncogene activator, so SV-40 promoter, enhancer, origin of insertion, as well as anabolic resistant gene

Also shown that there are fragments of DNA that in a sense have paired up with base pairs of the messenger RNA, coding for spike protein itself

So the vaccines are a mix of both synthetic messenger RNA but contaminated with DNA fragments

And then a surge of aggressive cancers, we've focused on this in focal points recently, you know, Time Magazine in 2025 listed on the front page an article asking the question, why are so many young people getting cancer

The answer is that the widely vaccinated U.S. population, 81% of people took one or more shots, and then of course the highly prevalent and cumulative prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 infection, 90% of us have had the infection

Thus spike protein reduces our tumor surveillance systems, P53 and BRCA, importantly the messenger RNA may directly cause cancer by inhibiting DNA repair

And of course SV-40 may be driving de novo cancers, but cancers clearly on the way up since the vaccines have been rolled out, even Time Magazine recognizes it

And in that piece, they survey cancer doctors all over the world that consider microplastics and pollution, global climate change

But don't consider the pandemic the big worldwide health event we've been through over the last six years, it's a stupendous oversight by Time Magazine and certainly the doctors they interviewed

The next section in this paper is aberrant protein production, both we have not only the spike protein being produced, but also fragments of spike protein found in the bloodstream

And then frame shifted protein since the messenger RNA is not red correctly, that in fact other peptides are produced, they're inside a cell, they're on the cell surface, they're inciting autoimmunity

And then when they go out into the circulation, they have a whole variety of effects we're still learning about

Biopsychosocial and ethical considerations, people have essentially lost their minds over the vaccines

And we saw tremendous breaches of ethical and moral conduct, people have lost their jobs, there have been a disrespect for ethical, religious and medical exemptions from COVID-19

Vaccination, particularly in people who had no opportunity for theoretical benefit and only harm, including the young athletes, students, workforce

And even if the COVID-19 vaccines had in the efficacy, my estimate is probably a couple million Americans could have benefited those senior citizens, those living in congregate living

Facilities, extremely debilitated individuals, not young working people who have had no risk of serious COVID-19 illness, majority had already been through it

Now those receiving the vaccines have already had COVID several times, and it is a completely nonsensical vaccine campaign

The next section is future of messenger RNA biologics, promise, risks and ethical imperatives

Keep in mind, Moderna already has a messenger RNA RSV vaccine on the market, a restriotic essential virus vaccine, it's not very popular

There are antigen-based RSV vaccines, but RSV is an illness that 50% of babies get in the first year of life, it's easily treated with nebulizers, it's like the common cold

And even if children do get sick, there are more intensive treatments in the hospital, including monoclonal antibodies

So it's a very tough case for Moderna to make and for vaccine promoters to posit that every child should receive a genetic vaccine for messenger RNA

The next section is violations, that is the violations of really what we've seen with respect to medical ethics, suppression of publication, retractions, professional reprisal for individuals who have provided innovation, including myself, those at the McCullough Foundation and the conclusions

I'll just read for you the conclusions. The COVID-19 pandemic response violated core principles of public health, medical freedom and bodily autonomy, amplifying the devastating effects of SARS-CoV-2 and modified messenger RNA biologics and vaccines

The overwhelming evidence of SARS-CoV-2, gain of function origins, coupled with the catastrophic health impacts of modified messenger RNA, COVID-19 biologics slash vaccines, and the unchecked expansion of next generation messenger RNA biologics, paints a chilling picture of deliberate design and systemic harm

Engineered viral features and vaccines that devastate immunological cardiovascular reproductive and neurologic systems have driven staggering morbidity and mortality with effects unlikely to be accidental

Coordinated efforts to obscure these truths enabled by liability shields and legislative failures have worsened a global health disaster

The surge in autoimmune diseases, aggressive cancers, pregnancy losses, cardiovascular fatalities, societal fragmentation, and the looming risks of advanced messenger RNA platforms demand an immediate halt to messenger RNA vaccine and biologic use, comprehensive investigations into the motives behind this unprecedented violation of public trust and robust measures to restore safe therapeutics and ethical public health practices

Humanity deserves accountability, transparency, and a resolute commitment to preventing such engineered calamities in the future

Wow, this is a powerhouse article, all of you should get a copy of this and promote it. The title of it is COVID-19 injections, harms, and damages, and non-exhaustive review. First author is Andrew Zwick, and this is in the fall 2025 issue of the Journal of American Physician and Surgeons. This is what I've been reading from, and this is volume 30, number three.

So it's a very, very strong statement. Now, the next paper I do want to highlight in the next issue of the Journal, and this is titled Gene Expression, Alterations Induced by Messenger RNA Vaccines.

First author is Nicholas Holscher from the McCullough Foundation. I'm a second, and then the senior author is John Quentazaro from the07 bioscience, and this is also an important paper.

And it's very important for you to understand that we are making progress, and these are fully peer reviewed articles.

They have met the editorial policy of the journal, which is a peer reviewed journal. And this is a longstanding medical organization, association of American Physician and Surgeons has been around since 1943, chartered in every state, the United States.

And this is the front page of the paper by Holscher. And again, the title is Gene Expression, Alterations Induced by Messenger RNA Vaccines.

An introduction to these synthetic genetic products, sadly, that 81% of Americans took one or more doses.

And the transcriptomic evidence establishing coordinated gene expression reprogramming that these vaccines, when they get into the body, they just don't produce messenger RNA.

They begin to change how human gene expression occurs in the body, suggesting that there must be at least partial reverse transcription and then influencing of the human genome through mechanisms.

That have still yet to be fully elucidated. There's a harmful longitudinal proteomic reprogramming and healthy messenger RNA vaccines. This is very important.

There's a case report here of a 31 year old woman who developed an aggressive stage for bladder cancer, 31 years old and an aggressive bladder cancer within 12 months of taking her messenger RNA primary series.

Integrated profiling, circulating tumor DNA, whole blood RNA and exosome proteomics revealed oncogenic driver dysregulation, DNA repair deficits and widespread molecular instability.

Critically, a host vector chimeric sequence aligning to the vaccine spike open reading frame or if was detected in a non safe harbor genomic regions, evidence of direct correct molecular interplay, folks, this does not look good.

This woman whose 31 years old should not have stage four bladder cancer and we have direct evidence in her case that the COVID-19 vaccines have played a role.

There are very important conceptual implications here. There are research priorities and future directions that are outlined and I'll reach to the conclusion from this whole share report.

Multiomic evidence now unequivocally establishes that messenger RNA technologies operate through a gene altering mechanism of action, driving coordinated transcript,

professional and proteomic reprogramming that extends far beyond conventional inflammation based paradigms, human data demonstrate persistent findings that indicate ongoing biologic injury rather than transient self limited effects.

The under these conditions continued deployment constitute an ethical breach, a failure of public health duty and a direct violation of the precautionary principle, which requires protective action when credible evidence indicates serious or potentially irreversible harm, even in the absence of a complete mechanistic certainty.

The burden of proving safety rests on the technology, not the exposed population, absent mandatory molecular surveillance enforceable safety gates and embedded biological circuit breakers to halt ever gene expression platforms such as mentioned RNA vaccines remain inherently dangerous to humans.

Immediate and comprehensive suspension of human use is therefore required. It can't be any more clear than that and this is the first paper in the current issue of JAPS.

The COVID-19 vaccines are altering human genetic function, this multiomic patterns of gene expression, which can be measured, John Cantazaro is one of the world's experts in doing a form to hold company in doing this called new a new seven bioscience, this is extremely disturbing.

So it's probably a matter of dose and I think this is very important. She took the primary series and promptly developed a cancer at age 31. Some it may take three or four or five or six or seven doses to get enough somatic cell and germline cell exposure to ultimately caused damage or potentially prompt a malignancy in those cell lines.

So the point is don't risk it if you've had one or two shots or wherever you are on the ladder of COVID-19 vaccination is very important to stop.

I'm telling all of my patients to be incredibly vigilant with respect to cancer. I'm doing this myself in that I believe both SARS-CoV-2 infection as well as COVID-19 vaccination confer a heightened risk of cancer.

I can't say this more clearly. I believe we are all at increased risk of cancer, especially those who have taken one or more doses of the vaccines and those who've taken the most doses had the most cases of COVID-19 probably are at the highest risk.

And so cancer screening is vital. Remember in women we have a mammography, we have pelvic exams and that can be, you know, complemented with not only pap smears but cervical ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries.

And of course colonoscopy for colon cancer men have PSA screening the digital prostate exam testicular exam and again colonoscopy well what else can be done recently one of my patients suggested to me and I went ahead and did it is I did a pre novo scan pre novo scan is actually a preemptive non contrast high resolution MRI.

And to do an MRI and that scans the body for cancer and there's a whole variety of radiologic algorithms that are done is harmless doesn't involve any gadolinium or radio contrast.

And indeed one could detect you know a developing lung cancer kidney cancer pancreatic cancer adrenal tumors and the list goes on and on.

And so I think we're going to see more of that nowadays as we work through this increased cancer risk the time magazine front piece was was not wrong in fact cancers are on the rise.

And indeed we have we have a five alarm fire essentially in health care at this point in time.

I'm raising the alarm any of my circles are raising the alarm time magazine is raising the alarm and doctors in the orthodoxy the big medical centers the academic medical centers.

They are chronically this worse in state of human health, but they are not getting to the origins of it in that SARS-CoV-2 infection the COVID-19 vaccination.

And particular the retained spike protein in a paper by holster and colleagues we now have a patient from this office who at 3.6 years after taking his last injection of Pfizer we can find evidence of the Pfizer messenger RNA vaccine in his body it is blood and is.

Skin biopsies DNA contaminants as well as the spike protein we do believe you know one of the few methods we have of getting rid of the spike protein.

In addition to you know human sweating we know the spike protein comes out the sweat and potentially other catabolic.

A vertical approach to health care reform with foster Colson the founder of the wellness company. vaccine status and now there's reports of little babies getting it and you know that they're fully covered in the NHS vaccine program.

And whether or not we're facing an issue of a resistant bacterial strain or vaccine failure remember for these vaccines which are given during childhood there are no long term prospective double blind large randomized trials showing you know 5 10 15 and 20 year durability of vaccines is kind of assumed that if you get a primary series of a men B vaccine that there's protection well into adulthood.

Now I can tell you as my children approached college they did get the meningitis be meningitis vaccine and I didn't have any problems with it it is an antigen based vaccine in my view it's low risk vaccine but what I don't like is I don't like the lack of transparency by the national health service we're seeing that same exact trans a lack of transparency with a US CDC so someone on my Twitter feed today.

Actually commented that the NHS stopped reporting vaccine status of cases around 2017 I wonder if the CDC did the same the CDC conceals vaccine status by saying that the vaccine status is either unvaccinated or unknown.

Come on the CDC has 12,000 employees if you know thousands of officers that are assigned to these cases they can call the parents they can dig up the vaccine records.

They should know each and every case if they're fully vaccinated partially vaccinated and they should be telling us honestly if the vaccines are failing I'm suspicious with the group B meningitis vaccine case outbreak in the UK that we've got vaccine failure on our hands and the national health service is not facing up to it right now.

Now there is prophylactic antibiotic use that's effective including cyprophloxicin and refampin that's what's going on people are getting prophylactic antibiotics they are getting additional doses of the men be vaccine that's fine but if it's failing remember additional vaccinations not going to help and even if the vaccines work it's many weeks before an individual has immunity to this meningitis B is is a past by close contact kissing.

Sharing you know vaping devices or drinks it's thought to have started in a kids college club a drinking club you know social setting and it's this close contact that spread it so if you're just reasonable with respect to your contact and others unlikely that you're going to get meningococcus and get meningitis now if it can be promptly diagnosed and treated that's another important point.

So headache stiff neck nausea vomiting immediately there should be an evaluation and that's a stat CT scan lumbar puncture blood cultures make the diagnosis antibiotics and all the you know bad outcomes can be spared sadly if it's diagnosed late then we've got trouble there can be seizures a brain damage or even death due to meningococcemia so we shouldn't see any of that again prompt early treatment really.

When's the day whether or not someone's taken a vaccine so follow this meningitis outbreak in the UK it looks like it's spreading across the UK more and more cases weighing in I saw a social media post last night that there are over 20 cases and it's spreading across the island of the UK before you know it it could be in Europe could be in the United States we'll see how far this goes and in this case vaccination is low risk and reasonable because the risks of the.

Infection are high but remember the principles of early detection and treatment when the day and the principles principles of antibiotic prophylaxis or close contacts and so I would do that myself it let's say as one of my patients came in and I found out you know dare to later that they developed a minute meningococcal meningitis for sure I would take several foxes and a breath amp in his prophylaxis I don't want to get burned with that myself so follow this story along make sure.
